I highly recommend Richardson Plumbing!! They were accommodating and extremely professional. I called and spoke with David concerning my broken pipe and he told me that his scheduler would be calling me to schedule an appointment for my repair. Not even 10 minutes passed when I received the call and was scheduled for a couple of days later. David Richardson came to my home and was such a polite, professional, kind and knowledgeable plumber. He made the necessary repairs without difficulty. He then provided me with a number of a drywall company who came to my home and repaired my wall perfectly. I will continue to use this company for all of my future plumbing needs WITHOUT hesitation! Thank you so very much David and God bless you always.

David came out on a Sunday to help us with our leak. He did a great job, and we are certainly happy. The price was higher due to it being a weekend, but still reasonable.

I can’t speak any higher on the quality of work and care that Dave did today. Man is a workhorse and it shows. My water heater cracked in my attic and almost flooded my house. Dave came out the very next morning and diagnosed the problem. Came back a few hours later after doing another job (in this dang heat to boot) with a new water heater. Him and his buddy Chris got that new water up three stories and up in running by the afternoon. Dave and Chris are just all around good guys and provide professional grade work for an honest and fair price and I wouldn’t mind cracking a few cold beers with! They have a customer for life here.

After another company tried for several hours to unclog my main line pipe, only to give me a quote for over $10,000 saying that replacing the main pipe under my house was the only option, refusing to try anything other than a snake, and wanted to charge me $655 for a drain cleaning that accomplished nothing, I called Richardson for a second opinion. Dave showed up the very next day and in less than two hours he had my drain cleared. It now drains better than it ever has in the 13 years I have lived in the house. Also he charged $170 less than the first company who gave up. Great service, would highly recommend!

I’m doing a diy kitchen install, I saw Dave’s truck at a stop light and knew I would need some help installing the plumbing so I took a picture of his truck and I’m so glad I did. Within two days he was at my house for a quote. He told me he would be able to do the work the next day. When he showed up in the morning I wasn’t quite ready and he said no problem he would come back… most plumbers or big companies would have had me reschedule but it was no problem for him. He came back with one of his partners Mike Harrison (with Harrison contracting). Mike noticed some stuff the previous owners had done that was not up to code and he fixed it with no issues. Dave installed the plumbing for my sink, dishwasher and fridge. Amazing craftsmanship, very affordable and most of all he cares. They don’t make many people like Dave anymore. I will call him for all my plumbing needs and anything else I need fixed in my house I will call him for recommendations because I know whoever associated with Dave Richardson will do it right.

Mr Richardson was very helpful and fixed a leak in my shower. He cares about what he does and doing it the right way. Recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber.

By far the best plumber in the area. Doesn't charge just to come to your house like all those corporations do. Extremely friendly. Use him once and you'll never need another plumber.

We are beyond impressed with Mr. Richardson! While we were out of town, an issue came up that another plumber actually walked out on. Instead of leaving us stuck, Mr. Richardson came through in the best way possible. He showed up on a Sunday—literally right after church—ready to help, and he handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. He didn’t just fix the problem, he went the extra mile and even called the city himself to make sure the mess from the other plumber was properly cleaned up. That gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.

That kind of dedication is so rare to find these days. He truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. As the prices of everyday goods and services are rapidly increasing and the quality of the services we receive are going down in tandem - this business is an exception.

He showed up within 2 hours of my call on a Sunday - we called him while he was at Church, he called us directly after and drove to our place for a free estimate. Scheduling was easy and his quote was more than reasonable. The next day he showed up and knocked out the work after tackling an earlier industrial plumbing job. The final price was right within the estimate and he kept us updated throughout the process explaining all of his findings. I can't speak highly enough of him and the work he performed.

If you afraid of being taken advantage of or dealing with a disinterested amateur, I can assure you this man has been doing this for 49(!!!) years and holds a solution oriented mindset that keeps your interests and wallet at heart. Not only was he personable, he genuinely cared to explain what caused our plumbing issues at a level we understood. A+ kinda guy.

I called for a leaking fixture in my laundry room and David was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. I had expected to need to replace the fixture, but he was able to stop the leak on the original. He was promptly showed up in the one hour window I had scheduled. I will absolutely be calling him for any further plumbing jobs I have.

Called Mr Richardson after another plumber didn't pick up and call me back. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with any plumbing company. Down to earth good guy. Knows his plumbing inside out and all the companies in the area. Been doing it a long time.

We had a small leak coming from the top nipple of our water heater. Not a lot, but enough that would cause major issues later. Water heater is only 5 years old, and too soon to replace. He came out, worked it off and found how the installer didn't use any type a lubricant/plumbers putty and only hand tightened the nut to the tube. Took some info and was able to get a replacement nipple under warranty from the mfg of the water heater. On the first visit, put the nipple back on properly, and water stopped leaking. Came back less than a week later with the part and installed in little time. Great guy and company. Hopefully don't have any other issues to have to call him again. Will call him when the water heater does need replacement, as they don't last forever.

After many bad experiences with contractors I was reluctant call a plumber for what seemed to me to be a major issue. Just knew it would be another expensive hack job. Called Richardson Plumbing and David was at my door in a couple of hours. Very surprised he got there so quickly. He and Chris introduced themselves and David looked at the issue. He knew right away that it was a relatively minor issue and they set about fixing it. In no time it was fixed the right way. Both David and Chris were professional and very personable taking the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to repair it. David was also very good about sharing his knowledge on many things construction and plumbing related. When time to pay came I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable the repair was. Was great to have a positive experience dealing with a contractor. I will not hesitate to use Richardson Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them!

David came and replaced a cracked pipe behind our fridge, which would have been great in and of itself, but he also gave helpful tips on keeping future issues from popping up and the price was great too! If you need plumbing done, call Richardson.

David came out quickly to repair a broken pipe in our garage- not an easy project since it connects to our well. We can always count on Dave for professional, high quality service at a reasonable rate. Best in the business!

First off, Mr. Richardson is a true Master of his trade! He showed up with the proper tools, parts and knowledge to tackle the job. Not like most bigger companies that send out an apprentice that has to do 3 or 4 parts runs and majority of the billed labor was them YouTubing “how to fix…” while sitting in your driveway. To top it off he was willing to come on a Sunday and even stayed long enough to make sure the water was hot! Nobody ever wants to need a plumber but everyone always does at one point or another. Next time we do we’re calling Mr. Richardsons Plumbing Co.

Needed my water heater replaced. It was clear that he had a lot of experience. The install was fairly quick. He even helped me move my washer out of the way. Gave me some good tips for the future. The price was a little high, but it's a better water heater than the ones in stores. Plus I'm okay with paying for good service.

If I have issues in the future, I'll be calling Richardson Plumbing again

Fantastic experience with David and Richardson Plumbing Co! Excellent craftmanship, great communication, and reasonable prices. Look no further! On short notice, between Christmas and New Year's Day, David replaced our failed water heater. He installed a new water heater and replaced a seized valve, restoring hot water to the home. David coordinated seamlessly with our tenants for installation timing. Noticing an original builder error, he also rerouted the copper cold water inlet so that it no longer runs against the rafters. 100% Recommended!

Francois Plumbing responded promptly and came to the house to assess the work we wanted done. Completed installation of our new stove gas line professionally and quickly. He is a truly nice guy too!
