This is a great company, I cant belive someone can ever give them a 1 star because they are hard working people that gave me the the lowest estimate for a job well done and kept their word on the price. Will definitely used their services again.

My Home warranty sent me a horrible plumbing company, I had a second opinion from JR Plumbing and despite Home Warranty not covering ( of course), JR Offered to fix the issue at an affordable price. ** Previous Plumbing company wanted to charge us $4,800, we saw this was unusual, but JR did an excellent job at an affordable price. JR Plumbing are not scammers nor rip off customers. I strongly recommend them. 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

My warranty company chose J R Plumbing to handle a water issue I was having. They sent a guy named Nick Penello. After accessing the situation, he told me that he thought it was my bladder tank. He said that he would consult with his boss and the company would contact me to get the issue taken care of. The very next day, I received an email from my warranty company saying that the case was closed due the technician saying it was the well pump which he never mentioned to me. I called the office and the lady proceeded to tell me that Nick was new and he made a mistake in his diagnosis and that I needed another company to do the job because that is something they do not handle. Needless to say because of his mistake, I'm paying for the mistake!!!!! Not fair. Why would they send a new person out for a service call??? I am not happy with this situation at all!!!!!

We entered a service request to repair a significant leak in the kitchen with our warranty company, and they selected JR Plumbing. We paid the fee of $100 and waited to get an appointment. After 24 hours, having not heard anything, we called our warranty co and they tried to get in touch with the plumber. No one answered. So, we waited another entire day and tried calling on our end. No one ever answers the phone. There is no way to leave a message. By the fourth day, we called the warranty company which insisted in calling JR Plumbing, but it turned out that they were never able to reach anyone. So, by now, we are very frustrated and have simply cancelled our request. Even if JR Plumbing had finally answered, we would have not agreed on using them, as we feel that's totally inacceptable and unprofessional to not at least return a phone call and explain why maybe no one can come until a certain time later. At least answer the damn phone, so customers know what to expect.

Christian was great today! Quick service, polite, and always does a great job. RPG is my plumbing company for life now! So nice to have a reliable company!

My home warranty company contracted JR Mechanical and Plumbing for my hot water tank installation and it was seamless. The technician did a great job, was quick, and really helped us out. I hope the warranty company continues to utilize them going forward!

The best plumbing company around. Hands down. I’ve been in the remodeling and reconstruction business for 5+ years and have used many plumbers in the past, but for a few years now, I refuse to use another plumber other than JR Plumbing. They have completed everything from brand new plumbing jobs, as well as minor leak detection and repairs for me, and everything in between. The customer service is unmatched, and they will prioritize your home/job like it’s their own. They are fast, inexpensive, and never leave a screw (or a pipe) unturned. The attention to detail never goes unnoticed. I am very fortunate to have came across this company and look forward to working with them for years to come. I highly recommend. You’ll be doing yourself a favor and leaving all the headaches behind, your wallet will thank you too.

JT takes care of some people, but he's short on ethics. If you have a nice home, hire someone else - you have been warned. If you have a nice car, do not let him see it, your price may triple.

I am so appreciative of Mr Richardson's work. He's reliable and very honest. I've had so many disappointments with other s. There's no bells and whistles but pure expertise of his craft. I will only call him for any of my needs.

Dave is an absolutely great person and a highly skilled plumber. He was very knowledgeable and he was able to help me get the Job done incredibly fast. I had a problem with my sewage main and it was backing up on to my house. Within hours he was here to provide a quote and it was 1/3 of what Michael & Son’s quoted. I agreed to have him do the work and he had material on site the next day and an excavator the day. After that. He had the job completed within 3 days and he even replanted the bushes he had to remove. Dave is a great person and a honest hard working man who treats his customers like family. He is the only plumber I will ever use. I cannot give enough praise to him and his company.

This man is the absolute definition of 5 star service. He helped me repair a cast iron drain pipe, went above and beyond to help me. I can't recommend him enough. Plus with 49years of experience, you can definitely count on his expertise.

Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with Richardson Plumbing. I had no hot water and my regular plumber was unavailable. Richardson Plumbing arrived on time and went out of their way to help me. I provided the necessary parts under their direction, which were still under warranty, and was fortunate to have hot water by 4 p.m. the SAME day! They were professional, on time, and true to their word. I certainly recommend their services! They are experts in their field!

David is awesome! Came to my house on a Sunday afternoon to resolve a plumbing issue and in the process educated me on how to resolve some other minor issue. I highly recommend his company and look forward to working with him again on some remodeling plans.
