Precision Plumbing & Drain came well recommend by a friend and they didn't disappoint! Quick response time, highly skilled crew and pricing I was happy with. Respectful of Covid guidelines in our home. Two weeks after the first job, I had a slab leak and Precision replaced all the pipes in the house and out to the main. They did great work and cleanup. Exceeded expectations all around.

Amazing company. Contacted them early in morning because my entire house sewage was backed up. They arrived same day and cleared it out very quickly. The gentlemen were very professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing emergency.

I called Precision Plumbing for an issue with the kitchen sink and toilets driving at my sister's home the Tuesday after Labor Day. Even though they had to make up for a holiday, they were able to schedule me the next day. Josh called me when he was less than 30 minutes away and I met him at the house. I have to say this young man earned his pay at the house. He had to physically locate the drain pipes by digging down at least 18 inches. But he used his knowledge and found the exact spot. Mind you this pipe has not been unearthed for over 50 years. He did everything he could that day. He came back the next day and spent several hours tracing the blockage. Josh is an amazing plumber and was very easy to talk to and deal with. The staff that take the calls and handle all the work are also amazing and I would go to no one else.

Came out quickly on a Sunday night after I had to cut of my water for a DIY gone wrong. They made sure I was aware of increased weekend pricing before sending their techs out. The techs were courteous and gave me options and got the job down quickly.

Had a large cedar tree in my front yard that put a belly in my main sewer line… after getting several quotes these guys were the lowest by $2k…. YES THEY BEAT ANOTHER COMPANIES PRICE BY $2 GRAND! THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK! I wish that I would have called them FIRST, this would have been done MONTHS AGO! Couldn’t do Laundry and shower in the same day cause my sewer would back up. They removed the old line, ran into more roots than expected but didn’t charge me more. Laid a new line and smoothed the whole area back out all in just two days! These guys are absolutely AMAZING! 10/10 recommend! I will be recommending them to everybody I know. Thanks Precision! Pictures do ZERO justice if I could attach videos I would.

Our toilets stopped flushing, city came out to check the sewer line, reported all was ok. Precision was referred to me by my son and i sent a message on their website late that evening. I received a call at 8 am the next morning and was scheduled for 10-2 time slot that same day. Techs arrived timely and took care of the problem within a couple of hours. Would HIGHLY recommend this company. Great customer service, great techs! Will certainly call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

Did great work fast and cleaned up. Would have no issues with them doing work again. They also gave us a recommendation for getting our drywall put back in.

The technician was excellent—professional, timely, and very helpful. I have zero complaints about his work.

However, my low rating is due to the front office staff. I was very clear about why I needed a plumber: the cartridge in my shower needed to be replaced. I was instructed to send photos of the part and part numbers to their email, which I did. I even followed up with the office this morning to confirm that the technician would arrive with the correct part. I was assured everything was in order and that the issue would be resolved today.

Unfortunately, that was not the case. The technician arrived without the part, and he never saw the emails I had sent. To make matters worse, the only location that had the part was closing.

Again, the technician did everything he could and was great throughout. But the complete lack of communication and honesty from the office staff is unacceptable. If they had been upfront about how this process actually works, I could’ve planned accordingly and avoided wasting time.

At this point, I’ll be going to Comet Plumbing myself to get the part and handle the repair—it's not a difficult fix, I just didn’t have time. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Josh was very communicative and on time. He walked me through the questions that I had and offered a quote for servicing my water heater if needed. He answered all my additional questions and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. I know that if I have further issues, I'm going to come back to Precision Plumbing! Thank you!

Called before arrival....got right to work to locate the problem....was professional and took the time to explain things to me. Charles did a great job. He also let me know I had wet insulation under the house and advised to get it removed. He also suggested I have the dehumidifier under the house checked and check moisture since the leak was under the house. As a single woman, I appreciate that!

Thank you for coming out same day to fix the issue. Josh and partner were knowledgeable, cooperative and explained options on an estimate. This is the third time I’ve had this company for plumbing work and highly recommend them.

I picked Precision on a neighbor’s recommendation, and yes… it was the right choice. Robert quickly diagnosed my issue, parsed together a piping & valve solution to my problem in his van… and did the switch-out / install under my kitchen sink in just a half hour.
In the end, the price was fair and my satisfaction was reached.

So happy they arrived on time, look the work area and told us what needed too be done. After getting the “OK”, they started to work,ran into a problem that need our Ok, then went right back to work. Completed the job in a timely fashion, left the work area just as clean as could be. The price for the job was very reasonable. They took time to explain what was done and why. Would recommend them and I will use them again.

They wouldn’t offer any kind of quote over the phone and couldn’t even get someone out for a same day estimate, meanwhile I have a puddle growing in my garage. I don’t get all the reviews talking about how quick and efficient they are.

ETA: 1) I was not told the estimate would be free. 2) I was told it could be a few days before services were complete. 3) I knew exactly what I needed, a water heater replacement. I had to wait until the next morning for service from another plumber anyway. But they gave me a general estimate for a water heater install and said they’d get it done that day. Communication is key. I even called your office a second time, hoping that your customer service rep would seem to care *at all* if I just explained the situation more clearly. Nope. I called five places and every other place was kinder and actually explained things.
