I have met many Plumbers over my 71 year old but Kyle at 911 Plumbing Specialist has by surprise shocked me. He was very knowledgeable about his job and how he explained every step that he took in resolving my Drain problem. Extremely clean and did not leave a mess. I definitely would recommend his company which is 911 Plumbing Specialists Chesapeake and ask for Kyle . Believe me you won't want anyone else!

Thank you all for above and beyond service! When we lost our water main, your team stayed long on the job to ensure we had service the same night. When you returned to complete our main line reroute, your plumbing professionals ensured the best route that would allow for the best water pressure we have ever had! Not to mention, the added bonus of the trace wire that you placed to locate the water line that was installed and buried. This was a very difficult job due to the location of the original route being impeded by two very old but sturdy trees, their extremely durable and expansive root system, AND the awkward placement of the city meter. This was our first experience with your company, and we were impressed. Your plumbing team exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to utilizing your services in the future. I want to let 911 Plumbing and any customers who are looking for a plumber - not to hesitate to contact themfor any need you might have. It was a pleasure working with Rod and expecially with Tyler who came out to my home to do a camera shoot of my sewage line. Not only was he a nice young man but, loves his job and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything from start to finish of what we were seeing on the camera. I more than highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

I was recommended 911 Home Repair Specialists by a very close friend, and they came in with the lowest bid (however I will not talk price because every job is different) and obviously won said bid. There was a few scheduling hiccups (on my end) but they were 100% accepting and willing to work with me. they came out today and had to remove some drywall from the ceiling in order to complete the job they quoted me on. I will tell you I am ecstatic with the level of service I received, the quality of work they provided and the professionalism they emanate. they also are owned by and employ United States Service Members as I found out when they came to my house today! I will be using them again in the future for flooring and a bathroom redesign!

I had a wonderful experience with this Plumbing company. Everyone I talked to was very professional and friendly. Greg, who was my tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and went above my expectations. He explained everything about the job he performed. He went back through his steps before leaving making certain everything was running properly.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Greenbrier that was a recent foreclosure. The sale was an as-is listing with no repairs made by the seller so we had out hands full as well as a long list of items we wanted completed.

It is never easy to find a GOOD contractor, not to mention someone who makes you feel comfortable going in and out of your house while you are working and your family is at home...However, from our initial contact with this company, we have had nothing short of professionalism and a true team of contractors that CARE how things are done. Every project (Well over 40 items..) was detailed and reviewed by the contractors with us prior to starting them.

Prior to finalizing out initial list, we added two more lists to their plate including building a full bar from scratch (See Photo).

In addition to their professionalism, they were also great with our kids! My favorite part was coming home to see my son, who is 2, wearing a tape measure on his side just like his contractor buddies.

This company is a class act and they care about YOU! They are a family business and they treat you and your property as such.

Homeserv insurance was responsible for calling this plumber. The technician promptly showed up the next day. He disappeared within two hours at this address, after he told me that the insurance would not accept his estimate for the repairs. The next time I heard from them was 10 days later, I finally got A1 plumbing to make the repair. The insurance Co. Has refused to cover the cost due to a procerural problem. This was a $10K cost. I’ll see what the court will say.

Greg saved the day once again! My first experience with 911 Plumbing Specialists was June 2024. Greg replaced the water heater and took care of us and our home as if it were his own. My second experience was just a few weeks ago. This time, a toilet issue. I was so happy to learn that Greg would be coming out. I trust Greg. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to answer all questions so that I have an understanding and is always pleasant and respectful. I highly recommend this company and their staff. I always call 911 Plumbing Specialists when I have plumbing needs. I ALWAYS ask for Greg, I'm sure the front desk people get tired of me asking, but Greg's the best! He takes the time to explain what he's doing and what's actually wrong. He makes you feel at ease during what can be a tense repair. He's very competent and very detail oriented. I can be picky when it comes to details and Greg is too which I really like.

We've been using 911 for a couple years now dating back to a busted wall pipe in the kitchen and subsequent kitchen remodel. We then had them remove a wall and build a custom double sided direct-vent stone fireplace. . They will be remodeling our 2 bathrooms and adding a laundry room to complete the total renovation of our 55 year old home from rafters to footers and everything in between! Their dedication to completing the job as planned, in the quickest most affordable way; while never compromising quality, is unmatched in the industry! Finally a contractor you can trust!!

I would highly recommend 911 plumbing for any local plumbing needI I recently had a concealed leak under my concrete foundation repaired which exceeded my expectation. Gregory the technician was friendly and was very conscious of being respect for my home.
He clearly explained the procedures he needed to do and got to work immediately, Upon completing the repair he cleaned up the workspace tested the system thoroughly to ensure there was no other leaks. Based on this service call I would highly recommend 911 plumbing for anyone looking for good service and friendly technicians.

I have to first share how we came to have contact with this company. We have Home Serve warranty on our power bill. On Christmas night our water heater was not working properly. We called the Home Serve people who answered on Christmas night. They forwarded our information to 911 Plumbing. They contacted us Christmas night & offered to come out right away. We declined because it was Christmas & certainly not an emergency. We were told they could be out Saturday but they came out Friday & by the time I got home from work we had a new water heater. The young men were professional & courteous. We did have a couple issues as the water was not hot enough & didn't seem to be lasting very long so we had to call them back. Both times they came asap & we were told if this did not fix the minor issues they would replace this water heater. Absolute EXCELLENT service. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all plumbing needs. A shout out to both Tylers that fixed us up.

Had a busted pipe on Thanksgiving day and they came out the day after to take replace the broken pipe. We have the extra coverage through Dominion (Home Serve) and it was completely covered, we didn’t have to pay anything!

911 Home Repair did ALL my PICRA repairs for my closing. They did a great job, despite finding more items that needed repairs, they we're able to quickly resolve those as well. Our closing was delayed due to a "previous owner title issue" which delayed payment for 911. They were very understanding. We did get it resolved a couple weeks later and they were able to get payment. They never once made me feel bad for the delay. Rod (the owner) is such a great person to work with. I greatly appreciate you working with us!! I highly recommend 911 Home Repair to anyone!! (New floors, new windows, new hot water heater, fix leak in wall, replace bathroom vent, and a handful of other minor items)
