Great service, great techs. Everything is upfront with these people and they actually look out for you and your interests unlike some companies. Chris did a great job walking us through the options we had and advising on places we could save money by using a motion sensor instead of multiple sensors and the system has done well. It’s sensitive enough that we feel safe and through the app it’s very user friendly. It’s easy to enable, disable, or even bypass certain sensors. Our tech, whose name I can’t remember right now, did a very efficient install and we haven’t had any issues but a minor WiFi glitch with the camera and a simple reboot fixed that.

A guy named Greg that works in the yard is very unprofessional and under qualified for his job. He will cuss at truck drivers thinking there is no consequences for his actions. He does not know how to operate the machinery what should’ve been a 20 to 40 minute unload has now turned into four hours because we have to wait until somebody that knows how to operate, the equipment can come in to unload. For a business that relies on us to bring them these structures to act the way they do has just lost 1 of the drivers that brings them equipment. I will never return to this place, because I do not show up at a job site to be cussed at by somebody who doesn’t even know how to operate their equipment

The quality of the work for the price is absolutely awful. The work itself wasn’t too too bad but with the price it definitely wasn’t worth it. I would definitely recommend looking at other companies first.
