This company is either completely incompetent or flat-out dishonest — maybe both.

I hired them to diagnose a problem with my AC, and they told me I needed a major part replaced. Their quote? Over $2,200. Thankfully, something didn’t sit right with me, so I called another company for a second opinion. The new technician immediately found the real issue — something minor — and fixed it on the spot for $200. The expensive part the first company wanted to replace wasn’t even broken!

So either they had no idea what they were doing, or they were trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars for no reason. Either way, that’s completely unacceptable.

I’m disgusted by the experience. I wouldn’t trust this company to plug in a fan, let alone work on an AC system. If you value your money and don’t want to get ripped off, do yourself a favor and call someone else.

I just had ABC 24 Hours HVAC replace my whole residential system, which after 20 years was becoming problematic. Unlike other companies that schedule service weeks after you call, Mike & Navid answered the call on a Weds evening and were here first thing the next morning to assess the situation. Once we knew what we needed, they arrived ready for the whole job within 48 hours. They kept me informed throughout the process, and were courteous not only to me, but to our two constantly barking dachshunds. Any unavoidable stumbling blocks were quickly and expertly resolved. And the price was reasonable given the scope of the job. I don’t usually post public reviews, but their service was exceptional. I highly recommend them!

Did a phenomenal job we had an AC unit that broke down entirely wouldn’t start and not only did they get a brand new unit within a day they also were able to install the same unit within that time frame what would normally be a handful of days to get a new unit let alone get an installation was done beyond fast. Especially with summer coming around the corner this was beyond any expectations their ability to fix my problem and do such an amazing job as well alongside showing and explaining in detail what was broken and what needed to be fixed really made me understand everything which I appreciated. We now have a cool house again and I coudlnt have asked for a better experience.

My 20-year-old furnace in my townhouse decided to break down during the record-breaking cold of December 2022. It was the coldest Christmas week in Northern Virginia history, and Moises and Oscar drove through terrible rush hour traffic to get my unit working again ASAP, saving both Christmas and possibly my life (seriously -it was really cold!). My wife and kids were incredibly grateful.

Moises is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He’s kept my old HVAC system running through brutal summers and frigid winters. When other companies provided expensive repair quotes, he offered second opinions that saved me thousands of dollars.

The SwiftPro team has also assisted with new construction, installing a new Trane heat pump HVAC system that delivers perfect heating and cooling efficiency. Additionally, Moises and Oscar installed bathroom ventilation, a range hood vent, and an awesome wood-burning mini-stove in our cabin. These guys can do it all, from system design to installation to maintenance.

Tyler and the team at SwiftPro are simply awesome. I needed a new AC/Heat Exchanger unit. Tyler thoroughly explained my options along with his recommendations. They were super competitively priced. They also could squeeze me in the fastest. They had the highest rated reviews of all the companies I contacted and I now see why. The install team was on time, very careful and efficient, did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and demo’d everything for me. This was a tougher attic install and it came out looking flawless. I feel like I can already tell how much better my new system is running vs the old one before it died. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend SwiftPro for anyone on the fence.

I used SwiftPro in April 2025 to replace a gas furnace and a traditional A/C unit with a heat pump. It was a really, really good experience from first to last. The gentleman who inspected my old equipment and prepared estimates for me (Tyler) was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and not at all sales-y, which I appreciated. He answered all my questions and was quick to follow up when he didn’t know, rather than guessing or making something up. (I talked to FIVE other companies, but picked SwiftPro. Believe me when I say that not every company was the same.) The installation crew (David, Oscar, Mike) was superb - prompt, professional, thorough, respectful of my home, friendly, and really good to work with. I asked a bunch of follow-up questions, and they answered every one to my satisfaction. You can’t ask for much more than that, in my opinion. Their prices were reasonable (again, I compared six vendors - I made sure!), and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the greater Fairfax/Alexandria area without reservation. I hope not to need them again, but if I did, I would call them in a heartbeat.

Woke up in the middle of the night to a freezing house and discovered our heat wasn't working. Called SwiftPro around 5 am and their electronic system scheduled an appointment for us same day. The technician, Efrain, arrived before 8:30 am and swiftly diagnosed the problem--a bad pilot lighter. He installed a new one, tested our system to make sure there were no other issues, did a complete cleaning and advised me on future issues to look out for and was very informative about a possible new system in the future. As he was leaving, I could already feel the house getting warmer!

I can’t say enough good things about SwiftPro. I have a really old system, and every other company I called immediately tried to sell me a full replacement which really isn’t an option for me. SwiftPro actually listened to what I wanted and worked with what I had. They gave me a repair option, were honest about everything, and got my system through one of the coldest times of the year. SwiftPro came out same day to assess my system, provided a diagnosis and a quote to me on that initial visit and within 24 hours I had a completely new installed Carrier HVAC system. Very professional organization, and everybody that came to my house was very respectful and focused on their job. I would highly recommend SwiftPro.
