Came out, measured and gave a quote to power wash and stain our deck, when I contracted them to do the work two months later, the crew came out and said it would be $1200 more than their original quote that I have in writing. I'm not sure what game they are playing but it seems dishonest. Only explanation was that "the guy who gave us the quote no longer works for us". What a joke!

Wow! Wish I would have taken a before and after picture . Our house, concrete patio and concrete driveway all came out sparkling. Gutters were flushed from tons of debris. The two technicians worked hard in the heat and conducted themselves professionally. I will use Bryant's for all my power washing needs in the future.

Outstanding customer service. The crew did great job power washing our home. I called about 7-8 other local companies not one of them was licensed or insured. If you need a real professional job done give them a call.

As the previous reviews have stated, this company was very unprofessional and dishonest and their work is beyond subpar. I contacted Bryant's Power Washing to inquiry about an estimate to power wash and stain/treat a wooden deck. I was told that the technician wouldn't need access from inside, that ladders would be used to power wash and stain and that quote, "We are scheduling for within a week to a week and a half for the work to be started."This is when the lack of adequate communication begin with this company.

I was supposedly put on the schedule May 20, to have the work started within a week to a week and a half as stated and on June 2 I had to send an email following up on what is going on because I had received no call and nothing was happening with the deck. The technician arrived on 6-11-14 for the deck washing and 6-18-14 for the supposed staining. First of all, the power washing removed some of the stain already on the deck, but I assumed this would be fixed by the application of the sealant.

Upon returning home on 6-18-14 and seeing that the check I had left was gone, but that the deck looked untouched, I was very upset and called immediately. The employee who answered wanted to talk to the technician first. I told her that I would be taking pictures and sending them to Bryants. The technician called me and I asked how it was possible to apply sealant to a deck that was covered with branches, leaves, seeds, and all the debris from the tree overhanging the deck. He said that he tried to remove some, but admitted that he "should have done a better job" and that he would be "more than happy to come back out and redo the sealant". This same day, 6-18-14, I sent 2 emails with photos as examples of the condition of the deck and my dissatisfaction with their service. I sent an additional email on 6-19-14 with more photos and requesting that the sealant be done again.

I received an email from an employee on 6-20-14 stating that quote "We are going to speak with the technician that sealed the deck for you and also show the pictures to the owner and the owner or manager will call you on Monday to rectify the issues you are having." Monday came and went and I didn't get a call. I emailed (once again) on 6-25-14, to see what was happening with my request to have the sealant done and to add that a refund may be easier on everyone and I received an email again stating quote, "Mr. Bryant is due in the office all day tomorrow to attend to everything here and you will definitely receive a call from him tomorrow." He did not call the next day, but rather his wife did and she did so at the VERY end of the business day when I was unavailable to answer. She left a message saying that she wanted to talk to me, no resolution given after I had already requested MULTIPLE times to either have the sealant done properly or to get a refund.

It's still hasn't been settled to this date. I sent a follow-up email on 7-2-14 stating that I wasn't interested in getting the run-around from them any further or having them try to talk me into circles, I just want either a refund or the sealant applied properly. I haven't heard from anyone since. This company is woefully unprofessional and I believe that they take advantage of the clients often not being home for the process and they take the money and do next to nothing. My deck looked worse now than it did before they touched it. I have all emails, photos and voice mails in my possession to attest to the above statement and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am considering filing one with Consumer Affairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are so dishonest. They are a scam.

I am highly impressed with this company's quality of work - i called them on a monday to clean my home and deck and they came out on thursday and did a magnificent job my deck and house was covered in green and now it looks brand new

Love their every 2 year rotation making sure your home stays clean all the time! Just set it and forget it and you don't have to worry about your HOA barking at you. WIN WIN I say!

Just like so many other reviews about this company, it seems like it's par for the course for these guys not to show up or communicate. So they might do great work, but I never got the chance to find out. They have a major problem with communication between their call center and their field staff. I was "confirmed" for an appointment 3 different times and each time there was a problem or cancellation. The worst part? No on ever called me the day of to let me know. So I stayed home from work expecting someone to show up but no one did, and I never got calls to let me know what was happening. Not only that, but I've had to remove my deck furniture twice in anticipation of their field staff coming out to do the work. Incredibly frustrating.
Their field staff are unreliable, or at least that's what I gather from the call center, who directly blamed their field staff for the inexcusable lack of communication.
Their solution to the worst customer experience? They'll just reschedule me again, for a fourth time. Seriously? That's how you're going to address what a piss poor customer experience I've had? No thank you. I'm going with someone else. Awful company.

Thanks to the owner of Bryant Powerwashing for making the exterior of our home "new" again. We have synthetic stucco (Dryvit) and it is can't be nicked or damaged by anything -- a nail, power washing, etc., causes the exterior to be water permeable and worse. The owner was very careful in how he cleaned it, using used extra solvent to make up for the lower spray pressure. Excellent work! We are so appreciative!

Friendly office staff and great performance out in the field. They are quick and efficient and leave your house sparkling (or whatever it is you are getting cleaned!). Would recommend to anyone!

Bryant's has been cleaning and power washing my condo for over 10 years now. They are prompt and flexible with me and I love that they grandfather the prices from year to year as long as I keep going back to them. I've never once had an issue and they are very communicative. In an uncertain economy, I don't know how often someone can say they've paid the same price each time they've reached out to a company, but I can.

I would highly recommend Bryant's Powerwashing to clean the house siding. The house looked beautiful after it was finished.
I used other companies in the past and their solution was so strong that the screens were damaged. I have had no difficulty with Bryant's and they did an excellent job.

This is the second time in three years we’ve used Bryant’s to power wash our home and gutters. Non toxic chemicals and consistent cleaning.

Andrew was courteous, explained the project clearly, and offered additional services that he thought would enhance the project. He worked quickly, but took care to “hit” more than a few difficult spots again. He also took care to periodically wash the cleaning solution off our shrubbery. The house looks great and the price was very competitive with other such services. I am extremely pleased with Bryant’s Powerwashing and will use them again.
