After having a new floor installed in the bathroom, there was some question from the flooring people as to whether the toilet could be put back as before. After contacting Ricardo, he was able to come out the next day and make sure the toilet was reset in a way that wouldn't cause issues in the future. I found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and professional with excellent communication. I will certainly use him in the future for my plumbing needs.

Ricardo did excellent work. He was honest, neat and the problem got resolved quickly. I now have a working sink and toilet. My sink had a complete blockage in it and Ricardo got it working again. He is also very neat and respectful of property. I would highly recommend!

I could not have been happier with Mr. Francois’s work ethic and services. We live in an old home, very solidly built, and to fix a shower pipe, he had to break through tile and concrete just to get to the piping. He did a wonderful job and then patched it back up as good or better than he had found it. He also recaulked our tile shower and fixed the 60 year old door. It looks like a new shower! So amazing! I cannot say enough good words about our experience. Professional, fast, and dedicated to his craft. We were having a major issue and he came right out and helped us. He even gave us great quotes on other issues we need fixed and we will definitely have him fix those as well.

After four different plumbers came to fix numerous issues with our plumbing including multiple slow and blocked drains and a sewage smell, we finally called Ricardo on the recommendation of a friend. He took time to look over all of the plumbing in the crawl space. He checked the slopes of each pipe with a plumbers' level and took pictures of every area that may not be draining properly. He also found a pipe with a broken seal that was leaking sewer gas and water/sewage (hence the sewage smell!). He fixed all of the problem areas and we haven't had any foul smell or slow/blocked drains since! FOUR other plumbers came out to fix problems, and none thorough enough to find the underlying issue, so the problems kept coming back. Because Ricardo was so through, he fixed the underlying issue and eliminated our problems for good!
