They came and fixed a leak and also did a tankless water heater flush. The guy repaired the leak pretty fast and thorough. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend them! Thanks so much!

Technician was cussing in front of wife, 3 year old, and six month old.

Then offered a 50 gallon tank to replace an 80 gallon tank.

This company has went down hill since 2010 when they were elite.

So sad!

Updated review: Service tech came out on Friday fixed the issue . . . It was chilly out so i turned my ac off. Turned it on Monday and my house continued to warm up. Called had tech come out Wednesday bc the air blowing is not cold. I have my system on to test it an hour later and it has gone up a degree. I will now have to call another company and be charged again to have someone fix it. The tech was polite and on time both times but still having the same issue $700 later.

We had an emergency plumbing situation! We called several plumbers, but because of the high volume time everyone turned us away. We called Bud's and no surprise they were completely booked up too; however, they took the time to listen to our issue and actually sent a tech out that was between calls. This tech not only took the time to diagnose the issue, but took the time to remediate the issue so we're could have some functionality until they could come out for the complete fix. We could not be happier with Bud's service. Everyone was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Great communication with our tech. Answered all our questions professionally and offered suggestions. Buds offers great pricing on their work. Highly recommend!

I wanted to compliment Buds crew who installed a new a/c unit and a furnace reinstall. Brice, Johnathan & Andre were the crew that did the job and did an excellent job.. Joshua and his Minion were FANTASTIC. Easy to talk to explained what he was doing, if you were interested.

Not only was he able to fix the problem, install a new compressor, but he talked, joked and laughed while he was doing it. More technicians need to be able to do what Josh does.

The entire process was painless and I had a good time talking with them.

I would recommend Bud's Plumbing and Heating to anyone that needs work done. Especially if Josh was the one doing the work. And I wish his Minion all the luck in the world as he prepares to take his HVAC License test...

Buds was very prompt and professional. From the no pressure sales tactics, to the very knowledgeable salesman Steven M. They gave us options on replacement units and provided us the necessary time to ask all questions either that day or over the next few days. Once we made the decision to go with them they put us in the schedule and a week later they showed up at their scheduled time exactly. They didn’t have other calls to go to before or after us they were designated that day for our new HVAC install. They cleaned everything up after they finished and conducted a brief training and walk through of the system! They then promptly the very next day sent us the confirmation of the product warranty registration. I truly believe in a world that is only trying to get the most amount of money for the least amount of work. Buds remembers what’s most important and that’s their customers! I highly recommend Buds as we have tried Michael and sons and A1 with disappointment abounding. When other companies don’t appreciate your business Buds will.

My AC unit's compressor started to fail. Bud's did a great job analyzing my needs and presenting options for me. When I decided to replace the unit instead of repairing the unit they gave me several options and did no try to oversell. In the end I got a new Bosch system that is amazing. They were also able to schedule my install relatively quickly once I made my decision.
Best of all was their professionalism. It was great having techs, office personnel, and comfort advisors all willing to talk with me to help me get the information I needed each step of the way. Not once did I feel like they were in a hurry to get to the next customer. They went above and beyond explaining details and listening to my concerns. They even waived the off hours service call charge I had prior to my decision to replace the unit. Which I felt was more than fair.

They arrived a bit earlier than expected and finish before they even scheduled to be here. I had an exterior facet that needed replacing. Their work was thorough and professional. The plumbers were very courteous and tidied up nicely when they were done. I highly recommend Bud's Plumbing, Heating and A/C.
