My tankless water heater developed a leak. I contracted Francois Plumbing and was very happy with the support and very quick service. He helped me find a better tankless water heater to replace my obsolete one. Installed it in an hour and a half. Very professional and honest communication and pricing. I found my plumber.

I was referred to 911 for a hose bib out back not working. Josh came by and determined pretty quickly it wasn’t the bib, but the shut off valve which he had a heck of a time finding. A quick job turned into making another appointment due to my shut off valve having been cut by the previous owners for some curious reason. Come the day for Josh to come fix it, he’s tied up in another job most of the day, but the home office is keeping in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know it’ll be a later arrival and why which is worth it’s weight for me. I can’t stand being left in the dark on matters involving arrivals. That’s half the reason why I track my packages like a hawk. The professionalism is superb, I’ll be telling everyone to use 911 plumbing.
