Justin was professional, pleasant and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter plumbing. Had used the company for a previous plumbing repair and why I reached out to them again.

They lied about being 24/7 as despite quoting me a time they will arrive, they just called and said we changed our mind AND tomorrows a holiday, so we dont actually care we arent coming out even though their is daylight left. I HATE being lied to.

Jacob provided first class Service even though the hour was late and the weather was cold. Would recommend this gentleman to anyone, provided the absolute top-tier of customer service. Thank you very much.

I Would definitely recommend if you need plumbing, especially when you need on the weekend. We have a plumber we use but he does not come out on the weekends, so we called Roto Rooter because our problem was on a Friday evening. Jacob came out and fixed the issue fast and efficient and he was very personable. Thanks!

Jacob was beyond fantastic. He arrived within 30 minutes of me scheduling the appointment. He took care of my issue with my sewer drain clean out and explained my issue. I called a couple other companies before Roto-Rooter and they were giving me the runaround, skip the hassle and call these guys right out of the gate 100% highly recommended!

I discovered there was a main sewage block in my condo when neither of my toilets would flush without overflowing. I called Roto-Rooter, Norfolk VA, and they came out within a couple hours. It was a Sunday, no extra charge.
Jaylon was my plumber and he was great!! He explained exactly what was happening, what he would do, and how much it would cost. He accessed the sewage line by removing the first floor toilet. He used an industrial snake to dislodge the block.
Jaylon left the area spotless. The initial charge was $715. There was a $55 discount if a contribution of canned goods was made to Roto-Rooter's food drive. I thought that was wonderful! The total came to $660. I have nothing to compare it to, and I was in too much of a hurry to get multiple estimates.
Jaylon did the job, I got my toilets back, and I am grateful.

After many failed attempts by other plumbing companies, at clearing my 2 bowl kitchen sink, Manny was able to diagnose, discuss with colleagues was able to quickly identify a method to clear pipes. Also, found a leak caused by prior company the night before. Excellent service!!!!!

David at Roto Rooter saved my life and my plumbing! I had an emergency when my toilet started overflowing and my husband was on a work trip. Knowing virtually nothing about plumbing David was able clearly explain what the potential issues were, how to treat and what the cost would be. He was patient even though it was close to midnight and I did not feel like he was rushing. I would highly recommend their services and they are my new go to for all plumbing.

David was excellent!!!! Toilets, washing machine drain, sink, and tub all backing up due to my kid flushing wet wipes. What a mess! He spent a few hours working very hard on getting the clog out of a main line. He arrived on time, was professional, thorough, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I had Devante as my Technician he was wicked awesome. I needed my toilet unlogged I couldn't get it to go down myself not even a couple other people even tried snaking it. So I called ROTO Rooter and also told Devante that my tub has had a slow draining problem as well. So he was going to charge me a higher price. He waited with me to get the message from my church who was Venmo me the money it seemed too high for them, Devante as sweet as a guy he is said he will chop it down and have lower quite and they sent me the money and he showed up next morning fixed my toilet. Got the slow drain In my tub but he said the drain thingy is tilted going into crawl space and needs to be replaced so that would cost more. I'm not asking for more money.

I had a great experience with this company. We encountered an issue with both toilets backing up. They responded quickly when called.Jacob was amazing he worked all day to fix the problem and was able to communicate professionally ,clearly ,and kindly. When he discovered an issue with the pipe he was informative and immediately gave a price and options. He called for a back up worker when needed. He was extremely hard working and in the end even thanked us for our patience.

Emanuel and Derek were awesome. Had a leak from my bathtub dripping into my kitchen and they were able to fix the problem and replace the spout and nobs. Everything was quick and they were done in no time at all.
