Window Installation reviews in Chesapeake, Virginia

Our entire experience with Mr. Roger’s Windows went smoothly and professionally starting with the thorough initial consultation to the day of installation. CJ’s team with Nash and Lukas arrived promptly, worked efficiently and I appreciate that they cleaned up so well, leaving nothing behind but our beautiful new windows. I would hire them again in the future with no hesitation.

It’s been a great experience so far working with Mr. Rogers Windows and Renewal by Andersen. Our initial appointment with Jeff Brinkley was very informative, and our most recent appointment with Craig for exact measurements went smooth as well. We look forward to our new window project beginning after the new year.

I was completely impressed with the services I received from Renewal by Anderson, starting with the presentation to the installation of my windows and both doors, my husband and grandson are both enamored by the beautiful security door, so well done and quite a pleasure to look at and to look through. The gentlemen that did both installations were professional and respected my home as well as my property, they cleaned up very well behind themselves. Job well done and I can say it is well worth the money that we spent.

Another really terrific experience with the professionals at Mr. Rogers Windows. Had a new door installed by Ivan and John. Pure Excellence! The measurements previously taken were spot-on as the door fit perfectly. The new door glides on its hinges and securely fastens very easily (as opposed to the old door that required 2 hip bumps to close it, and two hands to turn the latch). The workers explained everything to us in detail, particularly the screen on the storm door. In spite of being a chilly day, they were very patient while carefully spreading the sealant around the door and moldings! Another superb job by a great crew installing a premium product!

Our crew Mason, Johnny & James did a great job installing my windows. They new their job! Worked well together. Cleaned up after themselves. Very nice, answered all my questions.

I loved the outcome of my windows and door, such a beautiful experience. The crew was very professional, respectful, clean, well experienced and knowledgeable I give them a 20 if I could.

Just had my windows installed by Anderson Windows. The team was great. The team was friendly and worked hard. They kep5 my home clean and it was almost like they were not there r yo have new windows. The cost was affordable. Next year we are using them for our windows upstairs. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, everything was very easy on our part. A lot of companies say that then later you find out there is more to it but seriously so easy Mr Rodgers took care of everything. CJ and his crew who installed made sure to communicate anything we could possible need to know and took good care of our home while installing the windows. All windows in our home were replaced Thank you!

Chance, Aaron, Rodney & Blayne did an amazing job on installing our windows. They were polite, clean, non threatening and helpful and I feel good having them install my windows. They knew what they were doing and I feel comfortable with the job that they performed. They answered all of our questions and were respectful of our home.

From sales to installation, I was very pleased and impressed with the professionalism of this company and installation crew.
Chance, Aaron, Chuck and Nicholas arrived when planned, and then worked together as an amazingly professional team for 8 straight hours.
When we are ready for more window and door replacements, we will go straight to Renewal by Anderson, and will recommend this company and crew to anyone.

My overall experience with Stephen, Mike, and Patrick, along with the entire crew, was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone performed their job at a very high level, worked efficiently, and maintained a professional and respectful presence throughout the process. They consistently checked in, asked for feedback along the way, and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. The end result was amazing, and it’s clear this team takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

We are so happy with our four new sliding patio doors from Renewal by Andersen.
The whole procedure from purchase to installation was very professional and on schedule.
The installers (Tommy, Tyler, Josh, James) were very professional and friendly and did an awesome job.
Their attention to detail was exceptional. Also, they cleaned up everything inside and outside. A very professional installation.
They explained everything about the doors, how to lock, clean, adjust and lubricating them.
We would rate this whole process on a scale of 1 to 10 a 15.
If we decide to replace any doors or windows in the future Renewal by Andersen is the company we will count on again.

Dear Mr. Rogers Windows and Doors Team,

My wife and I are writing to express our profound appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your company. This was our third significant investment in your products, and once again, we were once again left thoroughly impressed.

On September 25, 2024, your installation team, comprising Tyler S., Steven R., and Dylan M., performed an outstanding job installing the Perma-Shield Gliding Door by Andersen windows at my brother-in-law's home, who has special needs. Their professionalism shone through every aspect of the process. They arrived promptly at 8:05 a.m., completed the installation efficiently in under three hours, and ensured a thorough cleanup. Their ability to provide clear explanations throughout was particularly commendable.

Your team's dedication to excellence has consistently exceeded our expectations, and it is without hesitation that we recommend Mr. Rogers Windows and Doors for anyone in need of window or door replacements, sliding glass doors, and professional installation services. The unparalleled quality of your work and the customer satisfaction you deliver is truly second to none.

We are extremely pleased with the outcome and feel confident in awarding you a 5/5 star rating for exceptional service. Thank you for your commitment to excellence and for making each experience with your company a memorable one.

Warm regards,

E. Rose

Duane and Austin did an excellent job with our new sliding glass door. They arrived early, addressed any concerns we had, asked for our preferences with certain details, and worked cleanly and efficiently. We are very happy with the results.

We did request a certain installer to arrive for the job. Despite the assurance that he would be present, he unfortunately was not due to some miscommunications. Customer service was profusely apologetic. In the end, we are still very happy with the work that was performed.

We are extremely happy with our new windows and door! Dustin and the crew did a wonderful job at our home! The attention to detail was amazing! All the guys were so courteous and respectful and clean. I would recommend Mr. Roger's windows to anyone needing new windows or doors. Top notch in every way! Thank you Dustin and crew!

I had C.J. and his crew install 14 windows in my home. I cannot tell you how impressed with the professionalism, dedication and friendliness of all three of these gentlemen. The windows are, as I expected, excellent, however, the install was surprisingly stress-free.
C.J. and his crew worked fast and efficiently in the cold/rain and only had to stop because it started to snow.
I am truly impressed with these three guys!
Great job!

Our installation crew of Rodney Payne, Ethan Wilson, and Josh McCall was incredible. What a wonderful experience to have such professional, customer focused, and skilled individuals working in our home. They were clearly committed to demonstrating the company's culture and values.
The product by Mr. Rogers Window is exceptional and gave our older home some much needed character.
Seamless process from consultation to installation. Definitely got all that we were promised!

My experience has been nothing less than outstanding. I had 3 projects completed this year. Windows by Anderson replaced 11 windows incrementally and one door. Logan was in charge of the three teams on each projects. He and the teams were on time to star the work. The craftsmanship and quality of the installations were superb and to my expectations. Cleanliness of all work areas was outstanding. The installation teams were professional and demonstrated the full functionality of all items replaced. I highly recommend requesting Logan and his team as they will provide quality results.

The team that did the installation of our new Renewal by Anderson windows was excellent! The communication was always timely, clear, and professional. They did an outstanding job of cleaning up at the end of each day. And they stayed as late as was needed to leave the job at a good stopping point each day. I highly recommend Mr. Roger’s Windows!

Renewal by Andersen did a great job on making a custom window and installing it at my home. All phases of the project went smoothly and it was evident that they have this process down to an art. Their staff kept me informed about the progress and did the installation without any issues or worries. They are not inexpensive but I feel like I received value for my money. They are definitely worth considering if you have window replacements or custom needs. Job well done. BTW Josh and Ethan my installation team did a great job respecting our home and keeping everything clean and the final product exceeded my expectations.

The renewal by Anderson in-house staff is very professional. I appreciate the confirmation phone calls from the receptionist to make sure your schedule fits their schedules. These are small things, but it’s very important to know when the tech is on his way and when they arrive, they get right to work. I had two windows installed. They cleaned up behind themselves and left everything in order. The process was simple, smooth and very satisfying and for these reasons, I would highly recommend anyone considering window replacement to call Renewal by Anderson and you will be pleasantly surprised that they have prices to fit your budget.
