Brinks did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. Looks like new! Will definitely use Brinks again!

I originally found Brinks Carpet cleaning as a word of mouth referral on a mom forum when I was asking for carpet cleaning. I have continued to hire them on a regular basis. As a mom of small children we've dealt with toilet accident messes. What seemed like an impossible mess to remove from carpet underneath barrier has been fully pulled up out of the carpet and pad below and our house has been left smelling fresh every time they've done it. Their friendliness is icing on top. One final note is they are prompt to their appointments, communicative when they are on the way to you and get it cleaned much faster than I has expected. 5 star name for sure. Excellent and rapid response in communication prior to arrival of this awesome husband & wife team. Loved the care taken during cleaning process to prevent damage to belongings and home. Really impressed with the information shared while they went through each room. All this and an excellent job cleaning the carpet. Glad we went with Tracy and Helen. Not only did they clean my carpets and make them look brand new, but they also stretched the carpet in several rooms, which made a huge difference. Called to come clean the FROG carpet as it has never been cleaned in the 10 years since we got it installed and it was my daughter's bedroom. We have fostered kittens in that room, my daughter has ferrets who would pee and poop in the corners when she would let them run free in there. To say that carpet was in desperate need of a good cleaning is an understatement. As soon as my daughter moved out we called Brinks. Helen was so nice and professional. She worked with me to get a time and date that worked well for my schedule.
A day or two before she called to confirm date and time.
The day if she texted and called to say they were on their way.
Other than just being extremely kind and professional, one thing that really stood out to me was how they put mats down on my hardwood floors and put these corner protectors up to protect door jams and my dining room table leg that they ran the cleaning tube along.
The price was perfect. The service took maybe an hour if that and my carpet up there looks brand new.

They walked through after treatment instructions as they had me inspect it as well.

Best carpet cleaning experience ever and we are a military family who has had to rent and get carpets cleaned at move out and all.

Helen and Tracey were very knowledgeable and professional. Their work was fast and nothing short of incredible. We have and older dog who has accidents on our carpet as well as a dog that has passed on who use to mark everything. They have my carpets looking and smelling amazing. I look forward to our next cleaning with them in 6 months.

Shine crew showed up on time and did a very thorough job of cleaning all the windows including the sunroom. They were very detailed and cleaned all the tracks as requested.

Shine cleaned my windows, soft washed a couple of places on my roof and reattached some vinyl trim on my front eaves. Very conscientious and professional and respected my home. As I told them “I’m a member of the Shine family now”.

My SHINE team showed up on time and went right to work. They explained exactly what they were going to do and made sure I didn't have any questions. They did an excellent job of cleaning the exterior of my house. It looked brand new when they finished. BEWARE! Company may cause damage to your home!!!

My experience with this company has been exceptionally poor. This company seems to target condo associations with a bait and switch. Saying that the cost is $10 per window or door when they really mean $10 per pane. My windows cost $30 and each door cost $20. No sliding door has just one panel so they should have said $20 for each door. They spent very little time on each window. For 7 windows/doors, I was charged $170 when I was expecting $70.

While in our house, they damaged material for an ongoing bathroom renovation. I called and emailed their office and they took a week to reply before denying everything. So typical and so disappointing.

Shine was by far the best window cleaning experience I've had! They were very professional and did a tremendous job. I will definitely use them again and tell folks about them.
