You don't find many businesses like these guys anymore. As a small plumbing contractor I receive the same great service as the big contractors. From the moment you walk in you get great face to face service with professionals who know the industry. If they don't have what you need they can get it quickly.

Haven't been for many years until today. The guy running the warehouse apologized for the wait time and took care of replacing the back shower wall that was cracked in the box they brought out. Very professional, knowledgeable, and sincere people, him and his boss. Didn't get their names but being a bathroom contractor will definitely look at ordering more from them.

I scheduled my appointment and got there 5 min early. To my surprise, instead of having the walking in customer work with the representative that did not have the appointment, Cassidy disregarded her obligation.
Dominique was courteous and listened to my concern and needs and provided great options and advice. At the end, she shared that Cassidy would create a list of cost for the items I needed to remodel my master fully as well as replace my hall bath to a walkin shower. I left with the understanding that Cassidy would email me only to have to call today to ask for my information because my contractor was asking.

Our appointment was scheduled with Cassidy for fixtures for a remodel on our bathrooms. Had a very pleasant experience! Cassidy was extremly helpful and answered all our questions. The showroom has a nice selection of examples of products and Cassidy was able to work with us on style and color options for the perfect match. We highly recommend you give they a call for your bath or Kitchen needs!!!

Talk about some amazing customer service; Cassidy absolutely killed it with my order. Needed shower hardware that I couldn't source from a big box store, she had it on the shelf. She unboxed it all in front of me, found some blemishes and swapped out the parts, a couple weeks later when installing I noticed an accessory didn't match, I brought it back in and she swapped it out. Prices may be slightly higher than big box stores but the quality is vastly superior and the customer care is top notch.

Cassidy was such a help when it came to designing my bathroom. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was so patient and understanding when I wanted to change my original choices for the fixtures.
When the manufacturer of our shower surround shorted us an installation clip, Cassidy got on the phone right away and had the missing part expedited to my home directly from Canada. Our toilet base arrived damaged and again, Cassidy was quick to get a new one shipped out ASAP. Such great customer service! I would not hesitate to use Noland and Cassidy in the future. I wholeheartedly would recommend this business to anyone in need of a bathroom remodel.

I contacted Standard Plumbing to take care of several plumbing issues we had at our home. They were quick to get to us and showed up on time, very professional and went above and beyond to take care of all of our concerns. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Totally professional, and at the top of the game. Our water heater is in the attic and another company told us they couldn't do it without cutting the wooden beams, and altering the whole attic which would of cost a couple thousand dollars more, but we called Standard Plumbing n they came and did the job without having to do anything to our attic. They are honest, hard working, did the job quickly and at the end cleaned up the whole area. My husband and are are very grateful and happy with their service!!
