Called mid-day on a cold day when my thermostat quit and my heat stopped. they were very busy and said they would try but could not promise to get to me. Tech arrived around 6 PM and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about an hour. Tech was very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I also noticed when I called in that the person handling the call looked up my records while we were talking and was able to identify which of my systems was having the problem. I very much appreciate their high quality service.

They are the best..worked for 6 days installing two replacement systems on the house and finished within their estimated time. The extra cleanup left the site pristine. It is so nice to have a service company that provides SERVICE in today's marketplace!. Id give them 10 stars if that were possible. Thanks PRICHARD & FALLIN

Terrible! We had to pay for a service that didnt fix the issue and several days without AC because Jerry had no idea what he was doing. Billed again for Tyler to come out and find the real problem! Tyler is a good technician. I give him 5 stars. If you must use these people ask for Tyler if you want it fixed the first time and not be billed twice!

Jerry green was a delight to have come service my Heating unit ..he explained everything to so that I understood..I'd love for him to come out again ..

Once again, the folks at MILLER’S came out to pump out the septic system. Jeremy and Caleb called on the way and asked me if I wanted them to pick up anything on the way to my house! They were wonderful. They were polite and professional. I haven’t seen such professionalism in a very long time!

They were knowledgeable and explained the process well. As you can see I really needed a new unit , my old one was all rusted and not efficient. My new HVAC works like a charm.

First available emergency service for a home with a broken furnace is one week out. The dispatcher and other people were friendly and courteous, but if you need help with ensuring your pipes don’t freeze, this is not the company to call.

We just had a HVAC system installed by technicians Kaylee and Luis. Both were professional, knowledgeable, kind and respectful.
Our salesman, Tyler, educated us on the different HVAC systems and came to our house the morning of the installation.
