This company received the winning bid to install 42 new LED street lights in our condo community. All of the installs went smooth, on time and minor problems were resolved quickly. The install staff was great to work with. I highly recommend this vendor and would gladly use them again.

I do not write reviews often, but today I shall based on the service received from Matt Sawyer! His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to solve our issues was refreshing and worthy of 10 Stars! Excellent work!! Thank you!

Tim at STG did a fabulous job with my security system install. He was courteous, knowledgeable about his equipment, communication was on point. The training he provided was very helpful as well. All in all superb customer service and extremely smooth install.

Add on- 6/17/24 today we had our cameras installed by Jim and Eli! They were both very professional and had the cameras installed quickly. They took the time to show me how to view on my computer and phone. Love this company!!!!

I can not say enough great things about STG and their crew. I am a local business owner and I have used STG for my security for the past five years. We recently expanded and for obvious reasons STG has equipped my new facility with state of the art security. After calling to get on their schedule, I was given a reasonable window of completion. The two technicians that installed my system, Matt and Kam, came out after hours and worked diligently and as a team until midnight getting it right. Taking their time, routing all the wires and components properly and neatly, actually taking pride in the workmanship and knowing that the work they perform is a direct reflection on STG. Being a business owner and knowing that great employees are hard to find, I can only imagine that STG as a business is doing great things to retain their employees. I will continue to use and refer STG to all of my friends and local business owners.

Charles and Ethan were awesome. They did an awesome job here. Putting my Alarm system up. I would recommend them to do all the jobs.

Charles did a great job. He answered all my questions with no problem and was able to give me more information about my issue then another other person has. Definitely would recommend them.

Matt Sawyer was excellent. He came in neatly dressed, greeted me, explained what he was here for, inspected the radio setup and changed the batteries for the emergency alert. Everything was back in place, no mess, a pleasant/ professional job completed.

I am a Property Manager in the Norfolk Area and STG is the company you need to go to for monitoring. Their team is knowledgeable, trust worthy and most important responsive. Chris Vise and Chris Wood saved me in a bind from having to go on an additional week of Fire Watch. They were on my site within 30 Minutes and had my panel up and running within the hour. I will only use them to monitor my buildings moving forward! This is a 5 star and A+ team!

It’s was a great experience working with this company. Matthew did a very good job installing the security system. He also went above and beyond explaining the equipment, looking into the electric wire path in the house. The office staff is also very approachable and responsive. I can't thank you enough! They were so respectful, so helpful. You should be extremely proud of them. Down to even helping with 2 huge and heavy packages that were delivered- John helped get them in and helped put them on a dolly to move them out of the main traffic area. I just can't say enough!
