This company was great to work with for our emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday. From the first phone call to the end of service, we had an easy-going experience. The technician that was dispatched to our house was knowledgeable and professional and got the issue fixed promptly. Highly recommend!

While trying to search for a plumbing service to inspect a sewer line on a house we are trying to buy, precision Plumbing was recommended. While discussing with several other companies, no clear direction was provided.

Precision Plumbing was able to come out and gave a quick assessment for inspecting the sewer line. Eddie and his apprentice was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. They were done in less than 15 mins and it was half the cost quoted from various vendors.

Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone and look forward working with them in the future.

We had a great experience with Precision Plumbing. The technician , Jay, diagnosed and fixed several leaks in our home and also serviced our tankless water heater. Jay was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done efficiently. I’m can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this company and everyone who works here . My grandmother had a cracked sewer pipe and between scheduling and getting the work done , it’s been a breeze . The customer service here is excellent. Every single employee is so kind and helpful with any question we have had. . I called first thing this morning because my grandmother had a clogged toilet . They got out the same day and it’s back to normal . This is a wonderful company to use for any plumbing needs and I appreciate them so much for being so reliable , friendly , and honest .

I have used Precision Plumbing several times. Once was for a pretty large job, replaced sewer line from house to street. Today it was to reset the toilet. They are always very professional and prompt. I would definitely recommend them for large or small jobs

I had work done by Precision Plumbing on 2/3/26, and Paul and his associate did an exceptional job. Paul explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable with the work he was going to do.

In addition to the plumbing work, there were some issues with the heating system. Paul went above and beyond by working with the heating technicians to help resolve the problem. The next morning, he even called to make sure I had heat and that everything was working properly.

We called Precision Plumbing during an extremely cold week and they were very busy with frozen pipes and such. They were still very prompt with scheduling us. The communication was fantastic between the office as well as the service department. Wonderful customer service !! Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Robert and his team are awesome. Precision Plumbing has now repaired for me two slab leaks, some deteriorating pipes, and replaced a ceased valve. I’ve used them about 3 years apart once in 2023 and once in 2026. Both of these projects were fast, friendly, and affordable. Having a 3 year period between projects the companies service could have gone downhill. I had almost the same identical great experiences with Precision. My final comment on this review is how much I appreciate the company for saying what they are going to do, being on time, and then doing what the say. This has become harder to find in today’s service world.

Great service. We have used Precision Plumbing for several projects from leak detection, toilet replacement, and unclogging a toilet that we were unable to plunge ourselves to replacement of inferior water lines throughout the entire home. From the smallest to the largest jobs, we have found Precision to be honest and reasonably priced. Also, very professional and personable from the owners to the people they employee including plumbers and the office staff. We have dealt with all of them and will be using them again this year for some planned projects. We can’t say enough good about these wonderful people!. And we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

The water in our shower wasn’t draining and the toilets were gurgling while the shower was on. Carlos & Mike came over today and fixed what drain master screwed up!! Both were absolutely professional and extremely knowledgeable. They got my hot water heater fixed, they also fixed an additional 2 leaks I was having. Will absolutely recommend and only use them .

Came To my house same day. I think we resolved the issue (really quickly too). Need to wait for the water in the tank to flush out to confirm if the problem has been fixed. Will update to 5 stars once I know for sure that my issues have fully been resolved.
