Willie did an awesome job cleaning my carpet. He was very professional and pleasant!!! I also like the customer service that Erica provided. It is good to see customer service on that level!!!

Super customer service. April and Rose followed up with me before and after my services. I found this by reviews. Kept seeing technician Will was amazing, the best. So reading those is why I called. I was also luckily enough to even get Will. Reviews were correct. He was amazing, very nice and thorough. Customer service will always win my vote. I even cut flowers from my garden and put it in a jar for Will to give his wife. Thank you.

Hello! I had Eco carpet pro cleaning Associate come over and clean up the carpet. He was a tall black man and it’s unfortunate that I forgot his name because he did such an amazing job on my carpet. He made conversation, made sure me and my family felt comfortable, And was able to get stains out of my carpet that I had been struggling with for years. I had forgot that my appointment was set, and he waited almost an hour to make sure that my carpet was clean. The carpet looks flawless and originally I was hesitant to join the company, but I am so glad that I made the decision and I hope that I get the same technician again because he was amazing.

Excellent job and done in a timely fashion. Furniture was in bad shape. The technician brought the sofa and live seat to new. Lazy boy was a project. Removed “ most” of the stains. More than satisfied. Good job.

Phillip showed up on time as promised and did a great job clearing my neglected dryer vent. He also made me aware of a concern with the outlet of the vent and gave me a recommendation for that repair, which was taken care of this morning.

We had one wall to wall carpet cleaned and an area rug. Plus the air ducts. Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. They carpet cleaning is more of a surface clean than a deep clean procedure. Just what we needed. Thank you!

Originally called to have a dryer vent cleaning done for our home we’re selling. Staff was so great, I called the next day to have the carpets cleaned!
