Great place to get what you need

I went to Ferguson's to get a replacement part for a 30+year old shower. Even though they didn't stock the part, they gave me the part # and found where I could buy the part. They truly went above and beyond.

I had Mr. STEPHEN, he came out earlier than expected and was met with a mess that my kids left. Not only did he fix the bathroom but he cleaned it better than what he found it. During the maintenance 17 rolls of toilet paper were destroyed and in the midst of yet again another to shortage he went out of his way to replace every single one. Very Respectful customer service and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL. Ask for Stephen.

I would like to mention after my experience with Premier Plumbing. The company cares about their customers. The owner is involved in every day events. He listens and puts his customers first. I would highly recommend their work to anyone.

We have used Premier a few times. Each time Justin showed up on time, was very professional and we felt he was very honest with what the problems were. He had them fixed at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Premier plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Stephen came to help us when we were in an unexpected pinch. He found a way to come that day, and pretty immediately and then took care of our issue in a very timely manner. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Stephen and Premier Plumbing.

Had a plumbing issue with kitchen sink and laundry room slow drain. Called and was told would be between $200-$275 depending on if they need to access pipes from a drain opening or a connected pipe. They never took of shoes and tracked mud through the house. Made the water overflow in the laundry room. Left the mess. They did clean the pipes to resolve the issue with slow drains but charged 100$ more then told would cost. Will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Would gladly pay 375$ if quoted that and they didn’t overflow the pipes and track dirt through the house and leave a mess. Not cool.

Great Service. They came out on an emergency call (burst pipe) around 1am, then started work the next day. They worked around my schedule and the other companies (restoration and drywall) to get the pipe repaired and installed a new water heater. The work was completed by the end of the week. The techs were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Drew and Josh were so very polite and professional. Being a senior citizen and a veteran I really appreciated how they took the time to explain what they were doing. I would definitely recommend Premier Plumbing, they get the job done!!!

Great experience. LOVE to give five-stars - but the price?!
An old natural gas galvanized pipe running under the patio deck that feeds my gas grill finally rusted out. The tech quickly found and repaired with all new copper flex tubbing to a very high standard. In a few short hours and $1,400 later, problem fixed.
Premier Plumbing IS a solid premium company. The support staff and field techs are responsive and professional. Had another plumbing company, ALI-COR plumbing, out months earlier. Their tech told me the odor was propane, suggesting a possible tank leak from a nearby neighbor. Anyway, prices for competent home repair companies is just crazy post-COVID. Brace yourself!

We had a toilet that would not stop running, technician Justin came to our home to do address the issue. Safety measure and PPE were worn through his entire service call. He was polite and repaired our toilet in a timely manner. We found the cost to be reasonable for the service provided. We have since recommended premier plumbing to family and neighbors.

Wow! They’re fantastic. On all 4 occasions (rescue), they've been professional, prompt, courteous, SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. Saved me time and money on water line and gas line relocations, drain backups, and toilet problems. Their service manager even gave me helpful advice on an upcoming dishwasher install which scored points with my wife! If you need dependable plumbing service or repairs at an affordable price, do yourself a favor - call Premier.

I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. The men that completed the work explained things well and did wonderful job. I needed a gas regulator replacement on my meter and this company gave me one quote for $900 the first time then came back a day later and gave me a quote for $1700! I asked them if they could explain the charges or send me an itemization of what was being performed. I knew the part on the high end was about $200, but the labor alone was $1100! This job is quick as I removed the previous one in under 45 mins. I asked why so expensive and the receptionist said "it is what it is". I reported this company to the BBB and went with a local competitor who charged me under $800 for thebwhole job. This company is not good and with their attitude and unprofessionalism when I asked questions about the quote was offputting. I would not recommend them to anyone and if I could give 0 stars I would.

Premier responded to my call quickly. Shane and his assistant worked diligently to find the underground cast iron pipe that had crumbled with age. The repair was made and a next day follow up call was performed by Shane to ensure all was well. I would and will recommend Premier Plumbing Services to anyone looking for quality plumbing work.

Woke up Sunday morning to a wet carpet caused by my water heater leaking overnight (do they break at any other time??). Called Premier and they sent someone out quickly. Ended up needing a new installation which was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Customer service and technician were very friendly. Ask for Jared!!
