Absolutely satisfied with ABC 24 Hrs. I've had to call Mike in two occasions; last winter when our heating failed and this summer when it failed again for A/C. He was never pushy or tried to up sell. He gave us his professional assessment without intimidating us into unnecessary work.
He and his crew installed a new HVAC unit, new duct work (in our very cramped crawl space) and wi-fi thermostats. His crew was extremely respectful. Mike himself is a very hard-working and honest person. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Mike from ABC comes to my home when ever there is an issue with HVAC. Also fixed minor issues in the past. Last month, I had a water leaking issue in the HVAC. Mike suggested the furnace should be replaced. He and his crew replaced the old furnace with a new one and also installed a new filter. He and his crew did a great job in my house.

The owner Mike was at my house within the hour. An hour later, he had diagnosed my HVAC issue and fixed it. Amazing customer service! I came home to a very hot house night before Fathers Day. I called ABC 24 Hours and they came to my rescue. They repaired my unit. They are very experienced in troubleshooting Air Condition Units. Their price despite it was last minute request without prior notice was extremely reasonable. Experienced technicians, friendly service, affordable prices. It is the best thing you could ask for. Mike with ABC 24 Hours is very professional and the most trust worthy technician I have dealt with in a very long time. I requested a service call when I found a leak in my AC unit. I had run into the same issue prior but whatever was done initially didn't seem to work. Mike came out the next day. He took his time to thoroughly inspect the unit and when he saw what it was he gave a clear explanation and how to resolve the issue. Once I agreed he quickly took care of it and I haven't had any issues since.

He was so good that I have called him again for other issues and have recommended him to several friends. He is honest and gives very reasonable estimates.

I had the unfortunate experience of this company being sent by my home warranty to fix my broken HVAC unit recently. I noticed that my air conditioning unit was not cooling properly, and a lot of water was collecting outside the unit as well as on the floor. Mike came and convinced me to replace the PVC pipe coming out of my unit, with some added improvements (adding an easy trap, etc) so I paid $550 out of pocket. I repeatedly asked him to open the unit and check everything because my HVAC unit is 14 years old, and most likely needs replacement. He refused by saying he already checked everything, which was a flat out lie. I know he lied because the 2nd time I called him since the initial problem had not been fixed, he went ahead and checked everything, and determined that the freon was low (most likely due to a leak in the coils) which was causing the coils to freeze which was then causing the AC to not function properly and build up so much water. That type of root causing was what he should have done during his first visit, instead of ripping me off with $550 for an "improvement" which had nothing to do with the actual problem. I have notified my home warranty company and I am posting here to warn other customers about this unethical practice on his part. I've been doing a ton of research since then, and I have found a couple of trustworthy companies to work with. I'm going to replace my entire unit with one of these other companies soon 🙂

Mike did a great job of working with us through a difficult repair. Thoughout he carefully explained what was happening and the charges that he might have if certain things did not work out as expected. In the end, I was very satisfied with the price, workmanship, and timeliness of his work. He even installed my Nest for free!

Mike was great. He came in 20 minutes from the call on a Sunday morning of Labour Day weekend. Forget trying to find someone else on a holiday. My compressor fan motor and capacitor went south and the house was up to 90 degrees the night before. Mike was fast, efficient and did a great job. Would definitely recommend again.

Have used ABC 24 several times, including 3 full system installations. Very responsive and professional solution finders when it comes to assessing and fixing our units. They take pride in their work, are efficient and clean.

Mike is focused on keeping his customers happy. He came out for a home warranty claim, and unlike others, Mike did not try to sell me on why I needed to spend $$$ on all his other service offerings. Our air conditioning unit went out and I called the owner Mike at ABC 24 Hours Heating and Cooling and he was here within two days with his team. He provided us with options, explained the pros and cons of replacing the coil vs. replacing the entire unit, and made us feel very comfortable with our choices. Mike and his team were extremely efficient and didn't make a mess in the house while working. Very considerate, affordable, reliable, knowledgable, and trustworthy. I will definitely call this company again for any and all HVAC needs.

Had an old HVAC system that needed replacing and ABC 24 hours came the next day to assess and estimate the job. All parts were in within days and installed. They did an excellent job repairing some of the previous work, laid out mats to keep all work areas clean, made custom ducts to retrofit the new HVAC system, and installed all new parts. They did an amazing job and paid special attention to make sure all new copper lines were properly welded and lined. I highly recommend them for HVAC replacements and repairs.

Needed evaluation of our broken HVAC unit. Mike and team quickly came to the house, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part then installed all within a few days. Professional and courteous every step of the way.

I have had two previous AC people come to try to repair this air conditioner and I needed an LG repair person. I've made a million calls and they were incredibly knowledgeable even without seeing it and were able to come and solve the issue immediately where others could not. Professional, great value of cost, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough.

The furnace at my house was not heating and I called Mike and he responded immediately, although it was on a Saturday Morning. Most importantly, within an hour, he was at my place, did the diagnostic, and then went to get the parts and replaced the inducer motor.

In summary: fair price, quick service, and very friendly

* Note that I called other companies and they all told me they would charge me double the price simply because I called on a Saturday during the Thanksgiving holidays.

Mike has been a great help to me and my family. Every time I call him for help with our AC unit, he has always been there and always arrives on time. He is very professional and honest. I called him on a Wednesday at 5pm after I come home and realize that my AC was not cooling the house. He showed up 1 hour later! Where else can you get service like that. I would recommend him because he is reliable, trust worthy, and knowledgeable. He just replaced our AC unit and we could not be happier with the service Mike has provided.

I was calling around for prices as I needed both my inside and outside unit replaced. Mike asked for all the current hardware model numbers with pictures which I provided and he got me an invoice relatively quick. The install was pretty quick after the fact and so far so good. Mike even registered my new equipment with the manufacturers warranty.

My only real complaint is that I asked Mike to come out to my place to survey my current set up after he created the invoice with the recommended indoor/outdoor units. I wanted to make sure we were good to go electrical-wise before installation (among other things). He ended up coming out before the installation and seemingly found nothing wrong that would delay the installation of the new units (ac and heat pump) or incur additional costs.

Come day of the installation he kept finding new issues that i feel he should have caught during the house visit. The ampage of my fuses were too high so he had to get those and he said the gauges for my electrical cabling needed to be changed, costing an extra 1k at the end of the installation. Again, i just wish this was caught the first time around when he actually came to my place to take a look. As others pointed out, he kept citing that he was giving me a "good deal" but I rather just have the final cost up front than be nickled and dimed during the installation for things that shouldve been caught.

That and the invoice said he'll charge me half up front and the rest after installation but he charged me everything (original parts/labor before the additional costs for the cabling) before installation, which raised some red flags with me but, so far, everything worked out.

The new units are installed, the outside unit runs relatively quiet and now my house is cool; which was the goal overall.
