Noticed/heard a leak coming from our shower in the wall at 9pm, attempted to turn the water off our selves but weren’t able to so we called Power plumbing around 10pm. The guy who answered the phone took out info and said someone would be out in a few hours. Plumber arrived around Midnight (not bad for after hours on a Saturday). He attempted to fix it that night by gaining access to the pipe through the kitchen (same wall), but we were unsuccessful, had to go through the shower wall and he needed a new mount to cover the hole he would end up making which he didn’t have on him. Said he would be back the next day (Sunday). Made it back to us Sunday by noon and had it all fixed within the hour. Pricing for an after hours emergency call on a holiday weekend was so much better then I was mentally preparing myself for. These guys are fantastic. Great pricing, efficient and timely. Will be referring them to anyone who asks me.

Tuesday morning at 1:30 am our water heater started leaking a lot of water, we called the emergency line and they had someone to us before 11.

We got quoted $1,850 and on Thursday they were installing the new water heater. We paid exactly what we were quoted and Sean was extremely polite and professional.

Hopefully I don’t need to use the service again, but if I do, this will be the only place I’ll be calling.

Our hot water heater started spitting out a stream of water at 3am on a Sunday. After turning off the gas and water we started calling places. Power Plumbing was the only number with a live person to answer the phone. The company came out that same day and gave us a reasonable price to replace the heater and do upgrades to bring it to code. When they arrived for the project, the technicians were fast and knowledgeable. It only took about 2 hours and then we had hot water again. It was mentioned that this is a new company and they were all great. I highly recommend this company and we will definitely be using them for any future plumbing problems.

Great experience using Powers Plumbing! Joe came out and looked at problem a day after calling them. He then returned upon our request a few days later to replace water line from basement to 2nd floor bathroom. Fair price, excellent job and really good guy! We recommend this business.

These guys are great! I was dealing with my shower drain almost flooding my bathroom and they were able to help fix the issue. On the phone, Donae was especially awesome! I was panicking a bit and she was patient, cool-headed and knowledgeable. She was able to route one of their technicians over in under an hour. She's an angel!

Our hot water heater stopped working at some point overnight. I called Power Plumbing early this morning and, despite already being heavily booked for the day, they were able to fit us in. Dominic called when he was on his way, and by mid-morning our hot water heater was back up and running. Dominic was very thorough and professional, and given that ours was an ASAP emergency call, the fee was still reasonable. We are going with his recommendation to replace the water heater (it’s well past its prime), and we definitely will have them do the work. Highly recommend this company!
