My upstairs shower was leaking down to the first floor. I was dreading the potential of having to have the plumbers cut a hole in my ceiling. Duke and Bobby arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. I described the problem and they immediately said lets trying the easy fix first. They checked the thread in fixture in the shower and determined the plumber's putty had "gone" bad. They fixed it and tested it...problem solved. I really appreciate them looking for the easy solution first. Excellent service at a reasonable price. My third time using OneStop Plumbers and I will continue using them!

I have to give one stop plumbing 5 stars! Used home warranty and initially got referral to another competitor that took weeks to make initial contact. Ask to be transferred and one stop picked up the job. Tiffany is a service rep and her customer service was the best I have received in years. Carlos and his crew came out to assess old heater determined the issue, and recommended a replacement. There was a two day turnaround on receiving new heater and I was back up in running. I would recommend this company to any of my friend and family. Their staff understands the service industry and gets it right. Hard working Americans!

One Stop Plumbing came out to my house to unclog the main drainage pipe in my house yesterday and they did a terrific job. They were curtious, professional, and clean. Most of all the two gentleman were patient and worked well together. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

I now have a new plumber!!! Yaaay!!! One Stop Plumbing was very knowledgeable. There was no time wasted in accessing the problem quickly and taking care of it. Over 17 years of experience was definitely exhibited. I feel comfortable calling them for any other plumbing needs if I have them in the future. Also, I will refer them to anyone that needs a plumber!

Bailed on us last minute with an excuse of a flat tire. Had to call emergency plumbing service and pay 3 times the money because they were insincere. Not recommended for time-sensitive projects.

One Stop Plumbing has been our “go to” plumbers for more than 20 years, and i can positively state that we have not had the first problem with these guys. They are professional, knowledgeable, always on time. We met Nevie after calling him to do some work, and here we are many years later, and i can honestly say he has become a valued friend.

One Stop Plumbing went out of their way to help me resolve my water leak, within my budget and very quick service. Their customer service and professionalism was amazing! The technician (Travis) answered all of my questions and took time to help clean up the water that had leaked out of the old tank. He arrived quickly after my call and was very kind!

They came out to quote a removal of a hot water boiler and installation of a natural gas tankless water heater. The employee who came to my house told me that my gas meter and pipes needed to be upgraded, and that the new heater required a dedicated electrical circuit. They also never sent me the actual quote, despite an employee coming to give me one. The company I went with was able to do the work requested with the existing gas meter and pipes, and said the dedicated electrical circuit is only required for an electric tankless water heater, not a natural gas one. Not a honorable way to do business. Don't waste your time asking for a quote - you will never receive it, and if you do, it will be nothing but extra stuff they tell you is needed, but isn't, just so they can take more of your money.

My experience with One Stop was exceptional. Not only were prices well below what had been quoted by other companies, but their customer service could not be matched. I would recommend One Stop for all your plumbing needs. 😊
