Your technician needs alittle training with his people skills. He never introduced himself, I still don’t know his name when he came to the front door. Installation was fine after we got past him taking the toilet with him. We had to call Lowe’s to get that accomplished.

Over the range GE Microwave oven was installed in a professional and efficient matter and he checked its operation before he left. All cardboard and material was removed and placed old unit in my van, which I took to the Prince William County landfill on Saturday. I should get a refund on the charged disposal fee of $50.00

Had a gas stove installed and the old one hauled away via Lowes. They called and texted when they were on their way, were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Had the new stove in and the old stove out in record time and left no mess. They also explained a few important things about the new stove to ensure I was using it correctly. 10/10

Mega Plumbing installed a dishwasher for us. The technician informed me that he could not install the first dishwasher we purchased because it had been damaged. We cancelled that order and purchased another model. The 2nd Mega tech installed it in good time. Both men did good jobs of removing our old dishwasher and installing our new one. We would highly recommend Mega Plumbing for any installation.

We believed we would have to wait a few more days to get it installed. To our surprise they were back in less than an hour with a new dishwasher and it was installed and cleaned up in no time. The gentlemen were nice to work with, and very efficient in there job.

Mega Plumbing did an EXCELLENT JOB installing the new GE Microwave purchased at Lowe's. They were very responsive when the microwave arrived, as the order was on back log due to the winter storm that occurred on January 25th 2026. The installation took no longer than 15 minutes. They were very flexible with the dates and times. We will definitely use Mega Plumbing again for any household installations!!!

I received text updates on the date and time frame of my installation. I received a call before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. They were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job of both taking out my very old dishwasher and replacing it with the new one. They swept up the floor where the old dishwasher was before I got a chance to do it myself. They showed me how to run the dishwasher and where to load dishwasher soap, and even left a sample of both pods and liquids. And they cleaned up after they were done.

Great install was quick and professional! Contracted through Lowe’s for new Dishwasher install in an older house, paid for parts, haul away, delivery and install. Done within an hour and has a 1 year warranty for the work. Texted when they were about 30 minutes out for eta, communicated great about the service. Could have done it ourselves… but offers peace of mind with the warranty and a professional completing it!

We had a "burp" with their first scheduled visit, but I called and the gentleman I spoke with was very kind and understanding. He canceled that visit and rescheduled our installation for the following week.
The two men that came were very nice and were considerate of our flooring and such. It was obvious that they knew what to do to remove my old microwave and to install the new one. They cleaned up behind themselves perfectly and removed all the packing debris and such.
My husband and I were very impressed by them!

Mega installed an OTR Microwave from Lowe’s. They removed an old white one and installed a stainless steel one. The installers were polite, professional and fast. They covered the stove to ensure it was not scratched. They made sure to clean up any trash before they left.

My kitchen faucet install was absolutely flawless. The team showed up on time, were extremely pleasant, and got the job done in a blink of an eye. They cleaned up and did such a quality installation. I highly recommend them and look forward to using Mega Plumbing again very soon for future jobs.

Service was great! I had a dishwasher installed. Arrived in timeframe stated. Two gentlemen did the install and was in and out in under an hour. They made sure hardwood floors were covered so not to scratch them. Uninstalled old machine, installed new, and removed old dishwasher. Ran the machine to make there were no leaks also. Would definitely use them again! Super satisfied!

I appreciate the care and effort Mega Plumbing put into delivering my dishwasher. We had a lot of snow and ice that still wasn't taken care of in our neighborhood, but they were prompt in their delivery. They also communicated well throughout the process through texts and emails. Would recommend them to anyone interested.

Well two months later and this is the edited review. The garbage disposal fell out. Literally I was doing the dishes and then I heard a big huge thump and water leaked everywhere. At first they tried to come out the day after I called to fix it. After some explaining….. that this wasn’t my fault and should’ve never happened and that I can’t do dishes now they were able to work it out to come that day. I don’t think it should’ve took explaining because that’s an emergency and I already had my appointment and paid my money. That’s something that should’ve never happened. I will not be using Lowe’s again for installation so I won’t be using them again.

They were on time and called to let me know when they were on their way. My new garbage disposal was in within 20 minutes. The area was all cleaned up after. They were great and I’d use them again, but hopefully I don’t have to lol.

More than 200 days later, there is NO CHANGE. June 17 is damage date, today is November 29. We are still struggling with MPC's insurance company!! Still no a settlement or repairs! If you invite MPC into your home, this is an example of your risk and exposure.

Less than one star experience that is ongoing after 3 weeks!! Working for Lowes, Mega Plumbing (MP) staff broke the shutoff valve while attempting to replace out dishwasher. THIS AFTER I asked their plumber if they wanted the water turned off. MP's staff said, "No need." Maybe 10 minutes later, their staff is hollering in my house after the other guy ran through the front door! This happened on June 17, today is July 6. I was in a meeting upstairs and arrived in the kitchen tonsee a sad sight of a guy trying to hold his hand over what was a broken water line! We had water across the kitchen floor and down to the basement ceiling threatening an in-home business equipment and other recreational equipment.
MP filed our claim with one company. After a hour call from their insurance company a week later, that adjuster wrote me an email that Mega Plumbing withdrew the claim for my property damage and filed with another company named Concert. Concert has not returned my calls. When I call Lowes, Matt Lee and Jay Lee are, now, never in the office. I've called Mega at least three times and Lowes at least 6 times! Still, no insurance company outreach.
We endured a horror of fans and de-humidifiers from that Tuesday evening through Monday when the water restoration company that MP sent removed their final machines and tore out the damaged solid wood flooring and the basement ceiling that their plumber's break ruined. Today, still no contact from MP's insurance company despite promises from MP's Matt Lee and Jay Lee. BTW, we have no invoice from their water restoration company. This becomes germane later in my note below when I speculate that Mega Plumbing is trying to out wait mynpatience. MP could be hoping I'll fix the floor and go away and then MP has only pay the water remediation folks and avoid filing a real insurance claim.
And, know that Lowes is taking a hands off approach until Lowes hears that MP is not going to make things right. So, after not being able to use our kitchen for 6 days, we still have a torn up kitchen. We also had fans and heating dehumidifier running 24/7 over 6 days when outside temps were 98 to 102+ degrees! So, our home A/C ran 24/7 for 6 days! And, be aware, these machines make a horrific noise! So, we lost the use of the main living floor in our house for that entire time! We could not use our kitchen and we were forced out of our house due to the noise and excess heat generated by the drying equipment!
My opinion is that you should avoid using Mega Plumbing for any work! Their act to file with one insurance company and then attempt to deflect to another makes me think, sets up the thought, that they are being deliberately deceptive and/or maybe delaying. Why would they do that? One thought is that they have a lot of claims and they are, maybe, struggling to maintain their insurance and/or trying to avoid an increase in insurance premi9ums due to their work possibly causing problems elsewhere. It has been about 4 days since i learned of their switch to a different insurance company. (Is this a bait and switch? I don't know!) Lowes is also to blame for not insisting that THEIR contractor make things right immediately.
If you are considering plumbing work, I recommend that you consider whether you want to risk having to endure my nightmare. will run from anything having to do with MP in the future.
My opinion is, "run from Mega Plumbing! Find another firm to allow entry to your home."

Mega Plumbing did an outstanding job installing 3 dishwashers for my company after I purchased through Lowe’s! Communication was fantastic. Everything was done in about 2 hours, and cleaned up nicely. Would recommend!

guys were great spot on with the delivery even got there early where i had to be at work. installed perfect stove works great must say insist these guys handled all my appliances. Definitely will ask for them next time. 👍

Respectful, efficient and a good quality dishwasher install. Would have appreciated a better clean-up but that was a minor issue. Install is what really mattered and that was where the greatest attention to deal was evident and important.
