I initially left a review regarding a small water damage claim due to several issues encountered during the process. Afterward, I was contacted by the General Manager, who assured me that everything would be addressed and taken care of. They replaced the steps that were damaged when a dehumidifier was dropped down the stairs.

There were some delays with the completion of the job due to scheduling on my end, so I decided to remove my first review in hopes of posting a more positive update. Unfortunately, it has become clear that disorganization and miscommunication are systemic issues within the company. My concerns remain unresolved, and I will be seeking another contractor to finish the job.

I recommend that any potential customers shop around before choosing Servpro.

My mother in law had some water damage. I called Davis Powell and his team did amazing. Helped my mother-in-law in a tough situation since she lives alone and is 80+. My wife was liaison working with them. Recently. I was invited to their open house and viewed their 20.000 square footage office warehouse. The event was amazing. I got to see their production and operation,
met and talk business with owner, Drew. I can tell you they are ready to take care of any water, fire, mold damage in residential homes and commercial structures such as multi-family to large
Class A Office Buildings. I highly recommend David Powell and his team. They will take care of you. Give him the opportunity to serve you. Lastly, ask a tour of their location.

My home was damaged by a broken water pipe. ServPro had people in my home cleaning the mess within one hour of being called! We had several crews and a supervisor in our home at various times and they were all very professional and polite,

Worked with Tim Brinn as our project Mgr. Communication was very good thru text or by phone with him. The project was completed ahead of schedule. His team did a very good job restoring our first floor area that had water damage.
I would recommend Tim and his team.

We had mitigation, removal of damaged ceiling and walls, repairs, and finishing. Each crew that did the jobs was efficient, considerate, and careful to explain what they were doing at each stage. Other than the shock of a leaking ceiling, it was a positive experience. 5 stars well deserved.

Charles, Carmen & Francesco were amazing. They were so professional, kind, and efficient. They took the time to ask me about items of importance. I can’t say enough about them as a team and the company as a whole from start to finish. I was able to arrange all services from my phone while at the hospital taking care of my family member. They did all the rest. Well worth every penny!!

Max, was a pleasure to work with during our home restoration. Our home was damaged due water pipe damaged and Max was always a phone call away or a text message away. We are enjoying our stand up shower and the new floors are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend Max to family and friends he was a great listener and a pleasure to work with.

Chris and Charles assisted us today after a water leak, walking us through the whole process, patiently answering all our questions and, most importantly, putting my mom at ease that ServPro would take care of everything. They were very friendly and professional.

Could not of done this without Brittney and Steven assisting me along the way. This was my second loss this year. My hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful and install was a smooth process. Max and Abigail with SERVPRO were excellent at delivering prompt service and offering helpful suggestions and advice on home repairs after a water supply line broke in my 2nd level bathroom and damaged my kitchen and lower level bathroom

The team did a great job. They explained all they were doing. And the things they cleaned look like new. Tameka and also Flora and. Brandon were pleasant and worked hard. I was upstairs in the house and came down stairs at times when they were working.

I have nothing but great things to say about Servpro. Darryl and his crew are probably my favorite people. There is nothing worse to waking up and seeing that you have a leak. My insurance agent told me to reach out to them and when I did I immediately felt a sense of ease. Darryl talked me though how to handle the situation. Did not start any work until they found out if my insurance company would cover the cost or not. Then once we received the approval they got to work and that crew were super sweet and shy. But they went to work and killed it. They explained everything I needed to know and would ask if I had any questions. I appreciate the urgency they showed they had the work done in a few a hours. For this to be a big deal I just felt like I was in good hands. Thank you so much Darryl and crew and Kelly on everything. It really means a lot to know that they are thinking of us little forks and helping us with insurance companies. I cannot say anything negative about them. ServPro sent the most amazing gals to my home to clean up after a small fire. Brittany and Jordan!! These girls were so amazing! The were very professional and courteous. They were so considerate of my kitties and my Dog Virgil. They did amazing work. My home smells like a million bucks. ServPro is very lucky to have these two! If you needed two employees to represent your company, do any training for new employees, it should be these two. I will be recommending ServPro to my family and friends because of Brittany and Jordan. Thanks for sending these two!

I have had many repairs done to the home that I have lived in for about 40 years. I have dealt with contractors before, and I had a bitter taste in my mouth based on past results. Tim Brinn and the contractors that he hires are the best! Tim called daily to check on the status of the repairs and to check on the anxiety that I had based on past experiences He even called after having a tooth abscess treated. He made multiple visits to my home and worked closely with me and the contractors to ensure that I understood the contract and the repair process.. He was extremely kind and patient. I can highly recommend him if you contact Servpro ask for him.

I have been waiting to hear from an owner of this company since July 15th. I have repeatedly asked for a call or email from someone who owns the company. My experience with this company has been nothing short of horrific. If I was the owner of this company, I would want to know about the way my employees have treated the customer.

Editing to add: their employees tampered with my surveillance at my home, employees fighting and arguing in my front yard (even slammed the dumpster door when they got mad), threw away all my appliances and tv without consulting with my insurance company first to get them written off, tried to get me to sign off on work that hadn’t been done, returned my items uncleaned, damaged, completely broken, and lost my textiles. What was a small kitchen fire that should’ve been fixable in a month, has now taken 4+ months and they tell me that it’s not their fault my things are damaged and uncleaned and lost. I have never been more dissatisfied with a company.

I had the pleasure of working with Max. I had smoke damage from a fire next door. He was very professional and kept me in the loop of everything that was happening. When it can to repairs and service, he made sure that everything was done properly and to my satisfaction. I recommend using Servpro for service and ask for Max.
