My water heater sprung a leak with rather unfortunate timing on New Year's Day while I had company visiting from out of State. Long story short, I had hot water again in a single day. Dylon communicated well and showed up on time (which is a rare but extremely valuable quality anymore). He was knowledgeable, professional, a true master of his craft, didn't leave a mess, and was dedicated enough to work beyond what most would consider normal hours to get the work done. I've had plenty of sub-par experiences trying to find good folks to perform work at my home, and I'm absolutely ecstatic to have found a high quality go-to business that I know I can rely on. They truly checked every box for me.

Rod Douglas is a gentleman and a true professional. I am a realtor and have worked with many contractors; few are as reliable and honest as Rod and his son, Rodney. I give this company an A+++ for the recent services they provided. I am extremely impressed with 911 Home Repair Specialists due to their prompt response for a quote, fair price, prompt completion of the work as well as the professional completion of the contracted work. In addition, I had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Rod, Josh, Rodney, and coordinating the work schedule with Katie. My home is 36 years old and has had to have some substantial repairs and updates recently. I still have several projects that require attention; and, I will contact 911 Home Repair Specialists first. I have already recommended their services to a friend who wants to sell her house within the next year and needs to have a variety repairs or updates to get her house ready to sell.

I called about a leaking water heater in the late afternoon on 11/6/23 - the issue was assessed that evening- and the work was completed early this afternoon (11/7/23). The new water heater was installed quickly and I am very pleased with the result. The team was respectful of the property and all of my questions were answered. The cost I was quoted was the cost I paid.

AMAZING! I don't normally write reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to. 911 Home Repair Specialists is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They have assisted me with several different jobs. They are capable of any size job as they are Licensed Class A Contractors. The job is always completed right, the first time. I recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of any home repair.

I had a leak in my outdoor spigot and Josh came out and explained what it could be and what he thought it was and gave me estimates for each. I decided to get it fixed on the spot and I'm very satisfied with the work he did. I asked him about other plumbing issues and he gave me advice and estimates on other projects Im going to do for the future. It was awesome to be able to talk to him and get good advice and direction on my other projects. It showed me how knowledgeable he was, so if you want someone that knows what they are doing I would call these guys!

TBH they were not the first Plumbers/repair specialist that I called, they were the 3rd. But next time 911 Home Repair Specialists will definitely be the top of the list. They got there days before the other 2 contractors that I contacted said they would be available. They kept me informed every step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable and transparent. Anything that was unexpected that was outside of the scope of the estimate I was contacted about before the work was done. All in all I am very happy would use again and would recommend to others. My Tenant was quite happy with the professionalism and the cleanup after the job was done.

We hired 911 Home Repair Specialists to renovate our half-bathroom that had extensive water damage from a leaking toilet. They did an excellent job. We were impressed how the company removed and hauled away the toilet, vanity, floor, and other items. Also, they provided the plumbers and contractors for the repairs (i.e., plasters, painters, and electricians) to do the work which made it seamless and easy for us because we did not have to hire these contractors. They were on time to our home and were very efficient in keeping the work area clean. We plan to use them again for our other bathroom renovations and repairs. We appreciated that they were very professional and answered all our questions. We plan to tell others to consider 911 Home Repair Specialist for their repair needs. I was in a dire need of repairing my water heater as we had no hot water and 911Home repair specialist came out on the same day and fixed the problem. The gentleman that came out was very respectful and professional and he was able to fix the water (propane) heater with no problem. I highly recommend them.

911 Plumbing Specialists are the best. I hired someone that I thought he knew what he was doing to remove mold from behind the shower wall and put in a new shower. Come to find out he had no clue what he was doing and after 3 weeks of not having a bathroom 911 Plumbing came in and saved the day. Everyone was very professional and polite. The owner Rod took so many phone calls from me and was never annoyed by any questions I had. The whole crew worked hard to fix the plumbing and replace my shower. Price was very reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. They are my go to guys from now on!

I cannot say enough great things about 911 home repair and plumbing specialists. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They worked on many things in our home, and we love it all. The new sink, faucet and dishwasher were all installed to perfection. My entire kitchen looks fantastic, not to mention all the other work that they did. Although this company did not get my business today, they got a lifetime customer for future plumbing issues. I had some concerning sounds coming from my hot water heater and wanted it to get looked at. I called the company and was greeted by a very pleasant individual on the phone. They were able to have a technician out instantly but were willing to accommodate me later when I got home from work. The technician was on time and very professional. The reason why I will recommend this company, is that when they diagnosed the problem, it was an easy fix. They explained my options and what it would cost for them to do the repairs or if I would elect to do them myself. Me being handy, felt I could do the repairs and elected to do them. There was no charge for the consultation and the company could have ultimately not disclosed the issue in an effort to ensure they performed the repair. However they were very up front on the options, honest about the problem, and showed such a high level of integrity. Because of this I will be using them for all future issues when I need repairs done, and would recommend them to anyone. They truly care about the customer and not the bottom line.

They used to have an excellent plumber named Josh. They recently came out for a water pressure issue impacting the whole downstairs. They incorrectly diagnosed it as a bad faucet and charged $170 to rinse off the aerator. This was done in the 3 minutes they looked at the faucet (nothing else was checked). I was not asked if it was ok to proceed with the work and was just charged. I never would have approved of this considering I could do it myself in a minute. The water pressure issue still exists today. I was told the owner would contact me a month ago and again on December 23rd. Don't give them your business unless you want to throw your money away.

Coming from the wholesaler side, Greg is an absolute pleasure to deal with every time he comes into our store. Upbeat and positive thinking is very much my speed. Happy to sell him and the team anything they may need! Call Greg when you need some help!

Greg and the other guys fixed what was first thought to be a very difficult job with Major demo work, But they were able to identify the trouble Quickly and repairs were made today. 4/11/25. I want to thank them for their Professionalism and Quick response to our problem. They have a customer for life with my wife and I. I can without a doubt recommend them Highly as the best out there.

Gregory was simply amazing! He is truly expert at what he does! We were very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge of our problem, attention to detail and definitely his commitment to staying until the problem was fixed. Gregory is the absolute man - he came out for a very short notice issue we had, was on time, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we came up with a plan together. He helped educate me on what was actually going on in our crawlspace and it resulted in him completing a repair that was less expensive than what we originally thought. He also made sure to clean additional areas around the repair, which he didn’t have to, to verify everything was in good shape and we weren’t missing anything. Such a refreshing and incredibly helpful interaction.
