We had a very positive experience replacing windows in our home. Installers were extremely professional and handled project with care. Windows, although on the expensive side, are very good quality and come with impressive warranty. Will definitely contact with further needs.

Amazing company. I had replacement window put in 12 years ago. The quality was OK. I just wasn’t happy And the caulking job was terrible.The company went out of business. I reached out to Mr. Rogers window. I had a quote a few days. And was up scheduled from the original date to install the crew was amazing very nice and knowledgeable. I wish I would’ve gone with them12 years ago..

The team, Chuck, Nicholas & James did a fabulous job installing new windows at our beach house. They were prompt, curtious, neat and cleaned up everything. Did a great job.

Craig Bechthold and Lamont Hairston have just completed the installation of three doors in our house, providing a service that left us amazed and incredibly grateful. They took great care of the property, protecting everything around the work areas and cleaning after the installation even though the house is still in the middle of renovations.
They completed their job ahead of time, took care of every little detail, explained each step and made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen next. After so many sloppy and careless contractors that left us unhappy and disappointed, Craig and Lamont were a breath of fresh air! They also helped fixing another window that was leaking, and carefully uninstalled a storm door that we promised to our neighbor - delivering it to their door nonetheless!
An absolutely amazing crew, the living proof that not all contractors are lacking accuracy and attention to details; some really take pride in their work and we’re glad we got to meet them.

Excellent service from our consultation with Meredith to Richard who measured for the windows to CJ who installed them. They were on time for the appointments explained things clearly and gladly answered any questions that we had. Cleaned everything up before they left.

We had 6 windows replaced on November 7, 2025. The installers were Bailey Darden, Johnny Demitris, and Tony Hasbrouck. They were very professional and worked quickly, replacing all windows in about 6 hours. After they were done, all areas were clean. It was a pleasure! Thank you!

This company was a pleasure to work with from the first inquiry to the finished installation. The product is beautiful and was skillfully installed by a great team. I would absolutely have them in my home for more new windows. I would like to give a special shout out to Tommy and his team for their expert installation of our beautiful sliding glass doors. Tommy was on time, courteous and worked diligently. It was clear that he is an expert at what he does and I would be happy to have him back to install more windows in our home.

Craig Bechthold from Mr. Rogers Window arrived today to get the measurements for the replacement of our existing sliding door. He was very professional and explained the process in detail. He ask if there were any questions about the process. Very courteous and displayed professionalism throughout the process. Looking forward to our replacement sliding door from Mr. Rogers.

John and Moe were our installation team and absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and displayed integrity in the work they did. I would recommend them and the company any time to anyone because we have had a bad experience in the past (with another company) and they just completely knocked it out of the park. We are very pleased.

Preliminary visit by Craig at our home in Williamsburg, VA went well. Craig was on-time, courteous and efficient. He had to collect more precise data on the sizing of a large round window, so he took out the trim, got the measurements and carefully replaced the trim and cleaned up. He followed up with info on how they’ll do the replacement (ladder vs lift).

From the salesperson to final installation, the quality of work was highly commendable. The installers, were clean, professional, respectful, and skilled in their trade. Highly recommend Mr. Rogers Windows!

The installation crew came on time, friendly and professional. They made installing the front door look easy and the finish work looks awesome. Definitely would give Logan crew a 10/10 for service. Chuck, Nick, and Steven installed our new windows over the last 2 days. They did a great job and are to be commended for it. They were friendly, clean, industrious, and most helpful to us concerning our new windows. I rate their work as a solid 10 out of 10. I wish I could get them to do some of the other things around my house that need to be done. Ask for them by name when you get your windows done by Mr. Roger’s Windows.

Only negative was the significant loss of windowsill depth as these were replacing metal framed ones. Wished we were given more detailed info up front.

I have two cracked block windows for my shower that matched the design style of my bathroom interior. I didn't want to change the design style and couldn't find anyone who could replace block windows. So, when Roger Windows showed me the modern windows mimicking block windows, I was willing to try with some concerns that they might look strange. After the installation, I was amazed by the artistic layout of the interior frame. The window provided a perfect style match with the existing block wall surrounding the shower. See the attached pictures. I am truly impressed by the build quality and artistic inside frame layout. The installation team was very professional and paid attention to details. They made the caulking between the frame and wall pleasing to my eyes. After the installation, the service dept followed up with call to ensure that I was satisfied. When I mentioned the unique location of the windows with potential shower water on the window frame, they immediately scheduled a service to ensure that the windows will not be compromised by shower water. They are the best for high-end customer windows. Definitely better than the other Pella windows of my house. I paid to relace three Pella windows in the last 5 years and the service was slow and the service manager was unreasonable. My new windows have life-time warranty.
