Window Installation reviews in Chesapeake, Virginia

I hired Mr Rogers to install Renewal by Anderson windows in my 1939 built home.

First off, ask for CJ, Nash a s Joe! They were awesome installers. Ask for Kenny for your initial home purchase quote.

I have to say it has been one of the best decisions I have made for my home.

I care about quality and craftsmanship and this company and product delivered both.

I also care about keeping the historical feel of the home so I wanted windows that we both new, easy to maintain (unfortunately wood is hard), and looked historical.

These windows are great! I love the snap on grids. They really make the windows look and feel like the old wood ones.

100% recommend this company and product.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience with Mr Roger’s Windows

We couldn’t be happier with the work done by Mr Roger’s Windows, especially considering everything was completed on Christmas Eve.

🚪 Door Installation Crew

Dustin, Torrey, and Devin did an absolutely amazing job. They were fast, professional, and clearly worked extremely well together. What stood out most was their positive attitude—they were genuinely happy to be working as a team, and it showed in the quality of their work. That kind of teamwork and morale says a lot about the culture of the company.

🪟 Window Installation Crew

Triston, Mason, and Austin matched that same level of quality, energy, and professionalism we’ve come to expect from Mr Roger’s Windows. The workmanship was excellent, and their attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. For a crew to show up on Christmas Eve and deliver work at this level, they must truly enjoy what they do—and it shows.

Both crews went above and beyond, and were extremely grateful for their dedication and craftsmanship. Highly recommend Mr Roger’s Windows to anyone looking for top-tier service and a team that genuinely takes pride in their work.

I had about a dozen windows replaced at the back of my house. Amazing improvement in the look, temperature regulation, and quality. The entire process from start to finish (included visits to design, measure, and install) was smooth, timely, and professional. Everything was explained clearly (including the cost), so I knew what to expect. No hard sell during the initial visit, just good practical suggestions. The installation team of Tristan, Joe, and Dylan were very professional, courteous, and efficient. Pricing is not cheap, but the quality of the product and the service are excellent. Overall, a great experience, and I’m really enjoying my new windows!

Logan B did an excellent job on this install. He and his team were professional, competent, and friendly. Tyler D was knowledgeable on the details of the sliding door and screen and was overall expeditious. Josh B was also an integral part of this excellent gliding door installation. The successful installation would not have been possible without all three of these guys. Thank you.

Had a great experience from start to finish. James helped me get exactly what I wanted and the installation team, John, Moe and Jake made sure everything was perfect. I love my new door and will use them again.

I’m writing to commend the professionalism of the Renewal By Anderson Team led by CJ, Nash and Lukas. They arrived promptly and immediately began to develop a plan to ensure the window installation was properly performed. I understood what to expect from the project. CJ inspected the site while his team began to layout the material and tools. The Team prepared to protect my home by installing padding a covers. The Team organized and began the installation process. They worked to ensure that all windows were removed and new windows installed. Upon completion I check the work and it was exceptionally well done. I am pleased with this Team and their representation of Mr. Rogers, Renewal by Anderson high quality windows and professional installers.

Tommy, Tristan, Rodney, and Lucas did a great job installing our replacement windows. We were never happy with our old windows and can't believe the difference in quality of our Andersen windows. From our initial contact with their sales representative, to the finished result, the process was smooth, and the crew, professional and neat. It has been a pleasure doing business with them. I recommend this company highly.

Everything went great and installed before the storm. The guys ; Chuck, Nicholas, and Ethan were professional and meticulous in their work. Especially Chuck who took great care in the install and seal. They cleaned up the area after each window as well. This house was built in 1956 so it was not an easy install to replace eleven windows! So happy with the results! Pic'd is Chuck.
