Had an issue with my sewage grinder pump. Called Philbrick and after a few questions the professional office staff sent Eric over 15 minutes later; he was in my area. Eric quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem; very courteous and professional! Will definitely use Philbrick again for my plumbing needs.

Their representative was very informative and professional about the knowledge at hand, and charged for it.
If needed, and the same technician returned, I would definitely call upon them again.

Robert did a great job at diagnosing my problem and giving a fair quote. Randy was awesome and did a great job of explaining the work he was doing. What sets them apart is being able to explain complex things in an easy-to-understand way. Reliable, knowledgeable, fair, and honest! You can't beat it!

In the past, I have used Philbrick; they were the company that installed my AC/Heating Unit. However, I recently contacted them due to needing AC Repair; therefore I contacted them and left a message regarding this issue. However, no one called me back. After waiting for approximately 17 hours, I called them to check the status and was informed that they don't deal with Warranty Companies, which is not the issue, the issue is that they should have been more professional and at least responded to my call. Once I called, their response was "I'm Sorry"; which if they had returned my call, I could have looked for another repair company to do the job. I highly recommend that their Customer Service be more responsive, an Asset for any successful business.

Philbrick did an excellent job and I was very impressed with the professionalism of Jeff.He showed before and after pictures and explained everything to me and the work was done in a timely manner.Jeff and squirrel came back today to fill in the hole and doing an excellent job you you would never know that they had to dig up the the yard. They did a very professional job I would recommend Philbrick for any Plumbing work that you need done

I called Philbrick before the holidays and scheduled an appointment this morning. They were very nice and professional. The service charge I was told was $79.99 over the phone and that was lower than other companies. I had a slow outside spigot leak. Everything was fine until I received the bill for almost $600! I do not have the invoice yet but will be reviewing carefully. I was expecting $200 to $300 plus the service charge. I should have ask for an estimate beforehand so shame on me. Is this the going rate to replace a hose bib? I am in shock! The techs were very nice but….make sure to ask for a quote!

True professionals, these guys! HIGHLY recommend.

John and Donavan did a fantastic job taking care of a "laundry list" of random plumbing concerns: replacing several faucets, drains, hose bibs and a toilet; snaking a couple drains, and teaching my how to use a water key in case I need to use emergency shut-off in the future. John also came out on an emergency call about a month ago and fixed a "spinning" handle in my shower that should not have been spinning all the way around (and therefore continuously running). He is efficient, communicates well, and is a trusted technician. I would highly recommend his services!

Edited: Courtney and his team went above and beyond in their tear-out and install of a completely new HVAC system, including replacing all the ductwork in my circa 1938 home. Not only did they make sure things were done right, they did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves each and every day on the job. 100% recommend!

I feel worse off after using Philbrick. Technicians used my shovel to dig, and my vacuum (whichbi offered because they didnt have one) to remove mud. What company has to use a customers tools? My problem was not fixed. After discussion with their office team regarding the runaround I felt I was getting, we decided to part ways. I'm out money and my problem remains. I'll use any other company to fix my sewer problem since Philbrick did not, regardless of any reason they claim. I generally felt like their office staff, and supervision was intentionally misleading and untruthful. The technicians that arrived were polite, professional, and seemed to be good intentioned. The Philbrick office was not.

No showed my first appointment for a quote. Second time they were four hours late and sent a tech to take pictures. Called five separate times to talk to someone to try and get the quote sent out and no one who can answer any questions is ever there or available. Finally get sent a quote and it is well over $5,000 to run one gas line 15 feet from the existing hookup and to install natural gas converter for grill. No itemization just a couple comments on the scope and a $5,000 bill. Terrible customer experience. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

Want to give a big thank you to Reggie. He was on time andtook care of our air conditioning problem very quickly. I am also thankful for him to be able to come out so quickly to get it taken care of. He was very professional and very nice to talk to. Thank you so much Philbrick. This is the second time we have used you and are very very satisfied with the service.

I had a pipe burst on Christmas Day I called this company to have them respond a technician cane stayed for about 90 minutes and could not unblock the stopwatch I was built $700 I called the manager And describe the issue he agreed I should not have paid the full amount if the problem still exists he stated he will look into it and call me back it is over a week now and I received no call back I've called several times and was unable to speak with the manager each time being told that he was out in the field and would call me back finally I got hold of the manager only by calling 1st thing when they opened again I was told he would look into it and call me back but he never did I ended up calling Michael and sons and they came to repair the problem at an additional $500 please stay away from philbrick if you value your money poor response and you will get charged and the work has not been done . After a little bit of delay the company made it right not to get me wrong they are the most polite people you ever want to meet but I just have some concerns and the communication but Dara made everything right. I will not let this deter me from using their services again but hopefully they can communicate more and a timely fashion

They did a great job. They installed a gas line for a gas range for me, William their supervisor and Bill their tech did a very professional job, even explaining some things as they went. I would highly recommend them and Philbrick!

Woke up to a water heater that decided it didn't want to stay connected to the wall anymore. So I called Philbrick plumbing services. John called me and stated he would be there and it was by far one of the best response times I have had and it was fairly close to the estimated time. John came out and was very transparent, and informed me he could fix both sides of the plumbing instead of one. The work didn't take too long, and the quality of his work is amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Randy and his partner were extremely professional upon their initial estimate visit. Randy was so knowledgeable in tankless water heaters and answered my many questions about switching from a tank to tankless. He explained all the steps of installation and made me feel confident in going forward with it. His knowledge and information made me decide to go with Philbrick. Thanks Randy! I will add another review once the work is complete.

***Update: I had my tankless water heater installed by Donovan, Eric, Squirrel, and Jon B on 4/15/24. They did an amazing job! They were efficient and professional in their work and got the job done quickly while ensuring quality. I was very pleased with my new water heater! They answered all of my questions during the process and made sure that all piping and exhaust was to my liking. All of them were very skilled in their tasks. I am a super satisfied customer, thank you guys!!! I will be using Philbrick again in the future!

I just had my heat pump system replaced by Courtney and Davey of Philbrick Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. They arrived on time, respectful of my family and our property and got the job done in a timely manner. Outstanding service! Thank you guys!!!

We had John Shelburne as our technician and he was fantastic to work with. He was honest, helpful and made us feel that we chose the right company to help us for our emergency call on Labor Day weekend. Not only was he quick with his work, but he gave us insight on how to service and maintain our water heater and what to expect next for our next service that we will need. I hope we’re able to get him again for our next plumbing technician.

I have had Philbrick's for my air conditioning and heating system for only a year and a half. Their office staff and technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and perform their duties exceptionally well. I needed cut-off valves replaced in my guest bathroom and kitchen. I had already replaced the ones in my master bedroom's bathroom myself. That's when I found out my left, arthritic left knee and back could only take the positions and bending required for a limited time. I set up my appointment for yesterday between 2 and 4 p.m. The technician came on time, in a clean, neat uniform, and installed those valves, plus supply lines, with excellent workmanship - cleaned up his work areas also! The office called today to ensure that I was satisfied - I am and did appreciate their follow-up!

My entire experience with Philbrick from the technician and his team to the main office staff was exceptional. My technician was Courtney. He is friendly and quick to respond to all communication, educated me thoroughly on the entire process of moving my HVAC unit to another location at my house, and was efficient in completing the job. We were in a bind waiting for the unit to be moved so another project at the home could be completed and he was able to complete the work within 24 hours. I definitely recommend Philbrick and will be using for any needs going forward.

I was looking for a new company I could trust and Philbrick has done great so far. They have been very honest and the service couldn’t have been better. They did maintenance beyond what I requested because “it was the right thing to do” and didn’t charge me. Steven showed up right on time and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I have found my long term A/C repair company for both of the homes I own in the area. Highly recommended.
