We had the duct cleaning service performed. The technician was very studious and from the outside looking in, it appears he did a very good job. He moved quickly through our home however, I feel that him efforts will produce results with the breathing issues the last few months in our home. We’re hoping that this will help with the breathing.

What an experience! Levi is just the sweetest young man who clearly cares very much about doing a good job. He's got the professionalism of someone twice his age. He took excellent care of my old (two from the 1980s, one from the 70s, and one midcentury) upholstered chairs. They look amazing!

I had good feeling about this company when I first booked it. Since Stanley Steemer completely no showed back to back appointments. I requested a two room carpet cleaning special and duct cleaning, to clean a couple of spots I have on my carpet from my dogs and child. When the employee arrived he started taking out the equipment to clean the ducts, but I noticed that he never took out the carpet cleaning machine but I figured since it was just him, that he’d come back for it. He came up and started cleaning our ducts, he was able to get the main ones, but could not get to my dryer vent which I was hoping for. When he got to my last vent it seemed like he was wrapping up the job when I asked “are you doing the carpets as well…” he looked puzzled and took out his phone to confirm and told me that it wasn’t on the list of services scheduled for my condo. I was very disappointed because I had moved all the stuff out of my carpeted rooms to allow for cleaning. So informed me that I would have call back and reschedule that service (which could be weeks from now), which I found a little irritating because I initially asked for that service. The employee informed me the scheduler is newer and possibly made a mistake in scheduling. So I paid for the duct cleaning and sent him on his way, but when I got back upstairs I found one of the duct covers sitting on my sink which I now have to reinstall. I wanted to give this company 5 stars because as a veteran, I am proud to support veteran owned businesses, but this was not a great first experience.

Had our air ducts done and we are very pleased. What a difference it made. The young man who came out was very nice and told us everything that he was going to be doing. Was in and out within 1.5 hours. Will definitely we using them again.

The owner of this company is very compassionate about the work being provided. The first tech was a hit or miss with the cleaning, but the owner came the next day and he cleaned carpet again and when I say he did an amazing job. He also explained to me about the cheap carpet being cleaned..He even went as far as refunding my money back...He is an awesome person who cares about his business and reputation...I will would highly recommend this company and the carpet dries quickly...

**Beware - Ruined My Couch and Loveseat!**

I had a terrible experience with Kwik Dry Total Cleaning(Hampton Roads). I hired Levi to clean my couch and loveseat, expecting professional service and a fresh look for my furniture. Instead, he completely ruined both pieces. After he finished, I noticed significant discoloration on the fabric of both my couch and loveseat. The colors are now faded and uneven, with some areas looking worse than before the cleaning.

When I contacted Kwik Dry to report the issue, their response was incredibly unprofessional. They refused to take any responsibility and offered no solution to fix the damage they caused. I was told that it was "just wear and tear," which is absurd given that these pieces were in great condition before they were cleaned.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I trusted Kwik Dry to take care of my furniture, and instead, I’m left with damaged pieces that I will now have to replace. I would strongly advise against using their services if you care about the quality and appearance of your furniture.
This company has no respect, trust or integrity. I will be contacting an attorney and the Better Business Bureau (BBB)

I contacted this company due to a foul odor that I was smelling in my vent. I spoke with gentlemen named Levi who was very professional and knowledgeable; he was very accommodating in regards to my issue. He definitely took ownership of my problem  and was able to provide service for me the next day. Which is brother Taran came to my house on time and proceeded to clean vents. He was very informative of the issues that he identified during his visit. He didn't have any issues answering any of my concerns or questions,  which was quite a few. I really enjoyed both conversations will Levi and his brother.   There was a issue on my side which Levi went outside of the  box to accommodate me. We are talking about excellent customer service, we are talking about someone that I would recommend to this company because of Levi.  I definitely will use this  company again and again and again.     Thank you for your words of encouragement and you are ministry.

I recently had my air and dryer ducts cleaned and I was very impressed by the technician’s professionalism. Levi was very thorough when explaining the process to me and did a great job. I will be requesting him again whenever I need their services.

Kwik Dry carpet cleaning provides outstanding service, very professional. I had my whole house carpets cleaned. My carpets have been in the home since I purchased 14 years ago and they look new!!! Second time using this company, highly recommend!

The young gentleman was very polite and respectful. He was here less than 45 minutes. He did a good job servicing our area rugs. The only issue I had was that he didn’t use plastic covering on his shoes as he was cleaning the rugs. So he wouldn’t track his shoe prints on my regular floor. But other than that, we were satisfied.

Found you guys on google and I’m so happy that I did! First time doing a cleaning on my air duct vent and they sent out a professional team right away. Kyle was kind and very attentive to his work. Scheduled an appointment on June 26 to have my carpets cleaned on July 22. The confirmation email and reminder email stated tech would arrive between 8a-10a. At 943a I called the number in the email to ask if tech would be out at 10am or would it be after, Naomi stated the tech Levi called me to cancel my appointment. I never received a call, missed call, voicemail, text, or email from Levi letting me know he couldn’t make it. They tried to schedule me for a different day I explained today was the only option and I scheduled this appointment almost a month ago and there was no communication prior that a tech would not be available during the scheduled time. If I had not called to ask about arrival time I would never have known they canceled my appointment as the tech claimed to have reached out this morning to inform me he was unavailable. I was not aware there was only one tech that cleaned carpets and they give no notice prior to day of appointment of canceling appointments. Horrible way to do business!!!!

I would highly recommend Hampton Roads Kwik Dry. Levi cleaned air ducts, dryer vent, carpeting and upholstery and did a great job on all. He was polite and professional and cleaned up after himself. He reviewed what was to be done before he began and gave me an exact price, which was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

I am very upset. I scheduled a move out carpet clean. Mind you in my area snow was forecasted and they didn't say that snow would be an issue. I scheduled the appointment, received and email and text that the cleaners would be there between 8-9 am. I drive out to meet them and waited..... and waited and waited. I texted their number shortly after got a phone call. Sorry but we have to reschedule. I let them know that we could have saved us all time if we canceled the night before since we all knew it was going to snow. No sympathy just said okay I'll cancel it out.
