Had a small fire in my electrical panel that required a new panel. BJ was extremely responsive and showed up that day! I think he started the installation @ 3pm and was done by 730pm which is absolutely amazing. I won’t be calling anyone else for my electrical needs. Left my house better than he found it.

Thankful for BJ and his team! We called him to replace an outlet in our bathroom and after taking a look at things he determined there was a much bigger issue. So thankful that he was able to identify the problem and take the time right then to replace our panel. He explained everything very well, kept things clean and was great at communicating. He even came back quickly to help us with another issue. He is quick to respond to phone calls and great at what he does. Highly recommend!

TC Electric installed a new electrical panel, recessed lighting, and install another panel for my shed. It was 2 younger electricians that did the work.(John and Tyler. You can really tell Mr Radford has taken a lot of time with these guys. They did an amazing job with everything. On time, well spoken and great prices. It good to know trades are still being well taught and appreciated.

Please don’t hire this company. Once the owner locks down higher paying jobs, he will completely ghost you. We hired him to install two fans and switches, downstairs patio outlet, and the upstairs patio outlet. He then talked us into getting a new electrical panel done, which was odd considering we had bought the house not even a year prior. We trusted his expertise and spent thousands, $4,750 to be exact.

Flash forward to this past summer (again, not even a year later from when he completed the work), and my daughter’s fan/light fixture was having issues. When we finally got a hold of him, he apologized saying he has been working nights for some big corporate companies. I gave him grace, said I understood, and I was happy his company was flourishing with bigger opportunities. After he came out and looked at everything, he removed my daughter’s light fixture and told us he would order a particular part or we could order it which we did. After that, he never answered my phone calls or texts, and my daughter was without a light fixture in her room until last month.

Very unimpressed and disappointed in the service/money we spent. I look forward to spending money with other local electricians who have a better response time and outstanding customer service.

Edited to add: the pool shed light was not included in the invoice, so I removed that part entirely from this review. However, after checking back at the invoice (as the owner is now asking for receipts of payment of which I have attached —blurred our residence for privacy), we actually spent double than what I originally posted. If work you originally completed didn’t last not even a year (daughter’s light fixture install), you fix it. Instead, I was ignored from August until now (December) only because I wrote a review. Looks like there is now a team of people who work for the company who could have assisted. The owner did finally respond once I posted the review, however, we have hired someone else to complete the unfinished job.

They were able to send someone for my hot water heater repair right away when others couldn't come for days. James was very friendly, informative, and got it working for me. I'll definitely use them again in the future!

I was at my wits end with my washing machine drain continuously backing up! Drew knew just how to handle our older pipes. When his first attempt didn’t work, he took the time and confidently tried something else. He made my day when he said he cleared a huge clog, entirely, that had been building up, never getting fully cleared out in past service calls. I will absolutely recommend Get Lit, and Drew, to anyone who asks me. I will definitely call them again should anything else come up. Thank you, Drew, for keeping me from what I thought was going to be a costly repair!

Get Lit and Drew in particular provided an excellent service and made us comfortable with our choices by explaining all the work to be performed. He had us a new sink in in record time without compromising top quality craftmanship. We we be using Get Lit for our future plumbing services..

The Electrician was puncture and professional. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. He made good recommendations and provided options. Very respectful, personal, and customer-oriented.

Louis was excellent at his job. Very knowledgeable and very detailed about everything that I asked him I will be calling them back if I have any other issues

They came out to restore power to room over garage. They replaced bad outlet and switches in the room,restored power to room and came back out to install a whole house surge protector.

Highly Recommend Get Lit electrical and plumbing. They are among the best if not the best company i have dealt with. Very detail oriented and strive at serving their customers with the utmost professionalism. Danny did a phenomenal job at my new residence and we were very pleased with the results!

Signed up for plumbing yearly maintenance plan. Tech arrived on time and was very courteous. He described whst he would be doing and went to work. Plan alows for two inspections which includes rinseing and cleaning our tankless hot water heater. He then inspected all the faucets and toilets for leaks. He also checked where the water shut off valves are. It has given us peace of mind knowing all our plumbing is working well.

Danny was awesome! He fixed some issues we were having with one of our circuits. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot our issue and made sure we had a solution before he left. Would highly recommend Danny to anyone needing electrical work done!

Get Lit installed a tankless water heater and in the process, discovered a leaking pipe. They were able to find the leak, fix it, and continue with their install seamlessly. Both Johnny and Christian did a phenomenal job and I would hire them again for any electrical or plumbing job that comes up. They were great to work with, great communication, and extremely professional.

Where do I start? WOW! James is the absolute BEST! He came out to our house for a suspected leak in our master bathroom shower, and he has since been nothing short of kind, professional, and has actively listened to every concern. He has answered all of our questions thoroughly and his knowledge and expertise is unmatched. Tech (Patrick) did an awesome job! Had 3 fans installed for our upstairs rooms and he was timely, professional and very informative! If nothing else, he knows his lights! Very satisfied with the service. Thanks guys!

I called Get Lit because another professional had discovered a leak in our crawlspace. James S. evaluated the whole space, and caught multiple issues that past inspectors and plumbers had missed. He spent two full days replacing almost every drain pipe we have and fixing all these problems, by himself, without a break, but stayed super friendly and upbeat the whole time. The "can do!" attitude is hard to find, and I really appreciate it. We are so happy with the work that was done, and with our new go-to plumber. Get Lit has been a 10/10 every time I've called them (we had some electrical work done recently, too); I can't recommend them highly enough.
