Called for service mid-morning, very polite woman took my information and a technician arrived about an hour later. Within a few minutes he identified and repaired the problem. Excellent service.

They came out and gave an estimate that was outrageous. I called another repairman and got a second opinion and had him do the repairs for about one half of Pritichard and Fallin;s amount. They sent me a bill for $152.45 for the estimate . I would not do business with these people again.

The original installation of our 2 heat pumps was outstanding in a house originally built in the 1940's. Even though home had no provision for ducts, Pritchard & Fallin succeeded in routing them throughout the house.

We have only had to contact them for service on a few occasions, and they were quick to respond and resolved the issues in short order.

January of 2018 I had this company give me a bid to install a new HAVC in a home we recently purchased in Montross. The reason I called them was back in December, the outside unit was sounding like it was going to blow up.

They were the only ones that took my call on a Sunday. The person was very upfront with me about the service call charge but instead of coming out and charging me, he had me take to phone to the outside unit so he could hear it. I told him the unit looked like it was the original when the house was built in 1992.

He told me the unit was just cycling and that older units make that kind of noise. He also told me the unit would more then likely make it till spring.

So that is why a chose to have this company install my new unit. The lead service tech also walked me through the process of linking my thermostat, with my iPhone. We will not be moving to this area full time till later this year.

Once my phone is a certain radius from my house, my unit goes into the "away" mode. I get a monthly email showing me how many hours the unit ran, what the average temp was and how much money this unit has saved me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HAVC service done.

The team led by Kevin Harrison did a thorough job installing a Rinnai tankless gas water heater, including the roof vent and all the plumbing, and were also able to install a 2-stage whole house well-water filter in an efficient manner. They were focused on the tasks at hand, minimized mess as they went along and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Well manners and conscientious. They did a great job for what I consider a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Couldn't be more pleased with Pritchard & Fallin, Inc! Quick turn-around, even during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and Professional during the whole operation. I called them on Thursday, and they were out here on Monday to replace a dead heat exchanger system, inside and out. Quick response, fast, professional work, and they left no mess behind! Reasonable cost for the work done, as well. Will 100% call them again for any HVAC work I need done.

Excellent service using professional service personnel. Always on time or when adjustments to schedule are needed you are notified early and kept apprised as to progress of service personnel. Work areas are always kept clean and service personnel are courteous and answer any questions asked in a polite manner.
