Hands down the best plumber I’ve EVER worked with. Jason was communicative, friendly, and competent. We’d been without hot water for 14 days dealing with nonsense from our home warranty company. Jason went above and beyond to help us report the diagnosis and quote to American Home Shield (who SUCKS by the way!!). They showed up on time and installed a tankless water heater seamlessly. We couldn’t be happier!

I found The Happy Plumber on the Nextdoor app. Had an estimate today and also Jason fixed a toilet that started to run a lot. I love local companies because they care. He will be my go to plumber because he can make you happy when things are fixed in a timely manner.

HORRIBLE experience!

Saturday - Asked for availability for the upcoming week.. NO RESPONSE

Sunday - Asked again... was told he would be available Friday and would follow up with me Monday to provide an estimate

Monday - NOTHING

Tuesday - Called to discuss. Received a text to text him, so I did... NO RESPONSE

Wednesday - Received the estimate I was promised on Monday. Text again... NO RESPONSE.

Thursday - Text again... Was told he was booked out until Monday because I didn't approve the estimate prior to scheduling.

How hard is it to say on SUNDAY when you responded "Hey Justin, happy to get you on the calendar for Friday as soon as you approve the estimate"!? If that's your policy then maybe TELL someone?!

But he didn't stop there nooooooo!! He took the opportunity to blame me for the issue at hand.. very professional!

Took my business to Tony and Sons.. VERY happy with them!!

I was stressed as I had a yard full of water and French drain gushing. The Happy Plumbers came out, accessed the problem and helped me address the concern. Didn't charge for the diagnosis and now I'm in the know of the sprinkler system being the concern. Thanks again, when there is another issue I will definitely give them a call.

This was our first time using The Happy Plumber and we couldn’t be, well, happier with our service! We needed someone to come in and fix the O-ring on our toilet because the toilet had started leaking. Jason came right in and fixed the issue in a timely and efficient manner. He was even able to come earlier than expected since he'd finished up some other jobs for the day. I really like keeping it local and I will definitely use him again! 10 out of 10!

Jason from The Happy Plumber is amazing! He really knows what he’s doing, he replaced and rerouted all of my kitchen water lines without any issues. I am so happy I found him and won’t hesitate to use him again!

I had reached out to Jason on what I originally thought was a backup of my sewer system. I called him and followed up with text messages with photos to give him a better insight of what I was dealing with. Upon his inspection through the photos, he had notified me that my issue was likely a city issue and to call them to bring someone out to fix it.

While Jason had not personally come out to my property, he was still able to assist me and direct me towards a solution in a timely manner. When I do have a need for a plumber to come to my property for a repair, he will be the person I call first!

David is amazing and I am thrilled to have him as my plumber. He is attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or pressured into any service or repair. David takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and then provides me with full details and explanations of the possible solutions available to me. Service is reliable, timely and reasonably priced. David goes above and beyond my expectations and I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jason and Happy Plumber. Great service. Was able to replace my very old and leaky water heater day I called with problem. On time, straight forward, cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend Jason to all my friends and neighbors who need plumbing work.
