We had a leak under our concrete slab. Premier Plumbing was able to locate the leak and gave us a fair and detailed estimate for the repair. They were very professional and quick to repair the issue. The repair team was extremely clean in the process. They had to jack hammer the floor and tented off the entire area. Mathew and the project manager were informative the entire project and we could not be happier. We would recommend Premier to our friends and family.

We had premier plumbing come out as we were told we had a leak under our crawlspace. They came out and fixed one leak and charged $400 to replace a small piece of PVC pipe and were here less than 30 minutes. Days later we were told there was another leak and they came out and charged another $350 to fix that leak - again less than 30 minutes. So 2 small leaks under a crawlspace for $750. They fixed the leaks but the pricing is outrageous. I would not use them again.

This was my first time using Premiere’s plumbing service and it was excellent. Plumber came
on time as scheduled and was able to fix all my plumbing problems including some
long-standing ones that other plumbers had turned down. I was very impressed with their
knowledge and skills to get things done. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs
plumbing work and I will definitely use their service again if needed.

To day 6-17-25 my 86 year old mother called because her 7 year old toilet was not flushing correctly. Premier's technician Chris promptly showed up and fixed the problem in a few minutes. My mom was told the bill was $491.00 and she paid him. When my mom told me this I immediately called and spoke to the office manger who said she could help. She looked up the ticket and said it was correct. Chris had replaced the water supply line and valve. Those 2 items are less than $20.00 dollars and 3 nuts to remove and replace. I was again told that is what they charge everybody and she was not taken advantage of. I was also told they give free estatements. That's where she messed up. She would never had paid that much!

Won't use again and do not recommend. Took several appts (about 20 days start to finish) and 2 personnel to replace 2 faucet cartridges. Constant miscommunication in scheduling/availability and incorrect information passed to office on status/situation. Excuse was "short-handed". However, didn't miss an opportunity to pat themselves on the back for minor task completion.
Handles not set back to original position.

This company is outstanding. They have always been on time on budget and professional installation and they stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

I have not personally used the company however I see the work they do and the way they treat their employees and it’s amazing. Some people are complaining about pricing but the quality and timely manner is well worth every penny!! They are extremely reliable, responsive, respectful, and take pride in their work. If you want cheap work and non efficient then hire someone else. You get what you pay for and with this company you’re getting top notch quality work!!

Dylan was terrific. Third generation plumber. Was very professional, courteous and skilled. Premiere was able to get help to us right away, and the home office was super friendly and encouraging.

I used this company to fix problem with piping under kitchen sink. About 5 months later the problem returned. I called the company and they listened to my concerns and and someone came the same day and fixed the problem and I was not charged. I was impressed with the receptionist who listened to my frustration and then I talked with a second person who ensured me this problem would be taken care of and it was. I give my interaction and results with this company a 5 STAR. I was very pleased. Thank You!!

Do not look any further than this company... they are absolutely AMAZING!!! Its been cold, our furnace went out and every place we called either couldnt fit us in for literally over another month or more plus on top of that some companies had 'attitudes' like we were a 'bother' but not Premier. Oh no, the guy over the phone literally listen to me and said we cant have anyone without heat with these freezing temps. He worked us in the very next day... next day, 2 young men came out after an already very long day for them but they still had huge smiles and great attitudes! They were friendly and very patient with our questions and explaining what was wrong, what they were doing and what we could do for ourselves in the future. Everyone we dealt with in this company had positive attitudes, had empathy, were professional and again, absolutely AMAZING!!! PREMIER PLUMBING YOU ROCK!!!

We recently worked with Premier Plumbing, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The owner personally reached out to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and his commitment to great service really stood out. The technician who came to our home was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We truly appreciate the care and attention the entire team showed.

Premier Plumbing replaced two hot water heaters with complex piping and installed a new recirculating pump. The heaters are in the attic of my three-story home, and they handled the job flawlessly. Great work—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Drew from Premier Plumbing came out to fix the gas line interfering with my new range installation. He was punctual, very pleasant to work with, and did quality work. Happy to report I can now successfully open the dishwasher without also having to open the oven door!

We had a leak from our hot water heater at midnight. We called the emergency number and Quinn called us right back. He went right to work and it was only a pipe coming from the HWH. Minimal damage, great employee and he took time to talk to my husband about possible residual issues. PLUS..there was an online coupon. Buds will definitely be our "go to" company for our plumbing/ac/heating needs.

I was very impressed with the lever level of customer service I received from Bud's Heating and Cooling. Not only were their prices better than others but they made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before they signed off on the job. I will be using them from now on for any heating, cooling, or electric needs. Thank you.

We have used Bud's for several years and are always pleased with their services. They installed a whole house generator several years ago. Today they disconnected the electricity from an old alarm system in the house.

Bud's Plumbing, Heating and Cooling answered my call and provided excellent service on my air conditioning unit. They inspected my 14 year old unit and provided the proper amount of Freon and got it back up and running on a hot day. What a relief. Thank you to Bud"s Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

Three other plumbing businesses declined the job due to the very expensive tile surrounding the faucet and sprayer that needed to be replaced and that much of the work had to take place from the crawl space underneath the house. Bud"s (Brandon), on the first visit, said " We can do it" and "I will be back". Special Moen parts as well as a tool had to be ordered. Bud's employees were professional, responsive and always on-time through out the several days required. The project was completed without damage to my expensive tile. Bud's remains my "go to" business
for two houses I own.

They arrived the same day I called. The technician, Jonathan, was very professional and thorough. I will definitely use their services again!

Technician was polite, professional and on time. Standard procedure for Buds. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
