I have used Bryants multiple times and been happy. This last experience has certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. Bryants was out to powerwash my house a few weeks back. They did a good job and I was satisfied with the results for the price. Less than a week later though, I noticed plants and grass in the areas they had worked all were dying and showing signs of poisoning, most likely resulting from the cleaning solution getting on them and an inadequate or no wetting down prior to application. I reached out to Bryants to discuss and they initially emailed me back asking for photos of the issue, which I provided. I was told I would hear from them, and despite my follow ups, never have. I understand mistakes may be made, but the lack of follow up or accountability is unacceptable. I won't be using or recommending Bryants again, which is unfortunate, because as I said, the work itself was satisfactory.

The tech was very experienced and knowledgeable and concerned about doing a good job for us, and wanted to make sure we were happy with the service provided.

Had them come for a roof cleaning and house washing everything came out perfectly and I was very impressed with there work Justin was very professional about his work and would highly recommend his services

The tech who came to do the job was great. He did a soft wash on the North side of my house and it turned out great. Would recommend this company and I will use them for my next power washing job. Great company.

Bryant’s did a great job power washing our home previously, so it was a no brainer to call them again. Justin was efficient, well organized and answered all my questions with patience. He Soft Washed our roof, power washed our two story home, power washed our second story Composite Deck and the Nice Stamped Concrete Patio beneath the deck. He also power washed our front porch and stairs and the Stamped Concrete sidewalk. Our home looks fantastic. The Roof looks brand new and our house is bright white again! Bryant’s Powerwashing did a fantastic job power washing our house. It’s so clean, the siding looks brand new. The cost was very reasonable too. This is the 2nd time we have used them since 2021. We’ll use them again if needed!

They cleaned the out side of the house very well. I do not like the scheduling system. They put you on a list and call you the day before--need a little more advance notice. Did not clean the ceiling of my covered deck nor did they let me know it was needed.Their truck has a watertank which they continued to fill after the job was complete. Tech was very polite.

I had a terrible experience with Bryant’s Power Washing. I hired them to clean my home’s exterior and driveway, but the results were beyond disappointing. First, they showed up over an hour late without any apology or explanation. The crew seemed unprepared and didn’t even have all the equipment they needed, which made the process drag on for hours.
When they finally got to work, the job was sloppy. They missed huge sections of my siding, and the driveway still had visible dirt and grime in several spots. Worse, they used such high pressure on my deck that it damaged the wood, leaving noticeable scratches and splintering. I pointed this out, but the team was dismissive and said it “wasn’t their fault.”
To top it off, their pricing was unclear from the start, and they tried to charge me extra for “unexpected complications” that they never mentioned during the initial quote. Customer service was nonexistent when I called to complain, no one followed up, and I was left with a subpar job and a damaged deck. Save your money and go with a more professional company. Bryant’s Power Washing is a complete letdown.
