Had an emergency at our business and the septic needed to be pumped. Called and they said they could pump that same day and would call when they had a truck available. In less than a half hour I received a call that a truck would arrive within the hour. It did and the gentleman was very professional and explained his service and did a professional and clean job. He also educated me on the septic tank we are using. I highly recommend this company!

We had an inspection done by a company that quoted us nearly 5 grand in repairs. I called Brown Plumbing and Septic for a second opinion and they were so kind and helpful from the get go. They were out to our home within 30 minutes to re inspect and repair our system. They had it all completed in a few hours for less than half the cost we were originally quoted, and let my husband watch and learn throughout the process. Honest people and great service. I wish we would have called them first! 10/10 will recommend. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere.

Called ahead and made appointment. They were on time and called to let me know when they would arrive. I had an issue with drain line from tank to distribution box. They pumped tank, replaced line and serviced drain field line. Bruce and his crew was fantastic. It wasn't a easy job but they performed it quickly and professionally. I've used them before and will again if needed. Highly recommended.

Jacob came out as we wanted our Septic system inspected and evaluated. He was super helpful and also educational in what he was doing. This left me feeling more reassured and happy with everything.

They emptied the tank and left me with cleaning solutions to maintain it.

Super happy and will be using them again. Highly recommended and all round superstars!

We called this company 6 times in 4 days, asking them to send us a copy of the work order that they performed for us in January. We are selling our house and the buyers required a septic report or inspection.
We spoke directly to the office manager & when she didn’t send the Reper, called and left multiple messages, none of which were returned. I had to drive out to their office to ask for assistance and was told someone would help me the next morning. No one did.
We had to pay $900 to another company to provide an inspection, because Brown refused to provide a copy of the work they had done earlier this year.
I would never call them to do work, again.

Brown’s Septic came out on an emergency call and quickly discovered the issue with my septic. They saved me a lot of money by discovering the pump was incorrectly installed when the system was originally built (by a different company). The crew was extremely knowledgeable and got my system up and running again. The company that did the inspection when I bought the house failed to catch the issue or actually empty the tanks. Brown’s Septic has earned my business and I will call them again if I need septic service.

I use Brown Septic and plumbing in the past to pump up my septic tank and to repair the tank, and they did a good job. As a result, I call them again when I needed to have the tank pumped. We made it an appointment to have it done, but I was going to leave town unexpectedly. I needed to change the appointment. I called at least three times a day for five days and was never able to speak to a human day. Messages and never received a call back. I left a note on my house while I was gone, telling them that I could not be there. I am not sure if the tank was pumped or not, and I called Brown Septic and plumbing again to find out. I was amazingly able to speak to a human being again, Me she would check things out and give me a call back. I never received that call back and I have no idea what was going on. I think they did good work for me in the past but I’m not sure what happened this time. I would sure like for someone to call me

I had made an appointment with Brown Plumbing and Septic back on 9/6/2024. That day came and went and no one showed. I called another company and had it taken care of. Fast forward to today 12/9/2024 … a nice young man named Jacob from Brown Plumbing and Septic called to say they found my ticket from September and they were sorry it was overlooked and to see if I still needed service. It takes a big man to admit to his error and I wanted to take the time to publicly THANK HIM!!!!

This company is very unprofessional. We had a septic inspection that was scheduled by Jacob that was supposed to happen and then never showed up, never called, and didn’t offer any compensation for the lack of service. When we finally got ahold of someone we were told “sorry I know this can be frustrating” but presented no resolution. After we had already taken work off and were waiting for them to show up. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

We had a natural gas pipe develop a leak, which resulted in the gas company shutting off and locking our meter. Without gas, we had no stove, but worse, no hot water. This was on a Tuesday night. He came out on Wednesday, replaced to leaky pipe, and contacted the city inspector (part of the process). They came out on Thursday, and we had hot water! He did not gouge us on price and he worked really quickly. THANK YOU! I would recommend him to anyone.

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price. Down to earth, customer focused I would highly recommend Herb to those who need plumbing repairs. Ron Bullard

I had bought a new LG gas range that stuck out about 8 inches from the wall because of the gas connector being an older version. I called Herb & he was out here within 20 minutes to take a look. Then he came back out the very next morning (GREAT customer service). Now my range sits beautifully flush with the wall. He did an incredible job, quick & efficient. Herb left the area even cleaner than he found it (contrary to another review I saw on here). He even took the time to explain to me everything he was doing & how my gas lines are set up in my home. The pricing he gave me was also more than fair. With everything he did here, I really feel like I got a DEAL. He is also very personable & kind. My little 3 year old just loved talking to him & playing yo-yo. You just never find wonderful service like this anymore & I am so glad I decided to go with his company. I will definitely be calling him in the future with any other gas, plumbing, or contractor work I need done. Thanks Herb!!!

Called Lisa after accidently disturbing outside a/c unit during a hot and humid day. She was able to contact a service technician, Aaron, who was able to come out very soon. Aaron troubleshot the issue and was able to determine the a/c unit's status and explained to me the issue and what signs to look for to ensure no harm occurred to the unit under the circumstance. He assured me that the unit was in proper running order. I am very satisfied with the quick response and diagnosis. So, a shout out to Philbrick and both Lisa and Aaron.

They do good work, but charge a $90 "dispatch fee" just to come to your house. You then have to pay for all of the work being done. The $90 apparently is just the fee you pay for the crime of giving them your business? I still can't get a straight answer for it.

Philbrick service representatives arrived promptly and completed a timely and professional service. The team left the service area very clean. Both techs were friendly and informative. I have utilized Philbrick for heating, cooling plumbing services for over 35 years. I have service contracts with Philbrick. I would like to give a shout out to Randy. He was sent out to do some plumbing work for us and let me tell you he was awesome! We chatted while he was working all the while very meticulous about his work. He made sure I understood everything he had done and made sure I knew what I needed to know. I recommend him and Philbricks for a job well done!

I unfortunately needed to call Philbrick due to the ground caving in around the street side clean out in my front yard. They checked it out with their pipe camera and found a break in the pipe. They were able to start on the job the next day and got it done ahead of their projected time. The technicians Donavan and Randy and another technician whose name escapes me were even nice enough to use the top soil that I bought to fill in the caved in part. It's been my experience that when you have to use specialized services like plumbing, heating, electrical etc.. you find the one that you like and trust and just use them. Sometimes the price is not always the determining factor.

I woke up to a plumbing situation.I called Philbricks to see if someone would be available to help me with my plumbing issue. From first contact and until I received my appointment time was very professional. My tech John called and asked if he could come by sooner because he had finished earlier than expected.
I obviously agreed and within a half hour he was at my door step.
Philbricks installed a new heating and air conditioning system a year earlier.
