From start to finish, the entire process and team of people I came in contact with were wonderful. My husband and I are enjoying the new windows and would truly recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone ready to change out their windows.

The installation crew came on time, friendly and professional. They made installing the front door look easy and the finish work looks awesome. Definitely would give Logan crew a 10/10 for service. Plus they even showed me how to put screen door one the outer door. Will definitely buy another door soon.

The crew was exceptional! Professionally and efficiently installed a double window and a triple window. Left no debris behind and ensured complete customer approval before leaving site. Very satisfied and would absolutely recommend to friends and neighbors.

Craig was scheduled to come today and measure for my new windows, and entry and storm door. He arrived on time and did a thorough job. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the upcoming installation. He was also very pleasant and courteous. What a team member!

Chuck, Nick, and Steven installed our new windows over the last 2 days. They did a great job and are to be commended for it. They were friendly, clean, industrious, and most helpful to us concerning our new windows. I rate their work as a solid 10 out of 10. I wish I could get them to do some of the other things around my house that need to be done. Ask for them by name when you get your windows done by Mr. Roger’s Windows.

I have two cracked block windows for my shower that matched the design style of my bathroom interior. I didn't want to change the design style and couldn't find anyone who could replace block windows. So, when Roger Windows showed me the modern windows mimicking block windows, I was willing to try with some concerns that they might look strange. After the installation, I was amazed by the artistic layout of the interior frame. The window provided a perfect style match with the existing block wall surrounding the shower. See the attached pictures. I am truly impressed by the build quality and artistic inside frame layout. The installation team was very professional and paid attention to details. They made the caulking between the frame and wall pleasing to my eyes. After the installation, the service dept followed up with call to ensure that I was satisfied. When I mentioned the unique location of the windows with potential shower water on the window frame, they immediately scheduled a service to ensure that the windows will not be compromised by shower water. They are the best for high-end customer windows. Definitely better than the other Pella windows of my house. I paid to relace three Pella windows in the last 5 years and the service was slow and the service manager was unreasonable. My new windows have life-time warranty.

Our entire experience with Mr. Roger’s Windows went smoothly and professionally starting with the thorough initial consultation to the day of installation. CJ’s team with Nash and Lukas arrived promptly, worked efficiently and I appreciate that they cleaned up so well, leaving nothing behind but our beautiful new windows. I would hire them again in the future with no hesitation.

It’s been a great experience so far working with Mr. Rogers Windows and Renewal by Andersen. Our initial appointment with Jeff Brinkley was very informative, and our most recent appointment with Craig for exact measurements went smooth as well. We look forward to our new window project beginning after the new year.

I was completely impressed with the services I received from Renewal by Anderson, starting with the presentation to the installation of my windows and both doors, my husband and grandson are both enamored by the beautiful security door, so well done and quite a pleasure to look at and to look through. The gentlemen that did both installations were professional and respected my home as well as my property, they cleaned up very well behind themselves. Job well done and I can say it is well worth the money that we spent.

Another really terrific experience with the professionals at Mr. Rogers Windows. Had a new door installed by Ivan and John. Pure Excellence! The measurements previously taken were spot-on as the door fit perfectly. The new door glides on its hinges and securely fastens very easily (as opposed to the old door that required 2 hip bumps to close it, and two hands to turn the latch). The workers explained everything to us in detail, particularly the screen on the storm door. In spite of being a chilly day, they were very patient while carefully spreading the sealant around the door and moldings! Another superb job by a great crew installing a premium product!

Our crew Mason, Johnny & James did a great job installing my windows. They new their job! Worked well together. Cleaned up after themselves. Very nice, answered all my questions.

Just had my windows installed by Anderson Windows. The team was great. The team was friendly and worked hard. They kep5 my home clean and it was almost like they were not there r yo have new windows. The cost was affordable. Next year we are using them for our windows upstairs. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, everything was very easy on our part. A lot of companies say that then later you find out there is more to it but seriously so easy Mr Rodgers took care of everything. CJ and his crew who installed made sure to communicate anything we could possible need to know and took good care of our home while installing the windows.
