One Stop Plumping contacted me and provided me assistance with my plumbing issue. There was a misunderstanding between myself of them. My warranty company wasn't providing me all the necessary information regarding my claim and made false assumptions regarding the cause of the leak. I appreciate One Stop Plumping for taking the time to assist me in this matter.

Carlos and Duke were great! Efficient, timely and technically sound. They not only repaired the leak but diagnosed another issue with the hvac unit.

Also, Esther called to setup the appt was wonderful as well! We initiated our New Home warranty and the 1st company couldn't get to us until next Monday!? Esther kept me informed with several calls and within 3 hours after filing another claim your team was on-site!

Nevie is a consummate professional as well as a first-rate plumber! He is very reliable and on-time. Since I live far from my property, I can rely on One Stop Plumbing to take care of the problem and be fair in pricing.

Used them through my Home Warranty after for some reason two other companies wouldn't work with my warranty. I had a broken shower valve / pipe break They came out quickly, the repairman was professional asked if he should remove shoes. He saw the issue and said it was an easy repair which was reassuring. He was in an out in about an hour and some change, the repair involved soldering. Would use them if I did not have a home warranty or insurance pay.

Today, I had workers Carlos and Duke. They were awesome. I have a home warranty and the showers in both my bathrooms were clogging up along with both of my toilets one in each bathroom were leaking water on the floor(the seals were worn out). I had two other plumbing companies come to my home through my home warranty since last week but neither of them wanted to put the effort in to unclog me or stop my leaks. One company told me I had a leak in my main line that needed repair and the other company told me they did not want to snake me from my main line as the warranty company covered, but wanted me to pay them myself to snake my house from my roof. This was not the case with One Stop plumbing. Carlos and Duke worked diligently to unclog both of my bathrooms and changed the seals on both of my toilets. Now I can shower, and flush the toilet without any backup. Oh and the best part, they cleaned up after themselves. Swept and wiped down the floors, and cleaned the tubs leaving them smelling fresh and clean. Thank you One Stop Plumbing!

I never leave reviews but for this company I had to. We had this company referred to us by our homebuyers group (not always the best). Another company they had sent out came and tried to scam us and only repaired 1 of the 3 leaks under our kitchen sink failing to report the others to the homebuyers company.... but we tried again and I am really glad we did.

They called me at 9:30am for the initial call and 30 mins later had called to tell me they had the technicians on their way to my home. Extremely responsive and very honest. A great company to keep in mind.

Bobby and Duke were so nice and explained things to me and were able to repair the other leaks and some. They were in and out in under an hour. They were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. From the office staff to the technicians this company is high quality and understanding. Bobby and Duke and this company will defiantly be getting referrals from me!

Fantastic service! Arrived on time and performed speedy work. Took half the time to perform the work than originally estimated since and the price reflected that. I had attempted to replace my wax ring after a failure and realized the toilet flange was broken. Since the toilet flange is embedded in concrete knew it was beyond my scope to replace. Plumber walked me through exactly what he was gonna do and gave me tips and shared knowledge to guide me through if I attempted to do install wax rings myself in the future. A true 5 star experience.

These plumbers are awesome! Plumbers Margo and Duke came out to my house all my pipes were backed up, they worked diligently to fix the problem. They did not leave until they knew the problem was taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues. Thanks guy I appreciate the time you put in to correct my plumbing issues.

Straight forward and easy experience with them. Hired them to reroute plumbing for my kitchen sink and washer hookups for a remodel. They came out, emailed me an estimate the next week, and we schedule the service. Great quality work and they even did their best to rip out the random out-of-commission plumbing throughout my basement. I have a really old house, and there was plenty of nonsense down there.

Professional and reliable service! On last week, I called about a few issues, one of them was concerning my garbage disposal. After the two gentleman took a thorough look at the garbage disposal, they noticed it was outdated and was unable to be repaired. Fortunately, there was a brand new disposal on hand and my several month issue was repaired in minutes! On yesterday, the same two gentleman came to see if there was a possible slow leak in the toilets/house. They checked the crawlspace, the water meter, and of course the toilets. Their service during both visits was thorough and informative. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Nevie and his team are the absolute best. As a master plumber and master gas fitter, he can get any job done, not only on time, bit correctly. And a contractor that actually shows up!! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
