I have been using Bryant's Powerwashing for at least the last 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the work they have done. Their prices are reasonable and the work is always well done.

I used Bryant's to wash my house and they did a fair job. The clay dirt around the side of the house was not removed and they left residue on my patio window. When I called them the rep claimed they do not scrub when they wash and the clay would not come off with their powerwash. There was other dirt as well left. I explained to her that her advertising does not say they can't remove certain kind of dirt. The ad says dirt. To me dirt is dirt. She agreed to send someone to do a re-do. The day of the re-do the actual guy that did the first wash called to tell me his powerwash would not be able to remove the clay dirt stain. He said he would call his company to see what they could do. They never called. I called them and the rep told me they only remove, mildew, moss and loose dirt. She offered nothing to satisfy me. Actually hung up on me. Their ads and telephone message is false advertising. Do not usr them. They can not get your house sparkling clean as the ad says.

I had them power was my house and it turned out good. A couple points though. When I set up the appointment I asked if I should water my flowers and shrubs beforehand to protect them against the chemicals since I heard people say their plants died after a cleaning. I was told they rinse off the plants before and after but they did not do that so I went out and rinsed them down my self. They do not go up on any ladders so expect them to just spray your house from the ground. This was a problem with my house because I am on a hill and I have a morning room bump out which made it impossible to clean a portion of my house without being able to get to an elevated position. I have a covered front porch so yes they cleaned the house but left the front porch floor a mess so I had the hose that off myself as well. The house did turn out clean but I would not use them again.

Washed my house looks great

I hired these guys to come due a chimney inspection. I will not be using them again. They sent out two young guys who couldn't even identify parts of my chimney. I had to explain what the air intake hatch was when they identified it as the ash dump slot, which I don't have. I'm no genius, but I can read where it clearly says "Air Intake" on the lid of the hatch. In reply they said they had never seen something like that before. Overall probably worth about $20 for the 20 minutes they were here, not the $100 they charged me. When I relayed my experience to their management, their response was knocking off $25 for the fact that their technicians basically are still learning the job. Even at that, I feel like I got taken for $75.

Tricksters and Liars. Misleading advertising. Bad business. STAY AWAY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Make that ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. With no regard for loyal customers. Stay away. They put an ad in Val pak that promised $95 coupon for a 120 square foot deck. When I called she saw that my deck was 112 square foot and said that they have a minimum charge of $175 which the COUPON did not mention. I had enough. They were terrible last year with a pain job for my deck and fence and delayed it incessantly. I was very patient. They have no regard for customers. The lady said it only covers flooring but, my entire deck was 112 square foot.
