Over a 2 week period just before the big, bad January 2026 Winter storm we had swift and professional responses for multiple plumbing and HVAC needs in our Rosemont Alexandria condo -- a new kitchen faucet installed; a new water heater ordered and installed; our furnace and HVAC system inspected and repaired; a new furnace/HVAC system designed and ordered; and finally installation of the new furnace/HVAC system. We have witnessed first hand the efficiency and technical expertise of SwiftPro's awesome staff. When they make an appointment to get something done they have the staff, commitment to service, and business know-how to see it to completion with total satisfaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they are Northern Virginia based and family owned too - so you can feel good about supporting a community business. Technical people who deserve a special shout out include Tyson Czarny, Rich Kelly, David MacClary, Efrain Agilar, and Raul and Roger whose last names I cannot recall. We are new loyal SwiftPro customers who know who to call and count on for any future plumbing or HVAC needs.

I really liked Rich’s high knowledge level concerning HVAC systems, that he didn’t try to oversell me on my equipment needs, and his ability to work with me on the pricing. I believe that I received a top notch system at a reasonable price. The equipment replaced was a Trane electric heat pump system including air handler at 20 years old. It was replaced with a new Trane system.

Recently had a very positive experience with SwiftPro. Needed to replace a bathroom sink faucet/handles. Within a few hours, I received both a response to my text request as well as a fair and reasonable $ estimate. Work was scheduled a few days later and the plumber they scheduled to do the work, Kiernan Lyons, was outstanding. I will definitely keep these folks on my To Do list!

Zabi was fantastic & a real asset to your company. When I asked about another issue as an aside, he took a quick look, explained what the repair would entail & said that he could inquire with a manager for an estimate. Steven K. was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He was on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made the entire process feel simple and stress-free. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. He was efficient, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I can’t recommend Steven enough for any heating needs, hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had!

Moises came out to assess our furnace. Despite it being over 18 years old, he gave us a fair price on a fix and attempted to do a free adjustment to the fan so we could use the heat for another day or two. Unfortunately our furnace was too far gone for that. We decided to replace it and he was very good at explaining the work that was needed and quoted a fair price for a higher end product. Much cheaper than the other company that came out. No pressure, just friendly, helpful and fair priced.

This is a legitimate five-star review from a satisfied customer, as you can see from the attached photos. The first one shows the installed furnace followed by one of Aaron, Oscar and David posing by the Trane heat pump outside (Alex had already left). The third is David and Oscar working on my ductless mini-split heat pump. The last image shows the exterior unit of the ductless mini-split installed in my garage.

The whole crew were very skilled, efficient and friendly. They went the extra mile to insure a satisfied customer. Alex came to my house and gave me the initial quote. After I had received several other quotes, Alex and the owner Tyler came back and made me an offer better than my current HVAC company. Tyler also added the mini-split heat pump I wanted and duct cleaning to the same low price.

Two weeks later on March 11, 2025, David, Oscar, Aaron and Alex showed up early and had the new Trane heat pump and furnace installed within the time appointed. Next day, David showed up right on time and Oscar came a few minutes later. They had the interior and exterior units of the Friedrich ductless mini-split heat pump installed in my garage before lunch.

I am extremely satisfied with the equipment, the installation and the duct cleaning of the SwiftPro crew. I highly recommend them.

Master Plumber Kieran Lyons has done several plumbing projects at our house since joining the Swift Pro team and before. All projects were done on time and with the highest level of professionalism. The price quoted was the amount I paid. When Kieran left , the work site was spotless.

I needed a toilet replaced so I called Swift Pro Plumbing expecting to get Master plumber Kieran. To my disappointment Kieran is no longer working with Swift Pro
I decided to stay with a Swift Pro Plumber. They sent plumber Zabi Khatibi out to do the job and I can say the job was done well with no mess left for us to clean. I will use Swift Pro Plumber Zabi Khatibi again.

This was the 1st time I used SwiftPro and was pleasantly surprised. I was very happy with Tyson. He was very knowledgeable but he was also very patient when I tried to explain what I needed done. He willingly looked at all the plumbing issues I was having in my new house and he did not even charge me for his time. I find the office staff to also be polite and helpful. I'm glad I discovered this company. I got an estimate for the water heater and other items and I plan to have them do the work.

Xavi was great to work with! He was very cooperative in accommodating the specific requests of my project and worked efficiently leaving a neat product that looks leagues more professional than the old pipes he removed. The job was priced fairly for the work involved. I highly recommend Xavi for your plumbing projects.

I am very pleased with the service I received today from Moises Rojas. After 2 days at 60° inside my house, I was delighted that he was early for my appointment. He was quick but thorough. Not only did he fix my issue, but he advised of other services that could improve the operation of my HVAC system. I will be calling back early next month to take care of of his recommendations. SwiftPro' s Install Technician David installed a mini split at my house and did a great job. He took the time to test all connections. Used drop cloths and then made sure everything was cleaned up when he was done. He also gave us some tips on how to ensure good performance from the system. Highly recommend.

I was looking for an HVAC company to do yearly maintenance on my systems, after I became unhappy and disillusioned with my last company.

After a lot of searching and reading reviews, I came across SwiftPro. I scheduled an appointment with them and on the day of the appointment, their tech Steven K. came on time and was very professional. He fine tuned our two systems and what I liked most about Steven K. as well as the company over all is that they never once pushed any additional services/features that most companies do.

The only thing Steven K. recommended and fortunately, it's the one thing we were looking for is installing a humidifier to our main floor HVAC. Our sons wake up with dried throats on winter mornings and so this humidifier would be a blessing. Also, the price I was quoted was very reasonable.

On the day of the install, Steven K. again came on time and was able to finish the install in a reasonable amount of time. In addition to the install, he left the overall workspace very clean and tidy.

I would highly highly recommend this for any and all HVAC inspections/tune ups/repairs etc.

I hired them for a water heater replacement and a full HVAC replacement on a home I recently purchased that had very old, outdated equipment. From the first conversation to the final install, everything was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. They made the entire process feel effortless.

What stood out the most was that they never tried to sell me on anything I didn’t need. They took the time to understand my situation, explain my options clearly, and help me make decisions that actually made sense for my home. That kind of honesty is rare.

I own a property management company, and trust means everything to me. There are a lot of big companies out there that upsell, pressure you, or try to get over on you however they can. Cannot speak more highly about SwiftPro and their staff. I've had continuing problems with a water heater and the company that installed it couldn't seem to solve the problem. The warranty had expired, so looked for other options. SwiftPro had very good reviews here and on Yelp. I called Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon they had someone out.

On Friday, Edis Arevalo quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what could be done to correct it and recommended replacement of some parts. He gave me an estimate, and then very nicely called the company to see if he could give me a better rate. The estimate was quite a bit lower than what I had seen researching online. Before he left, he cleaned out water that had drained from the pressure release value into the pan under in the water heater.

The following Friday after the arrival of the replacement parts, Tyson Czarny arrived to make the repairs. He again explained what he was replacing and gave me an estimated time for the repair. As it turned out, the repair was completed more quickly than he thought. He made sure the water was hot and running correctly in the condo before he left. The charge was exactly what had been quoted.

Both Edis and Tyson were friendly and professional. Neither made any attempt to upsell any additional products or services which I truly appreciate. I also want to give a shoutout to Karla and Hannah in the office. Both were helpful and returned calls promptly as promised. Should I have any issues in the future, not only with the water heater, but with my HVAC or any other system they service, I will definitely call them again.

Picture this: It’s 3AM, 30 degrees outside, and my furnace decides to audition for a hummingbird documentary instead of heating my house. No heat, no sleep, and a growing sense that I might start wearing every hoodie I own at once.

Next morning, Dave MacClary and his green apprentice arrived like HVAC Avengers. Rain? No problem. They worked efficiently, educated me on air scrubbers, recommended duct cleaning (because apparently my ducts were auditioning for a dust storm), and wrapped up in 6–8 hours. The install looked flawless.

These guys have only been in business for about a year and a half, but their professionalism and hustle make them feel like seasoned pros. I almost don’t want to share this review because I want them all to myself—but good work deserves recognition. I’ll be signing up for their membership because, honestly, why would I ever call anyone else?

SwiftPro didn’t just fix my heat—they restored my faith in customer service. If you’re freezing and frustrated, call them. Just don’t take my spot in line.

Steven Kowalik was the technician who came to the house. I can't say enough of how impressed my wife and I were in dealing with Steven. Polite, courteous, easy-going and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. He patiently let me explain in detail the issue with the heating and quickly knew where to troubleshoot. It took him less than 15 minutes to identify the problem and fix it. We had heat again. He took the time to show where the wires were frayed that was causing the problem. Since we had an enormous electric bill because of the frayed wiring, he has personally saved us from future heating electric bills. In fact dealing with SwiftPro in general was very satisfactory. I highly recommend SwiftPro mainly because of Steven.
