Mike has been a great help to me and my family. Every time I call him for help with our AC unit, he has always been there and always arrives on time. He is very professional and honest. I called him on a Wednesday at 5pm after I come home and realize that my AC was not cooling the house. He showed up 1 hour later! Where else can you get service like that. I would recommend him because he is reliable, trust worthy, and knowledgeable. He just replaced our AC unit and we could not be happier with the service Mike has provided.

I was calling around for prices as I needed both my inside and outside unit replaced. Mike asked for all the current hardware model numbers with pictures which I provided and he got me an invoice relatively quick. The install was pretty quick after the fact and so far so good. Mike even registered my new equipment with the manufacturers warranty.

My only real complaint is that I asked Mike to come out to my place to survey my current set up after he created the invoice with the recommended indoor/outdoor units. I wanted to make sure we were good to go electrical-wise before installation (among other things). He ended up coming out before the installation and seemingly found nothing wrong that would delay the installation of the new units (ac and heat pump) or incur additional costs.

Come day of the installation he kept finding new issues that i feel he should have caught during the house visit. The ampage of my fuses were too high so he had to get those and he said the gauges for my electrical cabling needed to be changed, costing an extra 1k at the end of the installation. Again, i just wish this was caught the first time around when he actually came to my place to take a look. As others pointed out, he kept citing that he was giving me a "good deal" but I rather just have the final cost up front than be nickled and dimed during the installation for things that shouldve been caught.

That and the invoice said he'll charge me half up front and the rest after installation but he charged me everything (original parts/labor before the additional costs for the cabling) before installation, which raised some red flags with me but, so far, everything worked out.

The new units are installed, the outside unit runs relatively quiet and now my house is cool; which was the goal overall.

He came over on a Saturday as I was having issues with my air conditioner and diagnosed the problem right away. He was so knowledgeable, and happy to explain things to me, that I actually learned a lot about my cooling system.

One is always skeptical who will provide service when you have a home warranty, but response, service, professionalism and repair were not an issue with ABC 24/7. My AC stopped working on the hottest weekend of the year. I called them and they were able to come out the next day. They checked the inside and outside units and provided me with a few options. I elected to have the unit replaced. It was replaced the next day. They are tidy, professional, polite, and very thorough. They called later that evening to make sure I was pleased with the workmanship and product.

I have been using ABC 24 hours heating and air conditioning since 2018 when he installed a new heater, air conditioner and water heater which I knew I needed. He has been servicing my appliances since that time. Ii need you to know that in 2018 when my air conditioner died I called him and he said he would be at my house the next day at 9am which he did and that was on Father’s Day. My equipment was so old and he quoted me a price that was extremely reasonable. I immediately signed a contract with him. Now he is the only one that I will ever use for routine maintenance. If you want a reliable expert, use his company, i guarantee you will not regret it.I wholeheartedly recommend ABC 24 Hours Heating and Air Conditioning.

Mike and his team are wonderful. Very friendly, honest and give great advice. First met him when our AC died on Memorial Day 2022. He came that day, got us working before dinner and didn’t charge us an emergency or holiday rate. A year later it seemed time to replace our 17 year old unit. Opened a ticket with my Home Warranty for a faulty Heat Pump. The initial vendor would not have availabilty for a few days so I called and asked for another vendor to assist. I called ABC and they fit me into thier already busy schedule. My unit is back online and I am a very happy customer. Huge thanks to Mike for arranging a same day appointment for emergency AC repair, in the midst of summer no less. We received our visit within three hours of our initial call, and Mike was quick in evaluating our issue and putting in a temporary repair to get our AC back on, while ordering a part and arranging a follow up visit to make the permanent replacement.

They set an appointment with an hour of my call, they quickly evaluated repairs needed to my system, were up front with all the costs and they had us repaired in less than two hours. Excellent service, and very skilled technicians.
