I would like to thank Neil for reaching out to me and addressing this issue and I appreciate that. his understanding of the situation and making this right from the top down does not go unrecognized. while we both agreed this could have just been a simple misunderstanding or someone dropped the ball.. he took the time to call me and address this personally.. thank you very much. I will leave my original post as a reminder and am willing to give them another chance.

Had Philbrick for years, but this past job left me disappointed. called to get my AC unit looked at, due to poor circulation. took almost 3 days for someone to come out and look. when they finally did they needed to order a blower motor which should have taken 7-10 business days to ship. fast forward to one month later and I still had not heard from ANYONE..only an invoice for 500$ so I call to ask on the status of this motor...only to be told someone would call me back.. they did the next day to only explain that the supplier they order these items from cancels all the time. Ironically they had the part in hand within the next day... meanwhile Im getting pushed further back on the schedule for this repair that should have only taken an hour at most according to the technician....

With Motor in hand he comes and does the repair, UNIT is now functional again. HOORAY! props to Justin i believe was his name.

but after all this what is the point of the maintenance agreement at 200+ dollars a year if I have to WAIT A MONTH for WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE REPAIR WITH LITTLE TO ZERO COMMUNICATION.

so yeah philbrick you'll get this invoice paid from me in the same amount of time it took the repair to be completed. A MONTH.

John and Spencer arrived early in the morning at my home and knew exactly what to do. They did their work quickly, without making a mess, and had me test our toilet to make sure it was working before they left. Pleasant and professional. Outstanding service getting my water heater replaced the same day that it broke. Very professional and very prompt. The job was done in just over one hour. John and Donovan were fantastic technicians. Highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Had a leak under master bathroom sink.
Called Philbrick. Randy came out. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Also very neat. Fixed the problem which was not as bad as I thought it was going to be and explained to me why it looked worse and why it was not worse. Good price, too for the work done. Thumbs 👍 up, Randy.

After signing a maintenance contract with Philbrick I was quickly scheduled for an appointment. Loved I received an email confirmation the day before. Stephen was on time, so friendly, and so knowledgeable. So glad I have them watching my HVAC's back!

Stephen B is the technician that came for my semi-annual maintenance on my air conditioner. He arrived on time and did a very detailed check-up of the cooling system that included removing the cover from the AC condenser, removed the fan motor then washed and rinsed all the dirt and debris from inside it. When finished it looked like new! He then assured me that my system was working properly. Thanks Philbrick for great customer service and for sending Stephen B. He is an asset to your company.

A small DIY project turned into a headache, reached out to Philbrick Plumbing and Heating, plumber arrived on time, took care of the problem, no issues, we're back to flushing. Serious note, I have known this company for the past 40 years, have needed them in not so favorable conditions, always prompt and courteous and have never done me wrong, give them a call.

Just the latest in a long line of excellent experiences with this company. I have been dealing with these folks for several years. They installed a new hot water heater at a rental property I used to own back in 2018. No issues, at all. In 2019, they installed another at my home. Again, no problems. A couple of years ago, I signed on with them for HVAC maintenance at my home. They helped me keep my old Janitrol Heat Pump going right on up until last week when it started short cycling. When they came out to check on it, the unit "got nervous" and started working properly. Nevertheless, I decided, at 21 years, it was living on borrowed time, and it was time to replace it. Today, Kipper and Courtney came out and installed a new unit. Not only were they professional and efficient, they were friendly. Courtney answered all of my questions and explained everything in a clear and concise manner, without making me feel rushed. In spite of taking time to talk with me, they did the whole job in about three hours. Philbrick is lucky to have these two on staff.

Robert and his team are AMAZING!! I worked with them at my business and they are prompt, courteous and do great work! A special shout out to Robert for really going above and beyond when a unique problem came up. He was always so nice and gracious with his time. He found a solution that worked to help me get my business open sooner!! I appreciate all their hard work!

Reggie and Matt from Philbrick Inc. came out to our house at 10am, when a snowstorm in Suffolk was going to start at 1pm- I couldn't even get an appointment with any other HVAC places because no one wanted to risk driving on snowy roads! Reggie and Matt reviewed our heating unit, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes, called shops around town and ordered a new pressure switch, THEN returned to our house to install the pressure switch within 2 hours. By 1pm when it started snowing, they were already done! And they did it all with great customer service and handling. The two of them saved us from a very cold evening.....

Thanks for the wonderful service Reggie and Matt! We will be using Philbricks again in the future.

If I could give a lower review I would. I sought an entire system replacement for my home. Technicians have been here 8 or 9 times and I still don’t have functional A/C. Now they’re telling me they can’t help me till the Tuesday after Labor Day. It’s a brand new system and it doesn’t work. Their service is terrible and they don’t care how much the customer is impacted by their faulty equipment and installations.

Phil brick went to my uncle's house and wrote a contract to replace all cast iron under house. Clearly stating toilet flange and cast iron going up to the floor. They did not do any of that and charged him. $5,000. Did not put straps on 4-in main drain causing drain tonigto not properly have grade. I'm the one that recommended philbrick to my uncle because I was out of town working and not able to do the work for him. I'm ashamed that I recommended them to him. I always thought filbert was a reputable company. I was clearly wrong. Hopefully they do right by my uncle and come back and replace what they were supposed to under contract. As of right now I do not recommend this company at all.

Highly recommend Philbrick. I’ve used them for years and have had great experiences. I like to recognize Randy in the plumbing department. He has come to my house twice in the last six months and was so impressed with his work ethics. He truly cares about his work and showed the upmost respect for my house. He even loved on my dog. Thank you!

Communication horrible with this company. Called them and used them no issue a few years back when my actuator broke on my water heater. This time they sent someone out who didn’t specialize in that particular unit and they took pictures and left. Was told they would be asking a specialist what to do to move forward and then never got back to me. Charged me $89 to come out and would have charged another an hourly charge to diagnose using the rinaii helpline.

Aaron really represented his company very well, came out on a extended Holiday Sunday to give an estimate and gave honest, straightforward, friendly advice. He was helpful even if he thought we may not go with his company due to strict budgetary constraints. I thought that alone puts Philbrick in very good light and by his deeds shined a bright light on his company...well done Aaron and Kudos to Philbrick!

I would just like to give Philbrick Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical a 10 Star Review. These guys are as professional as you can get. Justin come to my home for an initial service call on my AC unit this fall, and he had me up and running in no time at all. He took the time to show me pictures of what the problem was and what was going be needed in the very near future. Additionally, he was kind enough to provide answers to some additional questions I had on my options for a new AC unit. I then worked with Neil to get financing for the new unit. I was not rushed; and he was so very helpful and kind. I was able to get approved for the total amount needed and was put on the schedule within a few days. Then came Courtney and Davey. They installed the new unit and came back to put in a new zone board that was required. They were amazing! You can tell that they take pride in their work, as they should! They did a phenomenal job and I could not be happier. The three guys who came to the house even took time to play with our dog while they were here. This company is run with complete integrity, and they make you feel like you are part of their family. You can't go wrong by giving them a call if you need any work done on your home.

I've lived in my 'new' home (built in 1951) for 4 months now. I knew I'd need to replace my Water Heater. However, it died on Tuesday, Feb 6th before I got to working on that project.

Wednesday afternoon, Feb 7th Mr Waddington came, inspected & provided an estimate.
Thursday Feb 8th, John, Joe, Spencer, Bill & Eric showed up at 1pm... by 3pm they had cleaned up! This included the REMOVAL of 2 'dead' water heaters from my attic & 1-REPLACEMENT water heater installed... NOT a simple job in my attic!!!

I can tell you that these guys worked 'together' to drain & remove old units, re-do some plumbing valves & connections; installing the new Water Heater in a Friendly, Enthusiastic & Professional manner.

Philbrick is the very best. I live in Northern Suffolk, the gas company replaced my meter and discovered a gas leak. Philbrick provided a quick appointment, sent notification of their staff arrival and answered all questions with patience and courtesy. They stayed until the job was complete. They definitely have the best prices. I will let all of my neighbors know to use this company. The gas company is replacing all of the meters in my neighborhood. I recently had my downstairs HVAC system replaced and air scrubber installed by Philbrick. As a real estate professional, I took my own advice :-) and did my due diligence by getting several estimates from reputable companies around (Philbrick is one that I’ve recommended to clients for years and I’ve used them for maintenance and servicing on my previous systems as well). Aaron was my sales rep and he was just wonderful. We discussed what would work best in my home and he gave me several options with prices. He was super knowledgeable, personable, communicative, and not pushy. When it was time for making installation arrangements, he explained everything to me and made sure everything was done according to plan. The installation team was also very personable, considerate of my home, cleaned up after themselves and called me with updates. Even when we had a small hiccup the day after it was installed, his team went into action to address the issue and get it corrected immediately. We were not left waiting or dealing with a different person or department for aftercare. For me, as a service professional myself, selecting Philbrick was not just because of a fair estimate for this day and age, it was the value I found in their service for both install and their after care. It’s what I’ve always told my clients they can expect with them and it still rings true. This type of service is hard to find in any service company nowadays, and I can appreciate theirs 100%. I am completely satisfied with their work and will continue to recommend them.
