Jacob is a genuinely awesome person and and FANTASTIC technician. He arrived promptly within our service window and got right to work. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything ahead of time so there were no surprises. Unfortunately, our sewer line has to be replaced, so he wasn't able to access the clog, but we genuinely appreciate all his efforts, and will be using Roto Rooter going forward.

Unfortunately my water heater had a leak which was pouring out water. Roto Rooter got to my house within an hour and a half of my call (a competitor couldn’t get to me until the next day!) Emanuel arrived with a smile and great attitude. He quickly identified the problem, gave me a quote and got to work. I have a little bit of a challenging house set up but he never made it feel like it was an issue for him. He replaced my water heater and removed the old one all while maintaining his friendly demeanor. We will use Roto Rooter in the future and recommend their services to those in need. I called late one afternoon for an urgent but nonemergency appointment and they were at my house before noon the next day. The plumber quickly assessed the problem and explained what he'd be doing every step of the way. He was wonderful with my husband and dog who followed him around :) Once the repair was complete, he explained what the issue was and how it was fixed. He also reviewed the itemized bill and the what and why for each item on it. The bill was very reasonable and less than what I expected to pay. Additionally, he provided some Plumbing 101 to my husband and we may be able to resolve some issues like this on our own in the future. Well done!

I had a drain line problem underneath my concrete slab. I was sick with worry not knowing who to trust or what kind of job they would do. I had three companies come out. Precision Plumbing came highly recommended by several people I knew, liked and trusted. Even other plumbing companies who no longer did residential work referred them to me. They offered the most competitive price out of the three companies. They offered a solution of rerouting my lines so they would not have to jack hammer inside my home. Robert came out a second time (again for free) and went through the entire process step by step with me and answered a list of questions I had. His crew was polite and professional and kept me informed throughout the process. It was still a painful process but Precision made it a lot less painful. 💯% pleased!

This place came out when I was in a jam. My main drain under the house was blocked. At first. They said it would be an after hours call. I did not care as I was in bind and had company visiting. Anyhow they knocked the job out in a couple of hours and were extremely reasonable. These people rock when if comes to plumbing..I highly recommend…

We needed our hot water heater to be replaced. The inquiry for service (done via their Facebook page) was answered very quickly and the estimate was done the same day. They gave us a very reasonable estimate, honestly about half of what we expecting to pay knowing what water heaters cost, and the job was done the very next day. Our service provider was very professional, personable and showed up in the time frame promised. I would definitely call them again when needed!

I had a pipe break and of course my husband was out of town! Scott came over and answered all of my questions and concerns. It was fixed in less than an hour. He was so helpful and we would highly recommend this company and specifically Scott!

We have been using Precision Plumbing for several years now for our house, my parent’s house (for work that needed to be done to sell it) and for our rental property. We have never had a bad experience. All the technicians have been professional and knowledgeable. Robert came out to look at our water heater that has been having issues. It is an 11 year old water heater. He let me know why we could be having issues and suggested some things to make it work better. He also (upon my request) provided an estimate for a new one. He could not have been more helpful!
