Initially, I was disappointed in the price not the service. The initial fee is $49 to come out which is deducted from service. After checking my shower leak, it was a valve needing replaced which caused the dripping. The quote before checking it was $225 then found out the part I had from Lowes would not work so the guy went to get another part to install. The work started at 1550 ( 3:50 pm) and ended about 1715 ( 5:15 pm) . Most of the time spent was difficulty getting the shower piece off then leaving to go and get the part. Putting the part on took every bit of 15 minutes. I am not sure how much the valve cost but it ended up being an additional $160 totaling cost of service $385. Wow, is all i can say! I'm an honest person and have no problems paying for service but I think this was extreme. This is an added comment just today….because the company did reimburse the additional $160! For that I would do business again because nothing was wrong with the service. Thank you!

We will definitely be calling Premier Plumbing for any of our plumbing/water heater needs in the future! We called Premier needing assistance and having had a technician from another company come out three times with very little insight or desire to troubleshoot our issue. We were very frustrated at this point. Seeing Premier was listed as a Rinnai Pro on their website, we decided to give them a try. When we called Linda was so helpful and able to get us scheduled in two days. Linda called to let us know our technician was 30 minute out and he arrived right at our scheduled time. Justin was knowledgeable, professional, and took time to answer my questions and explain what the problem was. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Thank you all!

We have been using Premier Plumbing for our oceanfront business for several years now. I like that they understand the time sensitivity of plumbing issues when it involves a business! They are completely professional and their pricing is fair. I highly recommend this company and their employees!!!

Had clogged main line on late Saturday afternoon, this was first place I called and was able to arrive in about an hour. More than I wanted to pay; but little choice when in that situation. But for an emergency; they came through quickly and solved the issue. I would call again.

I love Premier Plumbing! They're fast, convenient, and professional. Anything you need done, they can do. I had them replace my water heater a few years ago. They gave me a good deal, and were able to have it installed quickly. We did not have to go without. I will definitely be recommending them to family, friends and neighbors.

After my water heater stopped working one morning, I called Premier Plumbing because I remembered using them in the past. The technicians showed up looked at the hot water heater for a few minutes and said I needed a new one. I said ok and prepared for the worst. The technician went out to his truck to draw up a quote. My best guess estimate, after looking at pricing was around $1,100 or so. The technician returned with a quote of $2,250. I respectfully declined and ended up paying $180 for them to simply look at it and give a quote. I proceeded to Lowe’s and found a suitable hot water heater with similar specifications and talked to the Lowe’s installation team and received a unit/installation quote for $1,278 before discount. After discount $1,237. $1,237 compared to $2,250 for essentially the same thing is easy for even a dummy like me to decide. Don’t even call them. Check with Lowe’s or Home Depot first and you will save yourself $180.

I will have spent $700 and the leak from my condo is still not figured out, but I understand that sometimes things are just complex and this might be a situation where it's the AC or something else. I am NOT even upset that they can't find the leak. What I am upset about is my treatment, I am facing $700 in charges with no resolution and this is going to be an ongoing issue for me until I find out what's causing this leak. The office manager has been combative and less than polite to me. I asked what complex plumbing testing was genuinely trying to understand and she literally wrote out the definition of complex. This is passive aggressive, and I don't appreciate it. COVID has established a culture where people think they can be rude and people will still do business, I would go elsewhere.

I'm ole school when it comes to customer service. When the 'customer' has concerns,, as issues can happen with any big project, Premiere stepped in and addressed the concerns and issues ASAP. I had my entire house updated with new pipes.

The level of customer service I experienced from Premier Plumbing was extraordinary. They were called in by the manufacturer to solve a water heater problem caused by a different plumber. They came to my home several times to find the problem, fix the problem and be sure that it was fixed right. They had great follow through. Not only was the plumbing service excellent, but their home office staff is professional, helpful and friendly. I recommend them highly.

Great experience! Prompt and professional. I've used Premier Plumbing several times and always have great communication and follow-up. There was an issue at one of my rental properties after an initial plumbing repair - they responded immediately, coordinated with my tenant and fixed the issue. Things happen and this company stands by their work. I am happy to recommend them, and will call on them again the future.

Steve was great! I asked Premier to help with some plumbing issues identified on the inspection for the sale of my home. The inspector told me there were no drains piped from the hot water heater and the attic HVAC unit as required. Steve found the existing drains and saved me time and money! They could have taken advantage but they did not. I also used Premier over the summer with a leak repair under the house, and they were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. THANKS

We had to call Premier Plumbing this past Saturday due to an emergency plumbing issue. Stephen came out quickly to help. He went above and beyond to get us back to working order. I really appreciated his plumbing expertise and how he communicated a best plan of action. We’ll definitely use them again, if needed.

Stephen did a great job fixing a couple small gas leaks we had. They weren’t available over the weekend but he showed up at 9AM ready to help. He even found an issue with our gas water heater we weren’t aware of. A bit pricey for an hour’s work (reflected in the four stars instead of 5) but definitely appreciated the quality service they provided.

Premier Plumbing is awesome ! I live in an apartment and management called them because my water heater had flooded most of the apartment. They came exactly when the property manager said they would be here. Drew was the tech that came. He was awesome ! He was kind, caring, and when the water extraction company came he took control of the situation and had them remove the water in certain areas first. I'm a senior citizen and he helped me out so much with this process. He removed my washer and dryer with care and even put them on cardboard since he had to put them on my carpet and he hooked up the new water heater with little or no mess. If he is representative off the company, well it is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.

Hard job - broken hot water piper under a concrete slab. Responded immediately to my call and had the plumber on the job the next day. Leak fixed that day. People were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Price was fair. Premier is on my speed dial for the near plumbing problem

We called Premiere Plumbing because we needed our water heater replaced. This company charged for every nut and bolt, $450 to carry water heater to 2nd floor and 1900+ for labor, then add $100 for disposal of old water heater another $20 for gloves and then a clean up fee - water ran outside to curb..what clean up fee??? and $100 permit fee????? There was much more added however the quote is in the technicians Ipad so you will not have a copy. We kindly stated we were undecided and will call their office in a.m. Their office called back the next day and asked if we wanted the quote emailed…We informed the office the hot water heater has been replaced. The young lady asked “how far off was their pricing?”That was a strange question to ask. Well all to say…the total estimate was $3991. Needless to say we went with a different company: same professional work performed, same water heater as mentioned by Premiere Plumbing however the fees were $1500 less. Please , Please , Please check around prior to going with this company.

Had a waterline break on a Sunday causing water damage to our kitchen and dining room. Called multiple companies and premier plumbing were the only ones who were available to come out. Premier Plumbing was awesome and got the leak repaired. They also put me in contact with a restoration company to aid in getting the damage cleaned up. Highly recommend premier plumbing.

My water heater had a leak, so I called Premier plumbing. Dylan came out the same day, ordered a new 70 gallon water heater and installed it! Thanks Premier Plumbing for sending Jared out to my emergency last night and today. My water heater failed in the poolhouse and the ceiling collapsed 😫! But along came Jared to the rescue, he was AMAZING 👏! He was very professional, kind and completed the job as requested. He even solved a mystery problem with my water flow that we have had for over 14 years and no other plumber cared to troubleshoot! We will definitely call Jared for all of our plumbing jobs 😀!
