5 stars for professionalism. But 1 for overall experience, especially after the service was complete. Honestly, it's not worth $400+. I requested ventilation cleaning and solely went to this company because of the reviews. Many reviews talk about the nice smell afterward, well I smell nothing. And unfortunately, the person left dirt and dust on my couch and a basket of clean clothes. I said multiple times if he needed me to move anything to let me know. Very inconvenient and disappointed. I'll be looking for another company next time I need this type of service. Enjoy my money.

Levi was very professional! He arrived well dressed at the beginning of my service window, came in to look over the couch to be cleaned while asking a few questions to better tailor the service. He got started and was completed quickly and efficiently while ensuring I was happy with the results. Price was much lower than any competitors we called and I could not be happier with our service! We will be using them soon for carpet cleaning as well! 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful Christian company that was really kind while scheduling myself and friend. Levi was very detailed to check all the rooms beforehand and real about what would come out. Absolutely will use them again every couple years.

Had them clean on a new rental I moved in 3 months ago. Clean the carpet with a floor buffer and cold water not sure how that would clean the rug and asked. Once it got warm the carpet held a smell. I don’t walk in the house with shoes on ever, don’t have animals or children and less then 3 months later cleaned the carpet myself and the water was filthy. No way it was cleaned properly and be this dirty.

Very satisfied. Person who did the cleaning was punctual ,respectful and efficient,. Will use the company again.

The person was nice, but he seemed more concerned with the price than the quality of the job. Also, after he finished he kept walking on the carpet putting stuff off the ground onto the carpet. I took my shoes off hoping he would get the point, but he just kept on walking on the carpet and now I have to vacuum the carpet. Also, the carpet did not get very clean, it still had dirt spots on it.

The carpet cleaning was terrible. They also, damaged our wall from the oversized machine being used . Hallway and stairs, Air ducts and Dryer vents service, was also completed. Not happy ...

Kwik Dry Total Cleaning provides a variety of services at great prices! I had the opportunity to have my home serviced by Levi and he is a true professional. Very thorough, detail oriented, and patient. He took his time explaining the service to me and providing me with additional information regarding services Kwik Dry provides. I will definitely be contacting Kwik Dry again for future home service needs!

Service provided was Good and the crew worked hard. But, the devil (bad) is in the details. It's the little things like, asking to borrow a step stool from the home owner, leaving debris behind when taking down vents and reinstalled some the vents backwards. And the use of a cleaning machine that leaves you home smelling stink and rinking. Lastly, they dump the dirty stink water in front of my driveway on the way out!
Would I use them again??? Probably not!

Called Kwik Dry Total Cleaning last week. I needed my ductwork taken care of once more. I’ve used them before and was very pleased with the results. Set up a day for Levi to come out and handle it for me. Levi showed up on time and we discussed what needed to be done. Levi went to work and he was very thorough. At every step of the way he cleaned up after each vent was finished. My home is dust free once again. The price for everything he did was more than fair. I want to thank Levi especially and thank him once again for the job he did. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I was looking into having the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned for a while now. I had held off due to overall cost, but I finally decided it needed to be done again as the allergies were in full bloom. After looking at several places, I found KwikDry through a Valpak mailer. After contemplating different businesses, I decided to go with them since there was a great coupon in the mailer for air duct cleaning. The date of the cleaning was on July 9, 2025.

When I called them the first time, I spoke to their answering service. We went over what I wanted to look to have done. There is an additional $50 discount on the dryer vent cleaning if you have the air ducts cleaned, so I took advantage of that too. They also do tile and grout cleaning, so I had them do that as well at the front door and in the kitchen.

They arrived at the time they said they would. He was very thorough about what the process would be and the timing the job would take. It was no surprise that it would be a few hours to go through all of the air ducts and dryer vent. He was also up front that the tile and grout cleaning may or may not change afterwards, but I still wanted to proceed with that anyways.

The overall process took about four hours total. That wasn't too surprising to me. The air ducts were the biggest thing that needed to be cleaned and sanitized. I would still get some additional allergy symptoms like sneezing and such for about a day afterward, but since then, the allergies have calmed down quite a bit. It had been about five years since either were cleaned. The dryer vent was long overdue for cleaning, and he showed me just how much he collected out there. It was much more than I thought it would be.

The last part was the tile and grout cleaning. It seemed to be a fairly seamless process for him. He wasn't sure if the colors would change much, but after it was done, those floors looked so much better. I never thought to get a before and after picture on that in the moment.

Overall, this was an excellent experience that I had with them. I will be looking out for future coupons from them in the years to come and have them come back each year so that it doesn't get so bad. He did say though he's seen a lot worse, and he said he could tell that we change the filter frequently, which helps keeping the ducts to be piling up with dust and debris. If you're looking for a budget friendly place to have your air ducts and such cleaned, be sure to check them out.

First, let me say the people are very nice. However, the service was poor. I got my vents cleaned and my carpet and area rugs cleaned. They left dust and drywall droppings under the vents including on my stove. And the carpet just wasn't clean. They use a buffer machine, and I told him right away that the carpets still looked very dirty. He said it would be better after raking. It wasn't. I ended up re-doing the high traffic path and some stains in my bedroom. My little green machine and Resolve did a better job than this process. See pics for stains that remained after shampooing with my little green machine and the carpet stains that came right up.

We have used the company for cleaning many of our units ducts. The are fast, efficient and very professional. This is why we continue to use Kwick Dry for our property. Thank you for fast service an always on time.

Had the dryer duct cleaned and it was a first rate job. The man showed up on time, price was as stated without any surprise costs, and the technician even checked out the duct under the house to make sure everything was OK. I'd been cleaning the duct myself but not any more.

I paid for a dryer vent cleaning and was charged an extra $50 because the technician supposedly needed to go into the attic to access the vent. Fine—I was willing to pay more for the extra effort. But when the technician showed up, he never went upstairs or even attempted to check the attic.
Instead, he just went outside, did something for literally 2 minutes, then said he was done and left. That was it. No explanation, no inspection, nothing. I ended up paying $150 for a job that didn’t feel thorough at all.
I’m frustrated because I paid extra for a service that clearly wasn’t done the way it was explained. I don’t mind paying for quality work, but this felt like a quick cash grab. Would not recommend based on my experience.
