Dave came out and was very knowledgeable in repairing the water heater in the condo I rent from. He talked to me about what was wrong and how to fix it. Even taught me a few things!! Very friendly, professional, and personable. I can tell he is very passionate about this profession! Highly highly recommended!!

David Richardson is exactly the type of plumber everybody wishes they had. He is highly experienced, working from a generational wealth of knowledge in the plumbing profession. David has serviced my home multiple times for various issues left by a previous resident.

Each visit my issue was resolved, while exceeding the care and precision that I had hoped to recieve. He leaves my place clean every time and continues to educate me on things to look out for when caring for my plumbing in the future as well. This past Tuesday I had my hot water heater located in my attic replaced due to it being 14 years old. I did not want to wait until it sprung a leak or burst, that would be an headache and an expense. I was referred to Richardson Plumbing Co. David Richardson is a Master Plumber and Master Gas fitter is licensed and insured and has been in business 36 years. He was excellent, he arrived before my appointment, replaced my gas water heater in a few hours, made sure all sinks, bath tub and showers worked fine. It was a worry free experience. I am so glad I called him and he is the best. Do not hesitate to contact him for any of your plumbing needs .. you will not be disappointed. He is GREAT.

Dave did an outstanding job. I was remodeling my bathroom and needing to adjust some plumbing. He came out and gave me a free estimate and outlined exactly what was needed. I had him do the work and he put in the extra effort to adjust some fixtures to better suit my height. He was responsive to my phone calls and kept me informed. I will defintely use Dave again for any future plumbing issues. Beats out the big companies by a mile!

I recently had a clogged sink, and I'm very glad I called Richardson Plumbing. Never used David, but went off his great reviews, and they were spot on. The clog was cleared in no time, and he took extra care to ensure everything was functioning properly afterward. He even told me how to fix the low flow in my bathroom sink and I was able to quickly fix myself. The price was extremely reasonable. I'll definitely use Richardson Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

He gave me peace of mind! Woke up to find a water stain on the ceiling under where our water heater is located. We have already had 1 bad heater burst years ago and left us with a waterfall in our downstairs, so I feared this is where we were heading. Called around to plumbers and no one could come out for 2+ weeks. Called Richardson Plumbing and he came out on his way home from his last job site, assessed the damage, inspected my water heater, and assured me there would be no overnight waterfall. Thankful I could rest easy that night, he returned the next day as promised and found and repaired the leaky pipe. Professional, punctual, responsive, kind, and caring! He is sooooo knowledgeable and professional and gets the job done right! 2nd review... I am a REPEAT customer. Called on Dave again this time to replace my main rusty shutoff valve and my old and leaking outside spigot. I am so happy with the end result. The plumbing in my house is weird. Very few plumbers have been able to understand what is happening and resolve it. Richardson was really amazing, figured things out, and got things working well for the first time in years. On top of that, they educated me, and we had great conversations. I got to tell you about this gentleman and his company. He is just outstanding 10/10. My garbage disposal was broken. I called one company they wanted to charge just to come check. Called Richardson and he came out immediately figured out it was just a jam. He fixed it and refused to take payment as it was a very minor issue. I had to literally force him to let me cover the charge of him coming out. Very rare these days. Great guy. Work with him for all your plumbing needs and you will never go anywhere else.

David is very knowledgeable of what he does, explains everything in laymen terms and also shares knowledge "tidbits" . He isn't afraid of work and welcomes it.
