I was attempting to be proactive by cleaning out my dryer exhaust vent and unfortunately the brush I was using became lodged in the pipe and disconnected from the pole it was attached to. When I called P&F they offered to send a technician that very morning and when they arrived it was a speedy repair and they tidied everything back up. They’re always there when you need them!!!!

There are contractors that might throw out heavy quotes, especially if they are busy, just to see if they stick. I would advise others that if they are getting a quote from Pritchard and Fallin, it might be good idea to get other quotes.

Great company to do business with. The sales rep was very good to work with. The crew did an outstanding job under very difficult conditions. They even finished ahead of schedule. I am very pleased I chose Pritchard & Fallin.

By the way, they do plumbing and electrical too. What would it be like if a company did all three, shows up on time and completed their work in a professional manner? Well, here it is. They had been doing all of my HVAC and now they are doing electrical and plumbing for me. Cant say enough about the quality of this operation.

Plumber arrived earlier than expected and was friendly and courteous. He had parts on hand when he arrived and got repairs done on the spot! Great job Greg! Great service experience.

I have used several HVAC companies over the years, and Pritchard and Fallin by far has the worst customer service of any of them. All I want to be satisfied as a customer is good communication between me and the service workers, and quality work. Pritchard and Fallin did not have good service whatsoever. I would ask to speak to a technician, only to be given some runaround answer as to why they were "unavailable". It took them three times to fix a water leak issue, and that's only because the information I gave the customer service people did not get relayed to the technician. Unfortunately, in the Northern Neck, there aren't that many companies to choose from, but I would use any of them but Pritchard and Fallin.

They been out to my place in Kinsale several times for various issues. So far 0/3 on fixes. Technicians are also rude. The last time they came out they also shut off the power to our heating system without telling us. We have always had to call someone else after paying a visit fee from them. Save yourself the time and go with RMC.

My AC went out. They came,looked the system over and researched to find exact replacement
Parts including the "A" frame that fits atop the blower.in the furnace cabinet. Response time was excellent a week earlier than planned. Saved me thousands of dollars.

Person they sent was very nice and courteous. Seemed like he was somewhat knowledgeable. Unfortunately when it came to the task at hand I don't know if he didn't want to get dirty in the a.m. or what. All he had to do was take off the clean out cap at the sewer line to fix clog problem but didn't want to do it?
Seems like I was more qualified to do the job. When doing DIY do plenty of research and go with your gut. Also networking helps and having an assistant.

Good fellow came to my home. Knew his trade well. I’m happy. This company has also worked on several of my neighbors’ systems, I have met them too, and always been impressed. This is a good outfit.

Promptly scheduled out and communication was great throughout. The guys showed up and did a great job, even talking thru options on a 1.5 ton HVAC replacement. Pricing was competitive, and everything from start to finish went smooth.

Person came and did fix the problem. Very nice guy. THEN I got the invoice and on top of a fairly high price, they charged a $89.95 TRIP CHARGE! Are you kidding me??? Almost $90 to come out and give diagnosis??? If you need HVAC work, talk to others and find out about their policy AHEAD of TIME. Don't be kicked in the head out of the clear blue. I'll be finding another company to service my 3 Zone System...

Very pleased with the knowledgeable technician that it arrived at our house on the same day that I called about my heat pump not working. He diagnosed a few issues and suggested replacing the system, given the problems and the age of the system.
I’ll post another review once we repair the old, or Install a new system.

Serviceman was very prompt, very acknowledgeable and very friendly & curtious. He figured out the problem with my unit, fixed it. On top of that he helped me with my questions about the unit & gave me some good pointers on things to look out for with HVACs like mine.
All & all it was and enjoyable learning experience.
Pritchard&Falling is getting all my service requests from now on I think.

I am very pleased with the service and support provided by Pritchard and Fallin personnel. Sydney was extremely helpful in understanding the problem I was having and scheduling a service call. Mike was dispatch to my house and he is an excellent mechanic and service provider. I have worked with Mike on several occasions in the past and his continued service and support is unparalleled.

I am very happy with our new Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system, Bill gave me the peace of mind of why this would be the system to get. Ogle and Santos were the installers and those guys were awesome, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the location of the units and everything looks so clean and tidy no wires or hoses dangling anywhere. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re wanting a new system.

The appointment was set in advance and the technician arrived on time. He was friendly, professional and got right down to business. I was on a business call and he was quiet and efficient in mapping out where the thermostats were and starting his work. This is how a business should operate!

Called for a service visit due to an ice build-up on a HVAC unit on Labor Day weekend. Agreed to pay the after hours premium rate but the service tech showed up promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered me several options for a short term fix and will he providing quote for several long term solutions.

I am most pleased with Pritchard & Fallin. I only call them and no one else -- lately for electrical issues. The staff coming to my house are knowledgeable, friendly, and work quickly. When I lost my heat and called them on a very cold day, they came within 2 hours. Their prices, also, are reasonable.
