If you park in this area at night watch out for thieves particularly a 90s model 4dr dark blue/black sedan with tinted windows a mismatched white hood and passenger front fender.

Went here after looking for wire at Lowe’s and Home Depot with no help. I will come here from now on for all my electric needs. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and had all the supplies I needed. Right when I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed. I had several questions which the gentleman at the counter was glad to answer. Highly recommend for all your electrical needs!

The item I was looking for wasn't in stock, because it was an older type of florescent bulb that isn't in demand. The counter man searched for the bulb and told me where I would be able to get one. That's great customer service.

One star is a long shot!! The customer service has gone to the curb and is the absolutely terrible. Everyone you get on the phone is rude and acts like they don't even want to help. Can't get the orders correct then get mad at the customer because they messed up. Will be taking our business elsewhere!!

My problem is not so much with branch in Virginia Beach it's more with the repasentitive who handles the accounts Ms. Christine Hylan. She is rude and sarcastic and takes it upon herself to close accounts if she does not like what you say or reduce your credit limit with no probable cause except you are late on a payment. Apparently she has complete control and no one can do anything about her. I have also wondered why in the last year and half why so many employees who have been there for over 20yrs have left and went to other companies, maybe they see or know something that we don't.
Either way with people like Ms. Hylan at the helm I will take my business else where.

Awesome staff and friendly and they do great work at a decent price

The thing about adding your company logo to your vehicle is that it helps you get noticed. Unfortunately certain drivers at Watson have little regard for basic traffic safety and common curtesy to those who share the road. My family witnessed one of their white pickups trucks change lanes no less than 7 times without a turn signal and in heavy traffic. Other drivers on the road were forced to dodge the erratic driving.

Best place in North East North Carolina and eastern Va to buy electrical supplies. Top-notch staff and awesome customer service. You make our customers happy because we are able to provide high-quality materials at a reasonable cost. Thanks Capital 😊
