Thanks a lot for your speedy service! Joel did an excellent job in fixing a leak on our water heater supply line. The company was referred through our Home Warranty and was able to come out the very next day to fix the issue. Joel was very knowledgeable and provided advice on what to look out for in the future. Great customer service & I will definitely use their services in the future!

I called my home warranty company this morning and they assigned me to a company that wasn’t going to be able to come out until Thursday, today is Monday. I contacted my home warranty and asked them to assign someone that could come out quicker. They assigned me to JR Plumbing & Mechanical Sevices LLC and they came out within the hour. They repaired my leaky tub faucet quickly and timely. Jose was professional, polite and informative. He also without me asking saw I had a pressure problem with my bathroom sink and repaired it without me even asking. I would definitely request them for future service if I were to have an issue in the future. Thank you JR Plumbing!

Luis Garcia installed my new gas water heater with no problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. Because of his obvious good work ethic, I felt completely at ease knowing the job would be done to satisfaction. I highly recommend Mr. Garcia/JR Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

We found this company through our 2-10 warranty, normally they send someone out with horrible ratings and little knowledge. Not this time!! We are so impressed from start to finish of each separate job that we agreed if our warranty company stops using them we will continue to do so. Very thorough, knowledgeable and great attitudes. Will be recommending to everyone we possibly can. Thanks for giving us back our hot water , sink and shower! Joel and the other guys were great!

Update: We decided to use JR Plumbing outright for all of our future plumbing needs. The work and customer service is too top notch to let our home warranty company roll the dice with someone else. Thanks again for the great service, prices and customer care!!

Technician arrived without any tools, looked at the bathtub leaky faucet, said he would return in 2 days if the part was in stock. Left no paperwork describing what he did. Left no payment receipt after tripple charging me. Fortunately, my bank caught the error and only charged me once. The worst part is that my warranty company rejected my claim that may have been due to the technician's report, which I did not get a copy. I finally fixed the problem myself by replacing the tub knob for $10. I would still like a copy of what your technician submitted to my warrenty company or is it a secret I cannot see.

I just had Joel fix a leaking pipe in my home. He gave me my options ahead of time and let me know depending on what he finds, the home warranty wouldnt cover it. But I was lucky and he had to make a hole in my wall but made it minimal and it wasn't a serious issue. He was done quickly and with minimal damage to my home. He did an amazing job and would gladly use him again and JR Plumbing. Thank you Joel!

We're very pleased with short notice (1 day) and the quick scheduling in of our job at hand, the on time promptness, and quality of work you provided us this week. Joel is an outstanding technician who's very courteous, one who pays close attention to the quality of work and attention to detail in every aspect. He replaced 3 under sink water supply shut-off valves, removed the old and replaced a new kitchen sink and faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, and properly sealed in sink and adjoining countertop seams with silicone calking, all in around 3 hours time. Not Bad!

I cannot describe how grateful I am to Jose and his team for their professionalism and helpfulness when they replaced my water heater. This company is genuine and will go to great lengths to help their clients come through their repairs. Jose is honest with the client and knowledgeable about what will be required to complete the repair. I would give this company 6/5 stars if possible. Technician and management was very accommodating with my schedule and ensuring necessary parts were received and kept their word of making the time and date that they promised to fix the water heater. I was totally impressed with their service. I made a phone and they came to my home the next business day. I needed a new water heater and it was ordered and installed three days later. Luis Garcia did an excellent job and cleaned up the area and hauled away the old water heater. I highly recommend this business. So easy to deal with. A very good and friendly business.

We received excellent service from JR Plumbing and Mechanical as part of our American Home Shield warranty. Plumber addressed two separate issues with out toilets and even returned a second time complete the job without any additional charges. Definitely would recommend.
