In my opinion this is not a company you want to do business with. Calls not returned, when tech was scheduled it was often cancelled. The owner is horrifyingly rude and used profanity while talking to me. Job started 2.5 years ago and I’ve finally given up. Managed to get $800 refund (we’ll see if the check clears) from $18,000 job. In the beginning I thought they were good...now I know the truth. They screw up and blame home owner. There are other companies out there that are owned by more professional and courteous individuals, Go with one of those.
Update: owner just left a voicemail threatening to sue me because of this review. It’s my opinion and my experience and I have the right to review based those.

I’ve used Causeway Plumbing for my plumbing needs at both my home and business. I received quick service and their employees were very professional. No matter how big or small the problem was Causeway has come through for me. I like supporting a local company and will definitely continue using them in the future.

Had an issue with the shut off valve to my toilet and they came fast and fixed the issue in no time. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. The person on the phone was friendly as well which is more than I can say for some of the other plumbers I called.

These guys made it to my business fast and took care of the issue. Very polite and professional. The price was very reasonable and sure could have cost me a lot more if I would have needed to shut my business down. Thank you Causeway Plumbing!

The best company ever. Called today at 11am for water heater tank leaking. After being busy on other scheduled jobs and dealing with some unexpected business damages, they arrived at my home by 3pm with a new water heater. Old one out and new one in and out the door by 5:30. No other plumbing business compares!

Very professional team, had a leak from our water main at the street to the house. Austin showed up on time, and completed the project quickly and made sure that everything looked great after! This is the second time that we have used Causeway and they will be the ONLY Plumber we use!! Thank you Dave, Jenny, and Austin for providing such great service!

Hands down best plumbing company I have ever had to deal with in Virginia!! They saved my house after another company installed all new plumbing water lines illegally and without a required permit. The initial job was supposed to take 4 days with another company but after two months Causeway Plumbing had to take over and did a phenomenal job! Unlike the first company they knew exactly what they were doing and didn't try to cut any corners what so ever. They were honest and straight up with me the entire time and I was more than comfortable with them getting the job done the right way. All of their workers are highly trained and professional in this field and absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work. My only regret is not going with Causeway the first time around!!

Called with an emergency today(10Feb2024). Jesse arrived within 15 minutes and was quick to get my problem fixed. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and this service tech.

Writing this for my mom.

Mom had an ongoing issue with a clog in a line. One company suggested that she replace all of her drain pipes for a rather princely sum.

I called Causeway and explained what was going on. They scheduled a tech for a certain date/time. On the day of, they called me to let me know the tech was in transit. When he arrived he asked mom what the issue was, and she showed him. He resolved it, explained what it as, then ran additional tests.

The tech (Jessie I believe his name was) was very respectful of mom. She was very happy with the service, their promptness, and their not trying to sell her services she didn't need.

Causeway Plumbing and their staff have exceeded my expectations in every way possible. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and really take the time to make sure all the little details are buttoned up. I have used them for several projects in my home and will continue to use them as issues arise. If you want good quality work for a good price you definitely need to call them! Thanks Causeway yall rock!!

We had our hose bib break off the exterior wall on a Saturday! The lady that took our call was very helpful and professional. Our technician, Jesse, was in contact with us immediately and arrived to our home within 1-2 hours! He was so communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and professional! The job was done quickly, efficiently and most importantly, correctly!! We highly recommend using Causeway Plumbing!

Your reps came to my son's new to him house in Hampton to help solve a water and sewer issue and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From Susan in the front office, and her efficiency in calling and scheduling, to Jesse and Logan, the techs who showed up and were infinitely wiser than their years, the whole experience was actually enjoyable. This is my first time using Causeway at the recommendation of a friend and I could not be happier. I called them for emergency service on this holiday weekend and the response time was amazing. Jesse showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak in my garage. I usually don't post reviews but felt compelled to do so this time as I was truly impressed!

Our family had a water leak and I called the owner of Causeway plumbing for some help on a Sunday. Unfortunately, he was out of town however he had someone at the house in less than 20 minutes. The communication was great, the service was excellent and the craftsmanship was superb. I would highly recommend Causeway plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Great job guys!

Company has some friendly guys that move pretty QUICKLY on a 50 Gal PV . But man, as a fellow plumber they didn’t follow code or cleanliness procedures. They left my living room carpet dirty, didn’t use any drop cloths or booties & they also left PVC shavings all over my floor. To top it off they moved all my tools out the room and didn’t put them back in place & randomly took off my hvac unit door . Also they left black iron pipe for the gas line loose and didn’t even run pipe for the TMP.

My home warranty contracted JR Plumbing for a second look because the first company wasn't helpful in fixing the issue. Joel was sent and had our leak identified and fixed in less than 10 minutes. He was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend JR Plumbing, best experience we could've asked for.
