We had a Preventive Maintenance on our AC unit, the technician was on time and took less than an hour to complete. The technician showed me that I had an issue with the A/C compressor, he had the part and was a quick fix. Was very pleased with the service.

My HVAC went out earlier this year and with my husband being deployed for several months, I was definitely stressing about what needed to be done and being able to understand recommendations and not being taken advantage of. I had another company come out prior to Bud's and wanted to get a second opinion/additional options. When I called, I spoke to Stephanie - she was MILES above any customer service in comparison and was extremely knowledgable from the get go. This was extremely refreshing to talk to someone who was well versed in their company's processes. I set up and appointment and had the BEST time chatting with Steve!! He was personable, was extremely thorough in his process and diagnosis, and took the time to sit down with me and explain everything. He answered my questions, was extremely patient and even dealt with the craziness of me having to consult with family and ask many questions! Jonathan and Michael were the technicians to install my new unit and they were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely professional and did such a thorough job and made sure I knew they would be there if I needed anything else at all. I am extremely impressed by this company. They have earned a customer for life!! (as long as i'm in the area!) Thank you all for easing my mind, having the genuine desire to do what was BEST for me, and cooling my home so that my husband can come back to a perfect home. Ronald Wilson also says thank you for all the love he received from everyone and for spoiling him with all the head scratchings!

Had an AC issue around 8-9pm. They informed us they had an on call tech. Jonathan came within 20 mins and knew exactly what the issue was right of the bat. Very informative and fixed the issue in no time, highly recommend this company and the tech Jonathan! All other companies turned us down and wanted to set an appointment for another day, Buds came thru for us and we will use them again for sure! Great service and once again, Jonathan was great, that man deserves a raise!! 😎

We use Bud's for our heat and air and are never disappointed. We have also had them do small plumbing work for us. They're our first call.

We had them replace 4 vanity lights, a ceiling fan, two GFR switches, and 4 bathroom exhaust fans, including some that did not have ceiling access. The technicians who did our work were professionals, they did excellent work, and never complained about the complexities of work, working in the attic when it was a real feel temperature of 102 degrees, and smiled and said "Sure, we can do that too!" when we asked if they could do additional work and added an extra light and exhaust fan. Simply the best electricians we have had work on our home in many, many years. This was our first time using Buds but will not be the last.

Are AC unit was acting up. We called A-1 American to come and troubleshoot. After their tech left they said that the control board was damaged and the fan motor was no good. They gave me a repair estimate over $2000.00. We called Buds for a second opinion just to make sure. And what do you know. It was a loose wire.

Obviously Buds technicians are better at troubleshooting then A-1 American !!!

We definitely continue to use them in the future

The tech they sent out was personable, fast and efficient. They quickly diagnosed multiple issues. They had to order parts and once they arrived, they were installed very quickly and the unit is running great. All of this was done at a fair price. This company is definitely my new go-to. I would highly recommend them!

Buds is easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. I used them for my A/C & Heating maintenance and A/C unit replacement in my previous dwelling and now that I have moved, I called them again to start a maintenance plan with them for my A/C & Heating. Tavon came out and serviced my unit and was great. Since this is a new house, I had questions, and he took his time to answer them without issue. They have been great.

Quick to respond! Steven was courteous, kind, informative and helpful! Solved our issues and helped talk us through options. Appreciate their hard work for our family. Helped get us cool on a hot hot day!

We’ve have been using Bud’s since we bought our home over 3 years ago. Everyone we’ve encountered within the company (from calling to scheduling a visit to the person who comes to our house) is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We’ve been lucky to have Alec as our technician for the past few visits and he takes the time to walk myself and my husband through our system and always answers all our questions and concerns. We appreciate Buds and will continue to recommend them to anyone who owns a home locally.

I had service technician Kevon out yesterday to perform my annual system check. He was extremely knowledgeable, and his customer service skills were the best I have encountered in years. I could see him as a leader in any career in his future. Kevon explained exactly what he had done and took time to ensure all my questions were answered.

I had someone from buds come out to diagnose my AC. The gentleman was very nice, but he misdiagnosed the problem and said I had a warranty when I didn’t. I waited over a week for the “part” to come in, and the lady working in the office told me to call the manufacturer myself if I wanted a clear timeline. I wouldn’t expect your own customers to call, you all should own that. I had another company come out and they fixed the problem in one hour. AC is working great. I normally doing write reviews, but this was not a pleasant experience.

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about the 3 technicians that installed our Ruud heat pump system. They were professional, friendly, patient with all my questions, and definitely very talented at their work. I’ve already recommended them to family members.

Jonathan Gurin came to check for a second opinion on my HVAC motor blower, which according to another HVAC company, needs to be replaced, and the unit has growth on it. I went with him to check the HVAC unit in the attic, and he showed me that the HVAC unit is clean, the motor blower is working, and there is no growth. He is excellent in his explanation and he is good. Thank you Jonathan.

Seavert and Zoie did an excellent job on a pretty difficult heat pump replacement. On time, courteous, and just pleasant to talk to, they put in extra time to ensure the job was done right.

Buds handled all the extensive plumbing and electrical for our new business, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Even with a middleman contractor involved who caused a few hiccups along the way, the Buds team stayed professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Every technician we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time and space. Their work was thorough and high quality, and they helped keep things on track despite the challenges. We’re grateful they were part of this buildout and would absolutely recommend them.

Call at 9:30 and they were here by 12:30. Found the problem and fixed it fast, saving us from an unknown fire hazard within the wall. They have reasonable rates and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Got an estimate for our next job and plan to use them to keep our 60year old home safe and functional.

Trevor and his assistant were great! The got the old toilets out, the new in, quietly and rather quick I thought for 2 bathrooms. The were very polite and worked cleanly.

Bud's Plumbing and Heating Season HVAC service check was easy with no hastles. Our service technician, William Blanchard, was friendly and extremely helpful. Quick, knowledgable, with great customer support. I highly recommend!
